Chapter Eleven: Reunions

Nobody's Pov

The screen turns on and the camera pans to the woods in a familiar place. The camera pans over to a sign that says Oak Creek.

The ones that knew Allison and were there the day she died stiffened at the sight of the place.

The place they lost their first love/best friend/daughter/sister figure.

Alex and Claudia looked at each other before looking at their papa.

"Papa, is that where aunt Allison died?" Claudia softly asked.

Kurt pressed his lips together as he looked at his kids, slowly nodding his head.

"Yes" Kurt sighed.

Kurt then looked at Stiles and saw him staring at the screen emotionlessly.

He placed his hand on his husbands shoulder knowing how hard it must be for him to remember what happened the day he, and the others, lost Allison.

He may not have known the girl but he's heard tons of stories about her and she sounded like an amazing person.

The camera pans over to a car pulling up before it slowly comes to a stop.

We head inside the car where we see Stiles and Kurt taking off their seatbelts so they could get out.

Just as Kurt was about to open his door and get out he saw his husband hadn't moved an inch. He looked at him in concern but that was replaced with realization and he let out a sigh.

"Babe, are you sure you want to do this?" Kurt softly asked.

"Not really" Stiles muttered.

He wants to do it, he wants to help, but being back in beacon hills and remembering everything that he and his friends had to endure is hard.

Especially when he did his best to bury the past and move on.

Stiles sighed as he looked at his husband.

"I don't want to. But I have to. Not just for Scott but for Allison" Stiles said.

Kurt sighed but nodded his head in understanding, he knew how much the Argent girl meant to him.

Chris smiled softly at that.

He knew Stiles always saw Allison as not only his friend but as a sister. The two of them had a great relationship.

The two of them heard footsteps approaching the place and looked to see a red truck parked nearby.

They looked at the person that was entering the place and realized that it was none other than Scott McCall.

"Look, Scotty is here" Stiles smiled.

"Yes he is. Come on, lets go say hi" Kurt suggested.

Stiles nodded and the two of them got out of the car and made their way towards their friend.

Scott perked at hearing footsteps approach him and turned around. Almost instantly a smile appeared on his face when he saw his friends.

"Happy to see us, Scott?" Kurt asked with a smile.

"Always" Scott smiled with a nod of his head.

Stiles walked faster to his best friend with Scott doing the same.

"Hey, Stiles" Scott greeted.

"Hey, Scotty" Stiles greeted.

Once they were close they immediately embraced one another in a hug.

Scott and Stiles turned to each other and hugged just like their future selves did.

Everyone smiled at the two of them, especially Alex and Claudia since they loved the friendship between their dad and uncle Scott.

"Oh, it's so good to see you" Scott smiled.

"It's good to see you too" Stiles smiled.

The two of them pulled away from their hug as Stiles patted Scott on the shoulder before stepping back.

Scott turned to Kurt and offered him a smile that was easily returned.

"Kurt, it's good to see you" Scott said.

"Likewise" Kurt nodded.

"Are the twins with you guys?" Scott asked.

"They are but we left them with my dad, he says hi by the way, since we didn't want to bring them here for reasons" Stiles told him.

"They shouldn't be in beacon hills at all" Stiles muttered.

Kurt sighed and scooted closer to his husband, linking his arm with his.

"Honey, relax. It'll be alright" Kurt whispered softly.

Stiles said and said nothing. He just kissed his husband on the temple before looking back at the screen.

Scott hummed and nodded in understanding.

"Well, when this is all over I hope to see them and spend as much time with them" Scott smiled.

"Of course, they'll be happy to see you since it has been a while" Kurt said.

"When was the last time we saw uncle Scott?" Alex asked his sister.

"I believe two months ago. He had time off work and decided to come visit us" Claudia replied.

"So, who else did you call to come here?" Stiles asked.

"I called everyone. Chris is here he's just getting what he needs. Isaac and Malia should be here later. Liam is on his way and he's bringing a friend with him" Scott explained.

"What kind of friend?" Kurt asked.

"Just know that she's also involved in the supernatural" Scott said.

"I don't know why but she reminds me of Kira" Scott muttered.

He had to admit that he really missed Kira and while they ended things a long time ago he does care about her.

Maybe when this is all over he can find her and they can catch up.

Kurt hummed and nodded while Stiles shoved his hands into his pockets.

"Anyone else?" Stiles asked.

Scott chuckled nervously and rubbed the back of his neck.

"Don't be mad..." Scott trailed off.

"Just you saying that already puts me on edge" Stiles sighed.

"But I did call someone else. And she should be here soon" Scott told him.

Everyone looked confused as were Scott and Stiles.

Meanwhile, a look of realization and nervousness washed over Lydia's face and she bit her lip.

She wondered just what was going to happen.

"Who did you call?" Kurt asked.

Scott opened his mouth to reply only to stop as his eyes wandered behind the married couple.

Stiles turned around and as soon as he laid eyes on the person that just arrived disbelief and anger coursed through his eyes.

Everyone was confused as to why Stiles looked that way, even more curious as to who the person was.

Stiles, on the other hand, felt realization wash through him and his eyes widened in disbelief.

Kurt looked at his husband with a raised eyebrow.

"Babe, what's wrong?" Kurt asked, confused.

Stiles said nothing, he just glared at the person that just arrived with the anger still shown in his eyes.

Kurt frowned and turned around to see who the person was. Something he would come to regret.

Because it was none other then...

Lydia Martin.

The beacon hills gang felt their eyes widen at the sight of their redheaded friend.

A few of their breaths hitched and they couldn't stop themselves from snapping their head into the direction of Stiles.

And, as expected, they saw him glaring at the screen with nothing but anger in his eyes.

Which was understandable.

Especially with how things ended between Stiles and Lydia.

"Scott, what did you do?" Isaac asked, looking at his friend like he was an idiot.

Scott didn't reply, he didn't really know what to say.

He knows that he does stupid decisions and sometimes forgets to tell Stiles about what he has done or what he's planning to do.

But he never thought he'd go as far as to contact Lydia.

His best friends ex-girlfriend.

Someone his best friend used to love but now hated more than anyone.

"What the hell was I thinking?" Scott muttered, running a hand through his hair.

Meanwhile, the ones from Lima Ohio were confused as to who the woman was.

Well, not that confused since the woman onscreen is the same one that's with them in the theater.

But they were confused as to who she was to Stiles and why onscreen Stiles, as well as the Stiles in the theater, looked so angry.

Rachel and Finn saw how confused their friends looked and shared a look.

They nodded at each other before turning to the others.

"That's Lydia and she's Stiles's ex-girlfriend. Their breakup was bad since Lydia was the one that left without any sort of explanation" Rachel said.

"Yeah. She just packed her things and left, not even saying a proper goodbye to Stiles. Because of it Stiles was left confused and heartbroken and while he has moved on from her it doesn't stop the hatred he feels towards her" Finn added.

Everyone's eyes widened at that and realization coursed through them.

Now that they knew they had to admit that it was understandable for Stiles to be glaring at Lydia.

After all, if they were in his position they would be doing the same.

Claudia glared at Lydia, the one onscreen and the one in the theater, while Alex had a worried frown plastered on his face.

They wondered what was going to happen with that woman back.

Kurt's eyes widened at seeing the woman that was known to be his husbands ex-girlfriend.

He turned to his husband and saw that he was still glaring at the woman with the same look of anger.

Stiles then directed his glare towards his best friend who had a nervous smile plastered on his face.

"Scott, I'm going to kill you" Stiles scowled.

The smile on Scott's face faded as he gulped and took a few steps back in fear.

"Smart choice" Stiles scowled, turning to glare at his best friend.

Scott gulped and scooted away from his best friend, for safety, and closer to his mother.

The camera pans over to Lydia who has a smile on her face at seeing Stiles and Scott.

But her smile changes into a confused frown at seeing Kurt, having no idea who is he or why he was with Stiles and Scott.

Kurt sighed, realizing that he was going to meet his husbands ex-girlfriend when he never wanted to.

Not when she was the one that hurt him and left him heartbroken in the past.

Lydia sighed and fiddled with her fingers, realizing that this is when she's going to meet Stiles's husband.

And she already knew how awkward it was going to be.

Lydia walks over to the three men causing the three men to look at her as well.

Scott sighs and mouths 'I'm sorry' to his best friend as he makes his way over to Lydia.

"Hey, thanks for coming so fast" Scott smiled.

"Yeah" Lydia nodded with a smile of her own.

She then wrapped her arms around him and pulled him into a hug. Scott chuckled before hugging her back.

Scott sighed, not wanting to admit that he did miss Lydia.

He had to admit that he missed Lydia, no matter what happened between her and Stiles she was still his friend and he cared for her.

Lydia had a small smile plastered on her face at seeing her and Scott's future selves hugging each other.

She had to admit that she missed Scott, he was and always will be her friend.

Footsteps are heard Lydia looks up from Scott's shoulder to see Stiles and Kurt walking towards them.

Lydia's breath hitched at seeing her ex-boyfriend, the boy that she still loves with all her heart.

Stiles glared at the screen with his fists clenched tightly at his sides.

He hated the fact that Lydia was lying.

Even after all these years she's still lying.

Because if she truly loved him, as she claims, she never would've broken off their relationship.

The very least she could've done was explain to him why she wanted to call things off.

Lydia pulled away from Scott just as Stiles and Kurt reached them.

"Hey, Stiles" Lydia greeted her ex-boyfriend.

"Lydia" Stiles emotionlessly said.

The ex couple stared at each other.

One with eyes of love, longing and guilty. The other with anger, annoyance and hatred.

Lydia frowned in sadness at the knowledge that Stiles hated her.

Not that she blames him considering she is the one that left, but it still hurts.

Lydia stepped forward to embrace Stiles in a hug but Stiles was quick to step away from her.

"Don't do that. Ever" Stiles sternly said.

Lydia blushed in embarrassment and sadness before nodding her head while clearing her throat.

Everyone couldn't help but wince slightly at the uncomfortable tension between the ex lovers.

"Talk about awkward" Santana whispered.

"I'll say" Quinn nodded.

Lydia then tore her eyes away from Stiles and looked at Kurt.

"Hi, my name is Lydia. I don't think we've met" Lydia politely said.

"You're right, we've never met but I definitely do know about you" Kurt told her.

Lydia raised an eyebrow at that, confused and curious as to how this strange man knows her.

"Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Kurt Hummel Stilinski" Kurt smiled.

The smile on Kurt's face widened at seeing Lydia's eyes widened in shock at his words.

"Wait, does that mean..." Lydia trailed off.

"Yes. He's my husband" Stiles told her.

He wrapped his arm around Kurt's waist and kissed his temple softly. Kurt looked up at his husband and smiled at him.

Kurt then looked at Lydia and raised his hand, showing off his wedding ring.

Some people tensed, feeling the awkwardness even in the theater room.

While some people were trying their best not to laugh at Kurt proudly showing off his wedding ring and the look on Lydia's face.

They had to admit that she deserved it given what she did.

Stiles chuckled and looked at his husband, leaning in to kiss him softly on the lips.

"I love you" Stiles smiled.

"I love you, too" Kurt smiled.

Alex and Claudia smiled at their parents.

While Lydia frowned as she looked over at the two before looking away.

Lydia stared at the ring for a bit before glancing between the married couple, nothing but sadness shown in her eyes.

Scott glanced between the three of them before stepping in, loudly clearing his throat.

"So, how about we get back to the task at hand?" Scott suggested.

"Yes please" Noah muttered.

He couldn't take the awkward atmosphere radiating onscreen and just wanted it to end.

Lydia nodded her head in agreement as did Stiles and Kurt.

Lydia sighed, running a hand through her hair, before looking down at the ground.

"Do you really think all this is true? Allison being stuck, unable to cross over?" Lydia asked.

"I don't know" Scott sighed.

"Honestly, this sounds like a load of bullshit to me" Stiles rolled his eyes.

"Stiles" Kurt warned, shooting him a glare.

"Really, honey?" Kurt asked, raising an eyebrow at his husband.

"What? I can't be the only one that thinks that way" Stiles rolled his eyes.

A few of the pack members glanced at each other, silently agreeing with Stiles.

As much as they wanted to believe that there is a possibility that Allison could potentially be alive they also believe it's loads of bullshit.

It's just impossible especially with how long she has been dead.

Stiles shrugged, ignoring the glare Scott was giving him.

Scott turned back to Lydia and said, "but if being here and doing this thing actually helps her, and no one else gets hurt, I'm up for trying".

"Ok. Then lets try" Lydia nodded.

Scott nodded and watched as Lydia took out papers from a black envelope she had with her.

The camera pans to the papers and we see that they are drawings Lydia had drawn.

"Damn, talk about freaky" Sebastian muttered, eyeing the drawings with furrowed eyebrows.

"Why did your drawings turn out like that?" Kitty asked in curiosity.

"It's a habit of mine due to me being a banshee" Lydia told her.

"And that is...?" Artie asked, confused.

"I sense when people are going to die" Lydia revealed.

People looked at her with wide eyes and their jaws slightly touching the ground.

They were shocked, creeped out or they found it cool.

Lydia sighed at their reactions and just looked back at the screen causing everyone to do the same.

"We need a handful of earth from the ground where Allison died" Lydia said.

"The fuck? Seriously?" Stiles asked.

"Yes" Lydia nodded, looking at him.

Stiles avoided eye contact with her and just wrapped his arm around Kurt's waist, bringing him closer.

Kurt smiled at his husband and snuggled close to his side.

Lydia frowned at the two of them, sadness and jealousy in her eyes, before looking away.

"What right do you have to be jealous for?" Claudia asked, scowling.

"Yeah, you're the one that broke our dads heart when he gave you everything" Alex added, scowling himself.

Lydia flinched at their words but said nothing, knowing that they were right.

Stiles grinned at his two kids and ruffled their hairs.

Kurt sighed and shook his head in exasperation but you could see a faint smile on his face.

"Ok" Scott nodded.

"Ok" Lydia nodded.

"Sounds weird but whatever" Kurt sighed causing Stiles to nod.

Scott shook his head at the two of them before crouching down, placing his hand on the ground where Allison died.

Lydia crouched down next to him and placed her hand on top of his.

The two of them looked at each other as Lydia offered him a small reassuring smile, causing Scott to return the gesture as he nodded.

Lydia patted his arm before standing back up.

Scott took a deep breath before curling his hand into a fist and punched the ground.

Lydia and Kurt flinched back while Stiles stood there watching blankly.

Scott punched again, grunting, and the ground cracked but it still wasn't enough.

Scott clenched his jaw before closing his eyes and when he reopened them he punched the ground one more time, using all his strength.

And it worked because the ground cracked open and he was able to grab a handful of what they needed.

"Damn, that really was weird" Santana commented.

"I know right, punching a hole in the ground and grabbing dirt from where their friend died" Puck huffed out a laugh.

Brittany shot her wife a pointed look while Quinn smacked Puck's arm.

Scott stood up and used his other hand to take out a black rag in order to wrap it around the dirt.

Stiles helped him wrap it around the dirt and tied it so that none of the dirt would fall out.

Scott nodded at his best friend before looking at Lydia.

"What's next?" Scott asked.

Lydia said nothing, just gestured for him and the others to follow her which they did.

As the screen turned black, indicating that it was over, everyone looked at each other.

They wondered what was going to happen now, what the next step was for them.

Looks like they are going to have to watch and see.
