I had my needed nice sleep yesterday. When we were doing breakfast, Dad kept on telling about what a great doctor was Mr. Daniel Hemsworth. According to Dad, he is great with patients and has a vast knowledge. Well, Dad and He became friends really fast. Dad told how they would be working together on some case which, by the way I totally ignored because the pancake in front of me was much more appealing than any surgery. And top it up with candied bacon, you slip in heaven. Yum!!!

After picking up Samantha, we made our way to school with constant complaining from her side about how she didn't get any sleep yesterday because of her freaking-pregnant-sister who was high on craving at night. There was no one in the house except them. And she had to get everything her sister wanted. Geez!!! Good, I don't have a pregnant elder sister!!

We reached school in no time. After getting things from my locker, I made my way to English class. I saw people talking, more like gossiping about something but I ignored it. I was in no mood to handle all this in the morning. Before I could enter in the class, June blocked my way. She was like the queen bee of school with every guy after her. But I think all that attention wasn't still enough for her.

"Hey! Handsome. Looking good as always." She said scanning me from up to down. Well! more like checking me out.

"Hey June!" I said with a plastered smile on my face. Don't want to be rude. "Well, if you step aside I have a class to attend to." I said her, trying to maintain my tight-lipped fake smile.

"Only if you promise to spare a night at my house. I am home alone, you know." Not again. This isn't the first time, she had said this to me.

"Well! I am not free June." I removed her roaming hand from my body. "You have so many other admirers. Why don't you ask them.? I am sure some are dying to be there." I said, trying to escape the situation. She leaned closer to my ear.

"They are not what I am craving for." Ugh!! Someone help me please. "My house at seven. Or I will be at your house." She said, seductively and then she pecked me on my lips.

She won't ever give up I guess, but let her keep trying. I really don't like her because she is like a terrifying mean bitch for girls like the one's you see in cliché movies. Once I asked a girl (whose name I don't really remember) out for a party because I really liked that girl during freshman year but she flatly refused me because she didn't want June's wrath to land on her.

So, it basically meant that June's bitchiness is way more overpowering than my charming personality, handsome face, sexy body and a long list continues. From that day onward, I made a mental note to not ask any girl out because I wouldn't want her to suffer because of me and at the same time I wouldn't ask June out because then I would be six feet under by Samantha. Samantha clearly told me that she doesn't like her at all.

I made my way towards my seat. Mrs. Sarah entered into the class soon after.

"Hey dude. Sshh." It was Ryder who was poking me.

"Oh hey Ryder.! What's up man." I asked him in low tone so that Mrs. Sarah doesn't listen.

"Well, I saw your little lip action out of class with June. Something going on?" He asked raising his eyebrows.

"Well no. Thank you. She doesn't give up and clearly doesn't get the hints either that I am not interested in her."

"Well, if I were you I would definitely take the chance." Before I could say anything to him, Mrs. Sarah's voice broke us.

"Mr. Parker and Mr. Wesley, It would be appreciable if you heed a little attention to front of the class too." She said in not so sweet tone.

"Sorry." We said together. Turning in front of the class, I saw a girl standing near her table with her face in front of the class. I couldn't see her face properly because it was partly covered with hair on the side and from where I was sitting I couldn't see anything. I saw Mrs. Sarah ushering her to speak.

"Hello! My name is Annabelle Hemsworth. But I prefer being called as Anna. I just moved here recently and I am glad to join this school. Thankyou!" with that she pushed the hairs behind her ears that were falling on her face. It was the same girl. Now I can see her clearly. She looks so much more beautiful than yesterday. Her coffee brown hairs were falling loosely behind her back. She took a seat in front of the class. Her hazel eyes concentrating on the board in front of her.

"The girl is hot. I can see June's competition here." Ryder said in a low voice. "If I get a chance. I will totally bang her." Bang her! Seriously. Who uses that word anymore. I turned towards him and shot him the look of 'are you kidding dude!'

"Shut up Ryder. Jessica would kill you after that."

"oh I will...." But before he could finish speaking, it was Mrs. Sarah's voice that came. "Adam and Ryder, I am trying to teach here. Detention today after school for both." She said pointing her fingers towards us.

"But.." Ryder tried to say something. "Detention for two days after school" said Mrs. Sarah.

"Oh fuck" Ryder cursed. I face palmed myself. Will he shut up.!!! Dumbass. Mrs. Sarah smiled, well quite not literally. "Mr. Wesley out of my class and now you have a week detention. And Mr. parker for you, two days."

"But Mrs. Sarah. He was talking with me too. He should also get a week detention." When will he get a brain in his thick head?

"Ryder, out now or else a week detention could turn into a month." Mrs. Sarah said sulking n an annoyed tone, raising her eyebrow.

"Fine!!" He started gathering his stuff and shooting daggers from his eyes in my way. I didn't do anything, I solemnly swear!!!!!

I think Mrs. Sarah is in a really bad mood today and we just got on her nerves. The period ended and I rushed out of the class after catching a glimpse of the new girl, Anna. So I was not hallucinating I guess.! I tried avoiding Ryder, so that he won't murder me because he got a week's detention and I got for only two days.

Anna was with me in biology and physics too. Well, I had Sam and Greg in physics too. I told Greg and Samantha that she was the same girl I saw earlier that day. Greg received a smack from Samantha on his head for teasing me about my fantasy coming true to life. Well, he did deserve that.!!

When the class ended, Samantha told us that she is going to ask Anna if she would like to have lunch with us and would meet us in the cafeteria. Samantha has always been like this, trying to make new students comfortable. When her family moved away for a year and she was transferred to a new school, she told us that the people were awful there considering the new student as if an alien invaded their planet. So, she doesn't want other people to experience that. She looks all tough and tomboy like from outside but she is really a sweet and caring person from inside.

Me and Greg set our tray at our usual table. Ryder and his girlfriend Jessica were already at the table making out and eating each others face off. Gross..!! Public display of affection. But before I could tell them to stop, it was Samantha whose voice made them tear away from each other. "Why don't you guys get a room already?. " she snapped at both of them.

I thought she was going to ask Anna for the lunch. Oh! maybe the girl refused! Who knows.?

"Where is Adam's fantasy girl Sam? You were going to ask her for lunch." Greg asked.

"She is not my fantasy girl.!!" I gritted through my teeth. I want to break his oh-so-sweet-nerd face.

"Don't talk about her. I saw her talking to Alex and smiling. I made me not to go up and talk to her right now. Maybe I'll do it some other time." She said. Obviously she didn't want her mood to get spoiled by coming face to face with that son of bitch.

"The whole male population is like hunting her with their eyes. Seeing that June's got a competition which she is not taking very well, I am so enjoying to see her like that." Jessica said looking in June's direction who looked pissed just as Anna entered the cafeteria and every head turned in her direction. Some jocks even whistled which made Anna's face scrunch in disgust.

"Oh, see she doesn't like this kind of attention." Samantha said." It's good that we won't be having another version of June then. "

"So, it means I won't be having chance to bang her because she isn't like June, 'Always Available' " Ryder said with a fallen face, clearly unaware of what is going to happen now.

"WHAT!!! Ryder I suppose I was your girlfriend." Jessica clearly had an irritated look all over your face. It can only take someone as dumb as Ryder to say something like that in front of his girlfriend. As if realization just hit him hard.

"Oh Jess! Baby that's not what I wanted to say. I meant Greg." Oh boy!

" What! Ryder." Greg had an amused look on his face, seeing Ryder trying to fix up the messed words that came from his mouth. Notice the little quotes above trying. Do you.!!

"Oh I meant Adam.!!" Jessica's face was red because of anger.

"You don't want to be death of me. You for ten seconds to take it back." I muttered. Sam was clearly enjoying this whole scene leaning back on her chair, stuffing the pasta in her mouth. Her mood was clearly lifting.

Jessica shot up from her seat, slamming her fist on the table and  pushing Ryder away from her. "Ryder James Wesley. You are a dumbass jackass asshole and I am done with you." After that she stormed out of the cafeteria.

"Arggh!!! Jess- Please listen. I'm sorry." Ryder was running after her trying to clean the mess he made.

"You know they will make up. They always do." Samantha said sipping on the orange juice while her finished pasta tray lay in front of her.

"Yeah, just a couple of sorry and a make-out session is all that it takes." I said. Ryder really loves his girl and we all know it. But he is just a little dumb. Oh okay!! maybe a little more dumb. But, he always makes everything alright. I looked down on my tray, I got to finish this pasta!!

From the corner of my eyes, I saw Anna looking in our direction. She was sitting alone on the table in the corner, not too far away from where we all are seated. As soon as I caught her looking, she averted her gaze as if I saw her doing some crime.

The rest of the day passed as usual. Attending classes, getting homework and well with added bonus of my detention which I utilised doing my assignments even when Ryder was mopping about Jessica. After reaching home I was tired as hell. Me and Greg both dumped our asses on bed and dozed off to sleep not even bothering ourselves with something to eat. I am so done with today. June wouldn't really land on my door, would she???
