Hyuck whistles as he unties the boat from the dock, his mother waiting behind him with a basket full of food. When the final knot is undone, he steadies the boat and helps his mother in, climbing on board right after.

"Where should we go? Out a couple of kilometers?" He turns on the old engine, scrunching his face when it begins to sputter to life. "We really need to change this."

Sunhi smiles and places the basket down at her feet. "We can buy a new one tomorrow at the market. But," She gazes across the waters to the other boats that were scattered. "I think we could head towards the rocks. That's where Mishil Kim said she and her husband were heading today and I'd like to catch up with her."

Donghyuck nods and steers the boat towards the North, where the rocks are slowly coming into view. "Isn't she our neighbor?"

"Used to be." The woman sighs. "She moved across town last summer so she could be closer to the family business."

"Makes sense." He slows the boat, letting a couple of fishermen pass by. They wave, shouting a greeting in which Donghyuck returns.

"Beautiful day!"

"Yes! Glad we could all get out today!"

The fishermen both nod and continue on their way. Donghyuck speeds up again and asks his mom to keep track of the map as he keeps a steady speed. "There's Mishil. It looks like she's already docked at the foot of the rock."

Sunhi turns her head, smiling brightly and waving at her friend. "Hyuck, turn in towards the space next to her. She can help reel us in."

"Aye-aye captain." Donghyuck bites his lip in concentration and "parks" their boat against the rock. Just as his mother said, Mishil takes the open rope and ties their boat up at the makeshift port. Sunhi climbs out and immediately hugs her friend, leaving Donghyuck to take the basket.

"Sunhi! My dear, it's so good to see you again." Mishil leads the two Lees up to where her and her husband have sat on the flat of a cliff. "I haven't seen you since the New Year's party."

"Gosh, that was months ago." Sunhi sits with Donghyuck beside her and turns to Hyunki and greets him. "Good to see you again Hyunki."

"It's good to see you as well Sunhi, my wife here has been talking about you nonstop since we agreed to meet here at the rocks today."

"Ki!" Mrs. Kim hits per husband's arm in playful anger. It makes Donghyuck smile, to see two people so in love and full of chemistry. He hopes one day he could find someone like that. Someone to spend the rest of his life with.

Donghyuck stands, telling his mom he was going up to the Jump Point. It was an area on the rocks where the water below was deepest, and there was a semicircle of cliffs surrounding the deep pool. Everyone went up there to jump from the cliffs for fun.

Donghyuck climbs up and takes his shirt off, the sun hitting his skin and making his toned stomach shine in all it's one-pack glory. He takes his sandals off and stands at the edge of the cliff. Taking a deep breath and looking at the calm, crystal clear water below, Donghyuck prepares himself to jump. It was never scary, not in the slightest. But it always took a solid second of just "jump. jump. jump." before his feet would finally leave the ground.

He bends his legs and leans forward. Taking another breath, he points his hands in a cone shape and jumps, headfirst into the water. The cooling sensation fills his body, covering over all his senses in a soothing touch. The water around him swirls and moves with his body as he crashes through the liquid barrier. Before long, his head had resurfaced and he was breathing heavily, a huge smile plastered on his face.

He pushes his hair out of his face and shakes his head like a dog to get the extra water droplets out.

He looks up at the cliffs. "Let's do it again."

Mark gawks at the tan boy who was standing at the edge of the rocks. He was lean and tall, his dark skin glistening in the sun. The water dripped down his torso from his first jump, making Donghyuck even more golden. And it only made Mark want him more.

When Donghyuck jumps a second time, Mark watches him in detail. How he angled his body; the way he positioned himself into a stance before leaving the rocks; his perfect form as his body hit the water. And when he rose again, Mark still had his eyes on him. His hand running through his hair; his chest rising and falling with the tide as he took deep breaths; his squinting eyes which were now looking at Mark.

"Oh shit..." Mark's face heats up and he looks away, but he still caught the glimpse of Donghyuck winking at him before laughing and swimming away. Mark holds his head in his hands and groans loudly, though his grandfather paid no mind. "I'm so fucked."
