Seraphina

Seraphina was born with a shadow that could speak to her, but no one else could hear or see it. Even at her young age (early to mid-teens), she shows strength and wisdom, as her soul is old and has lived numerous lives. 

This young woman was initially born into a coven, where they bound her soul with magic, making her a witch. With each lifetime she lived, her magic would appear once she went through puberty. Sadly, since her soul was so young and naïve, she fell under the spell of corruption, making one bad judgment after another, hurting all in her way or who she felt wronged her.

In her present life, Seraphina has to endure the pain of discovering what she did in previous lives—how evil she had become at one time. Thankfully, her shadow had interfered where he could, helping to save her from what she had become. While Armaros is an excellent guide, as he remembers each and every life with her, her guilt and shame of the past eat away at her heart and soul as she tries to end the tyranny that she started in her first life.

Seraphina knows that freeing her shadow is a major priority for her, but she takes the chance of losing her life to protect another that an angry, raging shadow possesses. In doing so, she releases a new magic that may allow her to correct the choices made in the past while also changing the future her previous self had set her on. Now focused, Seraphina needs to do what is right for herself and her shadow.

Seraphina's current quest has the power to change the future and fix the judgments of the past. Hopefully, she will use her history to learn how to make things right.
