(A/N: hello readers welcome to the first chapter of the story, time to see our protagonists. Now let's begin)

3rd P.O.V

"Flying above a beautiful forest in the middle of the day where the sounds of birds chirping could be heard and everything looked peaceful was an unusual flying creature that seemed to have caught a prey on it's mouth. The creature itself looked around the environnement looking for a spot to land and have it's lunch peacefully and without any interruption from intruders who would certainly want a piece of it's food. Eventually the flying creature has finally found a perfect spot to eat peacefully, it proceeds to fly down passing through and pushing away the leafs and branches of the trees and then lands on the ground. Before beginning to take a bite of it's food, it looked around it's surroundings making sure that no one was there to take advantage and steal it's lunch and fortunately enough there was no one. Not wasting any time, the creature began to take it's food by using it's hands and started eating the fleshy meat of it's prey. This creature wasn't a normal one considering how it looked, it seemed to look like some type of strange bird with either features of a bat or a pterodactyl. However it was not a bird or even a pterodactyl, it was something else that was much more worst"

"This is a Gyaos, a monster from the ancient world, one where he was created by an ancient civilization whose purpose was to protect but it betrayed it's own masters for the sake of food and survival. They certainly did not like the idea of being used but right now they were probably millions around the world but seeing how their ancient nemesis Gamera had slaughtered their entire species, only a few remained. This Gyaos in particular had caught a human from a city and simply wanted to be left alone in peace where it could eat without interruption. However it seems that despite everything being peaceful in this forest, an intruder was hidden behind the bushes where it would strike the Gyaos if it didn't accidentally step on a stick making a cracking noise which warned the Gyaos and caused it to turn around and look at the bushes behind it. A growl of frustration could be heard behind the bushes indicating that the intruder was not happy with it's mistake but it sounded like a human girl rather than a creature, refusing to waste any time, the intruder started attacking when two red tentacles with silver bladed tips came out of the bushes and started firing yellow beams of energy from the tip of both tentacles"

(A/N: music)

"The Gyaos immediately reacted by flapping it's wings and flying up dodging the attack as it let's out a roar at the intruder who finally revealed itself by walking out of the bushes. It was indeed a human girl but not one that was normal"

"Obviously the tentacles, the head-crest and the pointy red ears do make it obvious that she wasn't a normal human being but something else. The mysterious girl glared at the Gyaos and then turns her left hand into what appears to be a boney blade clearly not done until the Gyaos is killed but the flying creature isn't going to let itself be killed this easily as it's throat and mouth began to glow a yellow light and it get's ready to fire it's attack. However the girl then began to form light emitting membranes on her tentacles to serve as wings as she began flying up and going towards the Gyaos who then proceeded to fire a yellow beam of energy out of it's mouth. The attack of the Gyaos seemed to be similar to the girl's attack but the girl knew exactly it's effects as she suddenly began to unleash plasma out of her back using it like a jet propulsion to not only dodge the attack but also increase her flying speed as she flies towards the Gyaos used her boney arm blade to impale it right through the Gyaos's chest causing it to roar in agonizing pain as she then fires from one of the tentacles tips her yellow beam of energy and cuts the Gyaos's head off killing it instantly. This seemed like a victory for her but not for long as she heard the roar of another Gyaos and turns around to see it flying towards her, she get's prepared to fight back however that doesn't happen as the other Gyaos get's tackled by another creature and pins it down to the ground, the creature in question was a large winged reptilian creature"

"The Gyaos roars in frustration trying to get the reptilian creature off it but it only made it worse as the reptilian creature buried it's sharp talons inside the Gyaos's throat causing it to roar in pain as the reptilian creature then ripped the flesh off leaving a huge hole on it's throat as it slowly dies"

(A/N: end of the music)

"The girl groaned in frustration while she lands on the ground, she was certainly not happy that her kill was stolen, the reptilian creature gave her a "really" look clearly having heard her groaning while also finding this to be rather immature"

???: seriously ?

"Said the winged creature as it then started shapeshifting into it's human form"

???: you're seriously mad at me because i stole your kill ?

"The girl nodded while shooting him a glare which he responded with a sigh"

???: look Cassandra. The situation here has gotten worse especially with these damn Gyaos who are starting to multiply. If we do nothing then we're all dead. So how about you start focusing rather than acting childish

"The girl named Cassandra simply rolled her eyes and ignored his little comments. Even though the both of them are friends, Cassandra does have her attitude which could be frustrating to handle but she does have her reasons for mostly acting this way and he understands that. Another thing about her is that she's not really a talker, in fact she can't talk so she has to rely on her body language and use the sound of her mouth in order to express how she feels. Cassandra let's out a sigh as she began to walk away not wanting to get angry any further while the boy was glaring at the corpses of the two Gyaos, there was a clear hatred in his look"

???: (those damn things. I swear i'm gonna kill every single last drop of them along with those stupid vampires that killed my family !!!!)

"There was anger in him but then he took a deep breath and calmed down refusing to let himself be controlled by rage as he didn't want to be reminded of a personal memory of his, one that was very hurting"

???: (calm down Scorpia. Now is not the moment to think about that......................memory. Even if they were still alive, that wouldn't change the fact that you still revealed your true form and they would still see you as a monster..................especially him.................................................Mika...)
