"Did you see that?" Taehyung pointed at the hallway as he stood behind the broad shoulder man whom he calls his brother.

"Tae. What is wrong with you? There is nothing there." Jin crossed his arms as he yawned.

It was past 1 in the morning when Jin was woken up abruptly by his little brother who claims that he saw sparkles flying in the air. The thought itself creeped Taehyung out as the poor boy was half asleep when he walked towards the bathroom to piss.

"LOOK OVER THERE! CONCENTRATE JIN!" Taehyung used his hands to clasp the side of his brother's head and forcefully turn his head to look ahead.

"BY THE DIVINE TAEHYUNG! MY NECK IS GONNA TWIST AND I WILL BE AN UGLY GHOST."

Jin wiggled his way out from his brother and turned back to face the silver head male who carried a worried pout on his face. The look on Taehyung's face shows that the young doctor was indeed terrified of something he "saw" in the hallway.

"Come here." Jin opened his arms wide and almost immediately the silver head buried itself on his brother's safe cocoon.

"It's probably the light's reflection Taehyungie. I don't see anything else. How about I change all the lights to a bright white light tomorrow? No more warm tones. Deal?" Jin said as he rubbed his hand up and down, soothing his brother's railing fear.

"Okay."

"Now go to bed. Aren't you suppose to be getting your beauty sleep for the date with your boyfriend tomorrow?" Jin cupped his brother's bread cheeks as Taehyung's face turned red as a cherry tomato.

"Shut up." He used the sleeve of his oversized pyjamas and hit his brother's chest.

"Ow. Cruel." Jin fake cried as Taehyung broke into a small smile, completely forgetting the incident which terrified him about the sparkling light he saw flickering in the air.

"Goodnight." Taehyung quickly walked back to his room to spare him a good night sleep. He can't look anything less in front of his boyfriend tomorrow for their 7th anniversary.

Yes, it's been 7 years since the duo started dating.

In 7 years, both Jin and Namjoon became official and even registered for their marriage. They still lived separately and liberally. Namjoon was running his corporate business and Jin was busy with his floral shop. With Taehyung still under his roof, the older did not want to move in permanently with Namjoon just yet.

In the 7 years, Yoongi and Jimin became closer than family to Taehyung. The duo is going strong in their relationship with constant bickering but it only brought them closer than before.

As for Jungkook, he is a successfully registered psychologist in the same hospital which Taehyung was employed as a cardiologist. The silver head is one of the youngest doctors on the board who is under training to become a surgeon.

Life was going great and wonderful for Taehyung and Jungkook. Everything looked imperfectly perfect until Taehyung started to experience weird episodes of strange visions and incidents around him. At first, he truly thought it was due to the long hours of studying and working at the operation wards which cause his eyesight to grow worse.

His tiredness soon turned into worries when he noticed electrifying sparks appearing out of the norm at the most random places. Taehyung wasn't ready to speak about this to his brother or his boyfriend afraid of the judgement he might receive.

It wasn't until tonight when he saw an outline of sparks making it seem almost like a human on his way to the washroom. The sparks vanished as quick as they appeared and that reached the peak of Taehyung's fear.

Once the silver head was back in his room, Jin ensured his brother was properly tucked in before he turned back to his room, calling it a night.

Wait.

He did not call it a night before he clenched his fist in annoyance and closed his eyes shut summoning the Highest Archangel of Heaven - Archangel Hoseok.

"Hobi!"

It wasn't even a second when Jin felt the surrounding warmed up with a bright hue of orange and yellow, the colours complimenting the Highest Archangel of Heaven.

"By the Divine, what's wrong with you Angel Jin?"

The familiar cheery voice resonated in Jin's ear as he opened his eyes wide taking in the ethereal presence of the heaven's archangel.

"Hobi, I told you to not run around the house while Tae is here. He is starting to sense your presence!"

Archangel Hoseok blinked his eyes to not admit his fault in making frequent visits to earth and in particular to witness the life of Taehyung and Jungkook after the inside at the Garden of Nem where all the supernatural being and Jimin given the chance to choose their new reality.

Almost all, except Jin and Hoseok at that time chosen a new life. A reality where their identity will be tweaked to make a new destiny for their lifetime. It wasn't until later when Jin gave up his life as the Highest Archangel of Heaven to his trusted Archangel Hoseok before descending to earth, to the place he knows his heart belongs. His place is with the once fallen star of heaven - Lucifer aka Namjoon.

"I-..."

"Don't even think about hiding Hobi, you can't lie. Highest Archangels can never lie."

Archangel Hoseok's shoulder slumps down heavily dragging his enormous white wings down, the tip of his white wings brushing the wooden floor at Jin's room.

"But Angel Jin, it's time."

Jin raised his brows at his Archangel. "Isn't it too soon?"

"Peace be upon the Divine. Whatever happened at the Garden of Nem can never be reversed Angel Jin. I have read the Golden Book and I did not find any answers to our queries. I had to call upon the Divine for the questions in my mind."

Archangel Hoseok was doing his usual heavenly patrol and reading when he received a fiery note from Jin one day - precisely a year ago about Taehyung's changes in behaviour and appearance.

'When you told me he started to look glowing, I know it's about time Angel Jin."

"What are we going to do now Hoseok?"

"We will prepare."

"For another battle?" Jin asked, horror painting his face. Shivers rushing up from his feet to the back of his shoulder.

"I'm afraid we have to Angel Jin."

Jin dropped his head as he slumped down on the bed. He trembled softly with the thought about another battle. This time, it will be unexpected. No one knows the danger they are being pushed through, no one can predict what is about to happen.

When Jungkook gave up his power as the King of Darkness and its realm, Taehyung too gave away his power as the Prince of Light - the healing light of heaven. Both the lovers chose one another and the battle of light and darkness was resolved with a greater weapon which is love. Pure love in that matter.

"What will happen this time around Hobi?"

Archangel Hoseok inhaled sharply. "By the Divine, I can only say that we used to fight with Taehyung and Jungkook apart from one another. Right now, after 7 years, with this battle, we will all fight as one."

It wasn't the reunion Highest Archangel of Heaven - Angel Hoseok was hoping to have but if it means he will have all six of the most important living beings with him side by side then be it. It's been 7 years and never once Angel Hoseok has left Jimin nor Yoongi from his side.

"Let Tae be happy with Jungkook tomorrow at least?" Jin requested for he knows that Archangel Hope can bless their day and keep it trouble-free for at least 24 hours within his capability.

"Peace be upon them Angel Jin."

With that, both the Highest Archangel of the heavenly realm and the former Archangel sent a prayer to the Divine, wishing the battle ahead of them will not damage the bubble of life they have grown accustomed to.

7 years.

7 years since the earth gained the purest love by the strongest pair and Jin will not wish for it to end so soon.

Or...will it?

SERAPH 2 is out!
I can't believe I'll actually be writing a sequel when I first released SERAPH. I'm super overwhelmed with the support and appreciation on SERAPH 1 and can't express my gratitude just enough. I'll continue to work hard on the plot for SERAPH 2. I have a rough plot but again,
it may change.

If you're reading the SERAPH series for the first time, I encourage to read BOOK 1 under my library before this. You won't be disappointed (I hope so).
