Jack's P.O.V
This woman was really starting to annoy me.
She would never stop going on and on about my other personalities, asking when she could meet them. I'm ready to explode. He irritating voice rang loudly in my ears every time she opened her mouth, and I couldn't take it for much longer.
"You know Jack, Dr. Fichbouch is very worried about you. Said something about you having a bad influence." She said smugly.
"Mark's father?" I asked surprised.
She tried to look surprised, but I saw the look of glee in her eyes. It made me sick to my stomach. "No, I don't think so. Dr.Fichbouch only has one son, Thomas. Is Mark a personality of yours?"
"No, no! Stop that! Mark Fichbouch! He's a patient here!! He's my friend! His father is a doctor here!"
"I'm afraid you're mistaken. Mark is not real." She replied. "Now, tell me about-"
"What have you done with Mark." I demanded.
She ignored me. "Tell me about-"
"What have you done to Mark?!?" I yelled.
"Mark isn't real, Jack! He's not real, he's all in your head!"
"SHUT UP!!" I screamed. My head was pounding and I clutched it, backing away. I looked up to see the woman with a look of terror on her face. Her mouth was stuck shut.
If she tried to scream, no noise came out. She tried to stand, reaching out at me. Terrified, I said, "Stop!"
She stopped instantly. I shut my eyes. "Freeze."
She didn't move, she was actually frozen in place. My head was spinning, thoughts racing through my head. But one thought was ringing louder than them all. Find Mark. I had to find out what they had done to him.
I rushed to the door and fumbled with the handle. I desperately tried to open it. As a last resort, I slammed myself in the door, hoping to bust it open. It popped open and I stumbled out into the hallway. I looked around wildly for any hint to where Mark's room could be.
I thought I saw him, but he looked older. It hit me like a bus when I realized it was Mark's father. He seemed troubled, and he took a deep breath before entering a room. For a few brief moments, all I could here was Mark's screams.
Panic ran through my body as I rushed to the door. Hearing my approach, Mark's father slammed the door shut in my face. For a few moments we held eye contact, his eyes lined with shock and anger. He whipped away from the door and I banged my fists, pleading for him to open the door. I saw him walk to his son's side, speaking softly to him. Mark snapped, suddenly shouting at his father, who had gone completely stiff.
Mark's eyes began to glow red and his father looked terrified. When he tried to step back, he suddenly froze. Anger still written on his face, Mark walked away. He soon saw my face on the other side of the door and rushed over. He desperately tried to open the door, cursing under his breath. His eyes began to glow again and I heard the lock pop open. I backed up and he flung open the door. We crashed into each other, hugging tightly.
"Th-they tried to tell me you weren't real, they-"
"I know, it's OK." He interuppted. "I'm here, Jack I'm right here."

Mark's P.O.V
He stared up at me with his eyes full of fear. Something sparked inside of me and began to come up with a way to get out of there. I smiled and said, "How would you like to go back to Ireland?"
He smiled, and I took his hand. I knew the hallways much better than him, and I navigated our way to the entrance. By this point, the doctors and security knew we had gotten out and had been dispatched to catch us.
"Mark!" Jack yelled.
"Shit!" They had caught up to us, but I sure as hell wasn't going to let them take us back. I broke into a sprint, pulling Jack behind me. I felt a wave of relief when I saw the doors leading to the outside world. Before the receptionist could put the building in lock down, Jack pushed open the double doors.
