Murtasim didn't able to take his eyes off from her from the time he get to know that he is going to be a father., the weight of those words dawned upon him as he realized what could have been happen if he didn't able to find her this soon he will all those precious moments of this serene face while she is carrying his child , he will not able to see this gorgeous look on her face which she had been glowing due to his child , he laughed as he caress her face lovingly he is going to be a father , his meerab is going to be mother they both are going to be parents he gulped down the emotions and take out all the thoughts from his mind he justs want live in this moment and feel it , his meerab him and their baby just three of them.

He justs stares at her while caressing her face softly not able to focus on anything other than her , If he did like she will disappear again and he had to bear with that pain again of losing her

" meerab .., itni bhi kya narazgi ki mere baache ki khabar bhi nhi di mujhe..., tumne aaj khud kaha mohabbat karti hoo phir kyun usmein dard sehti gyi akeli iss nanhi si jaan ka to sochti ek baar .." He said choking on his emotions as he palm her bump softly

He had not forgotten how she had confessed his love for him, he knew that she loved him when he had gone to Saba house just after she left , she had told how meerab had warned rohail that she started to live him and he is a integral part of her life he cried that night on the floor scattering all her things nearby him and he begged to his Allah to bring her back and he will do everything to earn her forgiveness even she forgive him at cost of his death. Then why did she left him even when she loved him so much to keep their baby and nourishing him or her In her womb even when she hates as per him he thought after that night she hated him for whatever had happened between is in the heat of moment but never in his wildest he had thought that it will result into this and they will bring a new life in the world like that.

The nurse had been taken check on her again and change the strip as he sits there while holding her hand. He had been asked to wait outside but his firm and hard gaze made it impossible for them to send him out. The time is lapsing slowly and he had sit beside her to Check if she show any sign of waking up , as he had lay down his head on her shoulder while she lay there his eyes dropped unknown to him as the soft warmth of her find his body he for the first time in those month sleep peacefully.

As in the early morning the moon is on verge of setting down and the time for sun taking its path meerab eyes fluttered softly and soon her eyes adjust to the light in the room as she feels someone breathing near him she sees how softly like a child he is sleeping there her eyes softened and she lovingly with her free hand moves her hand in his hairs. She wished in these months to see him like this and do this but she knew this is impossible but today when she got this opportunity she could not help but do this while she a slight pain in her left hand on which dripped is placed and a small whimper left her lips waking him up he rubbed his eyes and looked for her

" meerab ..are you okay ruko main doctor ko bulata hon ..." He rushed outside and she reminds herself that how she had fainted in his arms yesterday and he took her to hospital sighing she wait as doctor came to check her and asked for some uncomfortness but she didn't feel any and asked some more questions

" meerab your b.p. is very low yesterday vitamins nhi le rahi ho apne .."

" no ..it's just bohot vomiting ho rahi kuch Dino se Maine consult kiya tha apni gynac se but she said it's normal prescribe kiye the unhone medicine mein le rahi hoon.." she said softly while he could not help but feel helpless to let her do all this alone and felt guilty how she had been living in that state all alone and in which condition he even don't know even after having all things at his feet he could not able to reach her to be with her when she needs him his muscles tightens as the hands behind him are controlling his anger for himself letting her go and leaving her that night alone if he had not left things would be different between them .

" this is not normal this sudden nausea and all .." she asked more questions to clear more doubts and he feared if something wrong is there with his child and wife

" is everything okay doctor, ye dono theek haina .."

" khan sahab kuch test hone de mujhe inki hcg ki report dekhni hai , main clearly jabhi bataungi sab ..." meerab feared for her child and panic is on her face
" mera baccha , vo theek haina doctor..."
She panicked as she sees him her , tears rolled down as he holds her hand to calm her down

" meerab shh relax, unhone kaha hai sab theek hai bass kuch test lene hai ...relax main yahi hoon relax ..." He calm her down while the nurse took some sample of her blood again in Morning and opting for again ultrasound to clear some doubts making him frown. Calming her down he left the room for some minutes till the time they take her sample as he met with doctor

" aapne kal hi ultrasound test liya tha wapas, doctor mujhe clear report chahiye kya baat hai.." He said in his khan voice

" khan sahab abhi kuch clearly nhi keh sakte., maine kaha hai aap chinta mat kijiye meerab aur baacha theek hai hume bass sab clear karna hai ki koi aur pareshani ki baat to nhi ..." she explained to him politely while he breathe a sigh of relief and nods his head moving again to the room while they all go out he had taken her in his arms again while patting her back though many questions are there in both of their mind but they had left this as they are only focus for their baby health he caress her back as she leaned onto him more

" murtasim humara baby theek haina .." she asked sniffing in his chest

" meerab sab theek hai main hoon yahan , doctor ne kaha hai sab theek haina unhe bas apne doubts clear karne hai aur kuch nhi ..pls dont cry ..' he asked her softly and she closed her eyes feeling secure in his arms he is there now he will handle the things on his own she trust him enough for his baby she knew they will made it out.

He had gone out as he told someone to bring her juice as doctor said to made her drink only juice till they take her for ultrasound as she should be empty stomach for it , while taking his black coffee and her juice he sits down with her and made her drink it slowly after making it drink he drank his coffee and his headache subside slowly.

In the silence of room they had prayed to be some of positive news as she clutched his hand tightly and he puts his head back on the headrest. The nurse had came again to help her as she had to rush washroom and they had to take her for ultrasound again.
The machines are placed again as she layed down and a gel is applied on her bump while they waited to appear it on the screen again and they suddenly saw an another little bean with a slightly big bean to it both murtasim and meerab could not able to understand it while doctor nodded her head smilingly as he helped meerab to sit while taking support of the stretcher back. As doctor had took hold of her reports she smiled gracefully

" my doubts are clear meerab , you are pregnant with twins this nausea feeling and the continuous urination increase in your dieting style your hcg level is high in previous reports too but we could not able to focus on it last night to Control your situation that's why I took this test congratulation to both of you ..

" she is okay khan sahab , par now i prefer you to rest more meerab twins pregnancy can be a little tricky you need proper bedrest for few months don't take any stress it's not good for babies..I will prescribe the medicine which will help you..you can take her khan sahab now.." meerab could not help but asked

" but doctor previous reports main nhi tha , naa doctor ne inform kiya mujhe ..."

" it happens meerab , sometimes we could not get clear picture till the end as one baby hides out and mostly it happens in case of identical gender..let's wait for some more week to get a clear look to it..." she left the room as both are too shocked to react poor murtasim still could not able to come to one baby fact and now he gets to know they are twins while for meerab she could not help she squealed loudly in happiness as she hugged him tightly who is standing beside her

" murtasim twins Allah, do do baache ...uff" she said happily and when he heard her reaction he hugged her tightly emotionally

" twins ...meerab humare baache., main baap banne wala hoon.. " He whispered softly as he gulped but meerab realizing suddenly now what did she do in happiness comes out gently from his hold

" thank you mera dhyaan rakhne ke liye, lekin abb tum jaa sakte ho bohot kaam honge tum i don't want to be a burden on you now ..." she stated firmly while her heart broke saying these words still she turns her head towards other direction

" kaam honge matlab, burden say that again .., dare you to utter those words tum mujhpe bojh nahi hoon aur abb tum akeli nhi hoo ..." He said hardly how dare she say herself as burden when she is the only things which keeps alive in mid of all chaos.

" mere baache murtasim ., meri responsibility hai tumhe chinta karne ki jaroorat nhi hai main prescription leke chali jaungi and once again thank you ..." she also not backing out from argument

He sighed and pinched his nose to control his anger he knew this will lead to bad if he lost his control and he had taken hard lesson from last time and now had seen what it results into

" humare baache meerab .., mere aur tumhare dono ke ., chillana hai gussa karna hai sab kar Lena you are coming with me back gairat baaki hai mujhmeim apne baacho aur biwi ko thaukre khaane nhi chod sakta ..."

She chuckled bitterly " chale to jaate ho chodke kyu ruk rahe ho abb , uss raat bhi chale gaye the ab bhi chale jao leave me alone please ..please " she whispered slowly as she didnt have any energy to fight with him

" meerab meri jaan, shaant ho jao bas ye tum bhi jaanti aur main bhi kya Hua tha uss raat we will discuss it later kissi ke liye naa sahi inn dono ki khatir chalo ..." He said while palming his bump
" inpe mera bhi haq Banta hai meerab .., you cannot just forget it like this ..., aur wapas chacha unki halat kaisi hai jaanti ho.." He said while placing the last card on the table hoping it turns in his favor

" baba kya Hua baba ko .., bolo murtasim.."

" last month unke heart stroke Hua tha tumhara aise achanak chale jana vo seh nhi paaye , par don't worry he is doing good okay ..abb theek hai meerab he missed you so much , main Mar raha hoon tumhare bina humare baache aane wala hai kya itni cheeze kaafi nhi hai tumhare liye ki tum apna gussa bhool jao aur ek practical decision lo.."

She gasped listening about her father condition and a sudden wave of guilt rushed over her chest , in all this her baba had suffered and listening and seeing all this she knows he too had suffered should she give in for her children sake he had saw how happy he is when he got to know about today's news he loved them maybe his love for her is just a show off but he will be a great father to their children after battling with her mind she nods her head .

" mai chalungi tumhare saath ..." she said while closing her eyes as she don't have much energy and he sigh in happiness atleast she is ready to move with him though he knows how but still with time they will clear their doubts too , he went outside to check all the formalities for the discharge papers and then taking her hand they moved towards doctor's cabin they take prescription

As her body is a little weak so he hold her by her shoulder and is helping her out in walking meerab rolled her eyes as she sees how slowly he is walking as she had woken up from coma or had a major accident

" murtasim .., Thora fast chal sakte kal tak nhi pochana hai hume bahar ..." she said sarcastically

" so what , suna nhi tumne doctor ne andar kya kaha no pressure for anything you are weak khayal rakhna hai tumhe bedrest aise hi nhi bola ...chup chap chalo I will not take any risk regarding you ..."

She gazed him softly as she listened about him caring for her but just as some bitters memories came her throat gets filled up with emotions and she walked silently

As he had made her sit on the backseat he had told drive to drive at very low speed with care though she knew he is overreacting now but could not say anything as she knew even she overreact sometimes as after all this is her first pregnancy and doctor had also warned them to not take any risk with her health so she stops herself
As he seated beside her , carefully he had made her wear her seat belt while this she stared at his face this care this soft eyes his emotions why they are showing what she don't want to take his love for her

She had made up her mind that he had loved haya forever and it's just due to maa begum decision and forced from all sides he had married her but as she stared him and sees how he stared her back and just drop a kiss on her forehead she could not help but feel emotional and wants to cry out her insecurities in his arms but taking a control over her emotions she let it go and they drove off from there.
