"Slow poke!"
Queen Marianna yelled to the man behind her.

"Tch"

The man clicked his tongue and in a split second transformed into a huge wolf.

His fur was all black with white on his paws and the tips of hid ears.

The man caught up to Marianna, going underneath her and lifting her onto his back.

"Roan!"

"Sorry milady, but you were just to slow for me!"

King Roan said back in a playful tone.

Marianna rolled her eyes and then let put a chuckle as they neared their picnic location.

"We are here Mari"

Marianna looked around, there were flowers as far as the eye could see. And above the blanket where they would eat was a huge willow tree.

"This place is beautiful Roan"

Roan looked at Mari and chuckled transforming back and putting on his clothes.

"I knew you would like it."

The two sat down and began talking about their shared favorite topic.

The sun

Queen Marianna loved the sun. So much so that she built a dome with a roof slanted just right so that at all times of the day the sun would bask the whole arena.

She built this place to be used for celebrations, or weddings.

After her death it was transformed into a fighting arena( the one that Diana uses)

"Mari"

"Yeah Roan"

"I know that this may be to soon, but I have something I would like to tell you"

Mari inner dialogue: Oh god are we breaking up?

"Wh-what is it babe?"

"Close your eyes, and dont open them till I tell you"

"Ok"

Mari closed her eyes tightly shut scared of what Roan might have in store for her.

"*Clears throat* Mari, I have known you ever since you first opened your eyes as a child, we have been through thick and thin together and persevered.
I know you talk about your hate of marriage because you are scared of the unknown, but please.... Believe in me, I will make you the happiest woman in the world."

Diana began to tear up, her hands over her eyes shaking.

Was she ready for marriage?

She didn't know, but she did know that she loved Roan, and that he would make her happy no matter what.

Roan took out the ring it was a silver band with diamonds engraved along the outside, and a pearl resting on top in the shape of the sun.

Roan spoke his voice quivering

"You may open your eyes now"

Immediately Mari opened her eyes and reached for the ring she gasped at how beautiful it was.

Marianna began crying she put the ring on and ran into Roan hugging him tight and whispering in his ear.

"Forever yours"
