Everybody know that there have been many societies in the world and our society is well-organized and being improved day by day. All we have today comes from good management and effective leadership. So, a company for the accomplishment of its objective requires talented leaders, too. What all good managers have in common is to make a solid decision, to treat all employees fairly, to give clear and understandable directions and also evaluate their employees. Besides, the leader needs to be a born person.
Firstly, a good leader of supervisor, of courses, has a high skill, well-trained management and a lot of experience so that he can understand what they do and delegate authority to their employees. Besides, they need to evaluate their employees correctly in order to give them a suitable position. In addition, a good supervision will not mention the private life of employees.
Secondly, the good supervisor can make his members understand their task clearly. He sometimes makes a solid decision that brings him to a success in working. He’s also an inborn man so that he can solve all the difficult things. All employees trust in his ability and very admire him.
Thirdly, he remembers that staffs are multi-faced human being, with needs, interests and lives that are important to them. He knows how to use the skill of his employees to best advantage. Additional, a good supervisor evaluates his employees on a reasonable set of criteria, not on how he feels about them personally and he lets their employees know what those criteria are, so they have a fair chance to meet him. He gives both praise and criticism in a straightforward manner. He also offers guidance when needed. A poor supervisor will criticize without giving any suggestion or how to improve.
For example, I ‘m working in the IT department and my job requires team spirit, enthusiasm and skillfulness. I admire my boss very much. He is a person who is an inborn talent working by heart and very artistic with his ability, he shows that he a very good leader of the company which is rapidly growing and famous. Moreover, he loves working and always does his task with much enthusiasm. That makes all us admire and consider him as an idol in working.
Not only does my boss have a real enthusiasm for the work, but he shares it with the employee. He is willing to work as hard if not harder that their subordinates to make the work environment comfortable, efficient and effective. He shows his sense of humors when his employees work overlaps and their face seem to be stressed. Also, he recognizes their strong and weeks to delegate task them.
In conclusion, a good supervisor is a successful problem solver who is able to balance his own needs, the needs of employees and the needs of employees and the needs of the organization
