5. TBH

It was officially my favorite time of year. Chuseok. But most importantly Kitty and I were back at the dorm and now Minho was acting weird around me. It was strange but he was Minho after all. I had my coffee ready and I went back to Q and I's room. "Y/n, your hair it's..." He started and I looked in the mirror.

"Poking out and looking horrible, god that girl messed with my hair. Geunyeoneun igeos-eul jibulhal geos-ida." I said to him while trying to figure out what I could do.

"Listen, she'll pay eventually but for now just be glad you don't have a bob." He said to me and that's one thing I should be grateful for.

"Your right but I don't know what to do." I said to him and he stood up and walked over to me.

"Leave it to me." He said and he helped me with hiding the patch. I wouldn't have minded if the hair was from the parts you can't see but it was in plain sight.

"Thank you." I said to him and the two of us left. We were meeting up with Kitty.

"Don't worry, okay? I'm sure you and Dae will figure out how to be cohabitating exes." Q said to us, at least it wasn't as bad as me. Miss. I'm-now-living-with-the-guy-I-had-a-sex-dream-about. That was quite a long title but it was true.

"Or not. But let's just stop talking about Dae." She said to us but she mentioned him first.

"Okay. You're the one who brought him up." Q said, I wanted to get things of my chest.

"But we'll stop talking about him now." I said to her with a smile.

"Look." Kitty said while showing us an email. I started reading it.

"I can't even pretend to read Hangul until I finish this coffee." He said to us and I looked at him, I couldn't even make some words out I was too tired.

"I can't even read some it, don't worry. Even I'm struggling." I said to him with a smile. We just kept walking.

"It says, 'We do not release information about private adoptions.' Which is the only thing I know how to read in Korean." Kitty said, and when it wasn't about Dae it was about Alex. It was nonstop. I want to hear about Q and Florian.

"Ugh. Can we drop this Alex thing? Go back to talking about you and Dae." Q said to us and I looked at him.

"I hate to say it but I agree." I said to her. As much as I love Kitty, it was the same thing everyday and I don't know how much longer I could take it.

"Hey Q and Y/n. It's not an Alex thing. I know in my gut that Alex is my brother." She said to us and we stopped. Q and I standing in front.

"Okay." The two of us said and we looked at her.

"Or I'm pretty sure." Kitty said and we looked at her.

"So you're not confident he is." I said to her and she shook her head, so she could be wasting all her time on this Alex thing.

"But maybe you should talk to your for-sure siblings about this." Q said and he had a point. They'd be the ones to go to about a family secret. Not us.

"Yes, I want to, but I can't. Not yet. Alex needs to know first. Also, there is that minuscule chance that I am not right." She said to us and she needed to not tell him until the facts were right.

"Just ask him. Rip the Band-Aid off. Most of the school will be gone for Chuseok anyway, so this would be the perfect weekend to corner him." He said and that's when I realized I'd be away from my family for the first time.

"Sure. And say what exactly?" Kitty asked and I put a hand on her shoulder.

"You've gotta figure that one out on your own kid." I said to her with a smile, she would find the words. Hopefully at least.

"You'll figure it out. And we're late." Q said and he clicked our coffee takeaway cups together.

"Oh no. We can't be." I said, being late was the one thing I hated being.

"We are? Like super late?" Kitty asked him and I looked at my watch.

"Very very late." Q said and we took off running. Professor Lee was not going to be impressed at all.

"Professor Lee will kill us." Kitty said to us all.

"I know." Q said and I looked at them.

"I've never been late before, what do I do?" I asked them and they walked me through it and when we got in. We learning about Chuseok.

"Chuseok is the Korean celebration of the good harvest." I heard principal Lim say as we approached the classroom and I went to my seat next to Yeojin. "And it's a time to thank our ancestors for bringing us prosperity and to respect to those we have lost. We do that by going home. It is a very special holiday in our house, because family is the most precious thing in the world. And we do not take it for granted. Enjoy your break, everyone, have a good Chuseok." Principal Lim said to us all and I smiled at her.

"Gamsahabnida." We all said while bowing our heads to her. I would be staying here.

"Osyeoseo nawa nae gajoggwa hamkke chughahaeya habnida." Yeojin said to me with a smile. And I couldn't do that. I couldn't impose on her and her family's Chuseok.

"Gomabjiman hal su eobs-eo, imi gyehoeg-i iss-eo." I said lying to her, my plans would be calling my family. That was the only thing I did have to do.

"Maybe you should use the time to study Miss. Covey." Professor Lee said to her, he was currently handing out test papers. Not the actual test but like a pop quiz in a way.

"I have been studying." She said to him, we'd been doing it together. Makes the time pass.

"Really." He said while putting her paper down. I was excited to see mine.

"I think I'm in shock." Kitty said while picking up her paper.

"Your shock worries me. Your aggressive perkiness may have charmed your American teachers into giving you good grades, but here you'll need to put in more work." Professor Lee said to her before he continued handing out the papers and I got an A. An A- minus but that was still good. Once class ended I started writing with Kitty.

"So, I need your help and I can't say because I have no idea what you'll say. Kitty." I said and then I realized she wasn't listening.

"Eyes on the road, Kitty!" Alex said to her and I wasn't waiting around for this conversation. I then saw Q.

"Q, perfect. Just the person I needed." I said to him and he looked at me with a smile.

"I've never seen someone so happy to see me. Other than my parents." He said to me and I smiled at him. We then started to walk. "What's this about?" He asked me and I looked at him.

"I like someone, I'm not saying any names before you ask, but me and this person you wouldn't expect it. I don't even think he likes me back. I don't want to find that out either. But I do." I said to him and he looked at me.

"Your going to need to calm down. I think I know who it was, so I say try and go for it you never know." He said to me and know I wanted to know how much? Have I made it obvious this whole entire time? Is that why he's acting weird around?

"I didn't know it was so obvious, but no I'm not trying it." I said to him and Kitty ran over to us.

"Shopping. We need to go shopping. We're hosting a friends-Chuseok." She said to me and I smiled. I'd be celebrating with chosen family which would be nice but not my actual family.

"I can talk to my dad about things to cook." I said to her and she smiled at me. We had a plan, but we'd be doing all the cooking. And I don't cook.

"Yeah but we won't be at the Michelin level that he is." She said to me and she was right we then went shopping. Picking things up that we might need. Dad had sent me a few of his recipes. "Okay. There's more than one type of soy sauce?" She asked me and I looked at her.

"My dad only said soy sauce, which one is it?" I asked her as we both had no idea.

"Lucky guess." She said to me and she picked one off the shelf. We then looked forwards and saw Minho.

"You're seriously everywhere." He said to us and I looked at him and his little basket.

"I can say the same about you." I said to him and he was. Wherever I was he was. Almost like a stalker.

"You're both like my own sasaengs." He said to us and I know he did not just call me that. Especially when I have no choice but to live with and go to school with him.

"What's a sasaeng?" Kitty asked and when she knew she wouldn't be impressed.

"You two, my very own obsessed fans." He said to us and now I knew exactly what to say.

"Well it seems like your our obsessed fan. Following us into a grocery store, that's a new low. Besides everyone knows that wherever I go, you always manage to find a way there as well." I said to him, he was like a sad lost puppy following me. And he needed to keep going with it.

"What are you even doing in a grocery store? Shouldn't you be on a yacht being rich and annoying?" Kitty asked him and that was just too good. I was finally rubbing off on her after all these years.

"Hmm. My dad is doing that with wife number three with her new fillers. I have decided to stay here as a favor to all the women who want a piece of me this Chuseok." He said to us while holding up a heart box of chocolate and strawberries.

"Strawberries and chocolate? I'm going to be sick." Kitty said to her and I felt like I already had.

"I think something came up." I said to her, it was so not a good look for him.

"I'm sure Lulu will appreciate this." He said to us, and there was a girl. Why did my heart feel something. Like a pained twinge. Was I jealous? But I'm Y/n Hwang and I don't get jealous.

"What's this now?" I asked him and Kitty gave me a suspicious look. She knew, great.

"Who's Lulu? Another one of your Min-hos?" She asked him, I see what she did there. But I knew who she was Minnie had a poster of her on her bedroom wall.

"How do you now know Lulu? Minnie's always playing her music when she's home." I said and Kitty still didn't know. If she heard a Lulu song she'd know.

"Cute. She's only the fastest rising pop star in the country." Minho said before showing a picture of her. They wouldn't last. "We've been flirting since her trainee days. She's on break from tour for the holiday. Even K-Pop stops for Chuseok." He said to us. It is a well celebrated holiday, who wouldn't to be with their parents.

"Okay." She said to him and he picked something up from our cart..

"Do you even know what to do with this?" He asked and I looked him. I saw what he was holding, I didn't but I knew someone that did.

"Hey, we are admittedly entering new territory, but with the help of TikTok, Mr. Eric Hwang and a positive attitude we'll manage just fine. If not, I've won awards for my mashed potatoes." Kitty said and we went to walk away.

"Trust me my dad will be more help then ever." I said with a smile to Minho. It's almost like he recognized the name.

"No, no, no. As a Korean national, I cannot in good conscience let you desecrate my native cuisine like this. And for Eric Hwang's daughter, I would've thought you'd know what your doing." He said to me, looks like he was my sasaeng. I guess he wouldn't have known. But looks like he's been eating at my dad's restaurant.

"Listen, he taught me. Once." I said trying to make myself seem like I knew what I was doing. But truly only my brothers were ever interested.

"Hey, what?" Kitty asked as Minho took our cart. Great.

"Do you want to poison your classmates? Or do you want my help?" Minho asked and I rolled my eyes. This would be my lowest point.

"We'll take your help." I said to him. A smile appeared on his face. He would never forget this.

"Fine, but I'm still making the mashed potatoes." Kitty said to us making Minho groan. "I have an entire system. Don't mess it up." She said as he went to go and pick more things up.

"Just follow me." He said and we followed him. Once it got around to the morning I was going to call my family. Seeing them might make me feel like I'm a home. When my dad answered the video call I smiled. It was so late for them but they still picked up.

"Bora! It's Y/n!" Appa shouted and I smiled. Soon everyone was there.

"Happy Chuseok." I said to them all with a sad smile. They could tell I was sad.

"Happy Chuseok." They all said back to me. I wanted to be with them.

"How's Korea been? We've been jealous." Hyuk said to me and I smiled at him.

"It's been good. I've made friends, had my hair stolen and sold. But that's a story for another time." I said to them and they all looked concerned. Minho was cooking so he heard everything.

"We'll be looking forward to hearing that story. But who was it, I'm sure we can sort something out." Chris said and I shook my head at him. He was always trying to find some way to try and get karma on people.

"The more important question, is there any boys?" She asked and in the corner of my eye I saw Minho smile. What was he smiling for.

"Umma! No, there's no one." I said to her and I heard little footsteps rubbing.

"Umma, Appa is that Y/n." I heard Minnie say. Out of everyone I missed her the most. It was a ten-year age gap between us and she was closer to me than anyone. Which surprised a lot of people.

"Minnie!" I shouted and Umma passed the phone to her. She smiled at me. I then noticed what she was wearing.

"I'm wearing your old Hanbok. What do you think?" She asked me and I felt tears well up in my eyes.

"Neomu yeppeoboyeo." I said to her, she truly did look very pretty. I wish I was there in person.

"Thank you, unnie." She said to me and I then realized how late it was over there.

"It's late. I'll leave you all, love you." I said to all of them my voice cracking a bit. Making Minho looked concerned.

"We love you to." The all said and that was the end of it. I then did the worst thing I could do. I broke down.

"Hey, are you okay?" I heard Minho say from the kitchen and I stood up.

"I feel like I've missed so much and now I'm missing today with my family and I guess I feel homesick." I said to him and he had a softer expression.

"Hey, it's okay to feel homesick. But today you've got your friends and classmates. And Kitty." He said to me with a smile, and I'd brought this soft side out again. I looked up at him. "And I thought you'd be an uglier crier. Clearly I was wrong." He said to me, was that a compliment.

"I'm not in the mood for that, Minho." I said to him and he nodded. Like he knew that today, I didn't need those comments we'd make about each other. I needed a friend.

"Do you want anything?" He asked me and I looked him in the eye.

"A hug maybe." I said to him as I wiped some of my tears. And he nodded and before I knew it was in his arms. In a hug. Who would've thought the sassy playboy could be soft.

"Just think you've got all your friends here." He said to while my back. We heard the door open and the two of us separated and he went straight back to cooking. He laughed when he saw Kitty looking a mess.

"You are angelic in the morning." He said to her sarcastically. We then saw the gift basket.

"Who is this from?" Kitty asked him, I'd wondered but didn't want to ask.

"My mother. Gifts are my love language." He said with a smile. Mine was quality time. I'd be happy being in the same room with someone I loved, we didn't even need to be talking.

"That tracks." Kitty said to him.

"Makes a lot of sense." I said to her, agreeing.

"Mm-hm. Whoa, Pepero." Kitty said as she went to pick it up and he slapped her hand away.

"She sent it from Los Angeles since she couldn't be here. We usually spend Chuseok together." He said to us and he seemed sad as well. I guess the two of us could really use each other today.

"That sucks. So she'll be alone?" Kitty asked him and he kept cooking.

"No. John Cho is having a thing." He said before his phone went off. "Oh, Lulu, about time. Don't touch anything. Got a method." He said to Kitty and I as we started looking at things seeming as he was distracted. The two of us then moved over to him.

"I'm making kimchi. I need to be distracted." I said to them both and they nodded.

"Rather it be you then me." Kitty said, kimchi was my family's recipe. All the other kimchi never tasted the same.

"You know, you are the last person that I would expect to know how to cook. Or do anything remotely helpful. There are these tiny microscopic moments when I can see why Dae is friends with you. There's an actual person in there." Kitty said while pointing at his chest. He was an actual person. I'd managed to break that wall plenty of times.

"Don't try to get me on your side. I'm famously anti-Kitty, and anti-Y/n as well, no matter how hard Dae works to sway me." Minho said and I looked at him and he was back again.

"Two for two then, I'm Anti-Minho as much as people try to sway me." I said to him. Maybe this is what the two of us needed.

"Hey, have you heard from him today? Is he okay? Chuseok, family, and ancestor stuff." Kitty said to him. I'd heard no mention of him at all.

"No, I haven't. It's definitely a difficult holiday for him. And you?" Minho asked her, if no one had heard from him maybe he just wanted to be with family.

"Me, what?" Kitty asked him.

"You must be thinking about your mom too. A lot this week." He said to her, he was going soft again.

"Yeah, I am. But in a good way. I can feel her all around me here. Thanks Minho." She said to him and he was soft. Really.

"You're welcome." He said with a smile.

"I should reach out to Dae, even though it's super awkward and I don't know what to say or how to say it, but I feel like this stuff trumps other stuff." She said to us, it did.

"Agree." Me and Minho both said to her.

"Gifts are always appreciated on Chuseok, even from ex-pen pals. Pass me the gochugaru." He said and she passed it over to him. He then kept cooking. I then started making the special kimchi. "You always talk about your halmeoni. Why aren't you spending Chuseok with her?" He asked me and that was a tough subject to talk about.

"She doesn't remember who anyone in my family is. She's got Alzheimers. I think it would be harder to be with her and tell her who I am constantly then to not be with her." I said to him and there was that soft expression again.

"I had no idea, I'm sorry." He said to me and I kept making my kimchi.

"It's okay. It's hard but I'm okay." I said to him and we kept making process on dinner. I heard Minho him.

"Confirmed Lulu will be at the premises at 8 p.m." He said with a smile to the two of us.

"I'm sure she will love the chocolate." Kitty said to him. I'm sure she would.

"The chocolate was actually for someone else." He said to us and now I wanted to know who. He gave Kitty and I a look. "Hey, don't judge! Not all people need to be Star-crossed lovers to be compatible. Like, hot people, for example. We can and want to play the field." He said to us and I definitely played the field back home, here it's been different.

"That's because you haven't found your perfect match." Kitty said to him and then looked at me.

"I haven't because I don't think people can handle my attitude. The looks deceive them." I said to them although I had a few people interested while here they just weren't right for me.

"I've found many, many matches." Minho said to her. She then looked at him.

"I'm just saying, I've seen the magic when people find the one." She said and he hummed. I had a feeling that me and her would be having a private conversation.

"Like my parents, meeting here and then everyone knows the rest." I said with a smile. Confession, one of the reasons I was here was is so I could find a love like my parents. But no luck so far.

"My parents both thought they found the one. They were the 'it' couple. Beautiful, young starlet. Chaebol heir. The tabloids literally called them the perfect match. Look at them now." He said, I can't imagine what that must've been like and then having numerous different stepmoms.

"I'm sorry." She said to him.

"I can't imagine how that must've felt for you." I said to him, he didn't seem to want to talk about it anymore.

"Here! Try...this." She said while scooping her some of her mashed potatoes. She then offered some to the two of us. Minho sniffed it and put it down before eating some of it. He then nodded.

"Okay." He said to her and my kimchi was nearly done. You see I'd started the process a few days ago. When everyone was asleep.

"It must be weird to have people know all about your family." Kitty said to him and he looked at the two of us.

"They think they know, they don't really. That's my point." He said to us as he was still eating the mashed potatoes.

"Anyone for the Hwang family Kimchi." I said with a smile and Minho looked at me.

"I'll take some." He said to me and I got him a small plate.

"There's really only one thing that matters at the end of the day." He said to us and we both looked at him.

"Which is what?" She asked him and I looked at him.

"You can tell us." I said to him and I wasn't on the mood to judge.

"The truth." He said to us and he was right about that.

"Yeah. You're right." Kitty said to him, she knew what to say to Dae.

"Finally, some appreciation." He said before he started on the kimchi. "Now. This is the best kimchi I've had." He said to me and as the time passed it was now time for the dinner.

"Well, this escalated." Kitty said to the two of us.

"You can say that again." I said to her, this was becoming a big thing now.

"Mm-hm." Minho hummed, I saw Q and Florian walk in.

"Wow. People are calling this Chin-gu-seok." Q said and that was cute. It was like Friendsgiving apart from this was way better.

"What?" Kitty asked, I keep forgetting her Korean still isn't good.

"It's a pub on Chinggu, which means 'friend,' and Chuseok. You started a new tradition." Florian said, I was glad to help out where I could.

"Aw. Oh, no. No, no, why is Professor Lee here?" Kitty asked and I could think of worst people to be here.

"There's probably a few reasons." I said to her. We never know what's going on in someone's life at home.

"Because he's sad and alone." Minho said before walking away and I went with we went to get food.

"I still can't believe that you cooked. Or that you even came here." I said to him with a smile. Something about him today him seem like he wasn't all bad.

"And I didn't expect you to make kimchi. Especially since you've been doing it in secret. Besides it's not like I'm staying long. Got a date tonight, remember." He said to me and I looked at him. How would I forget. He'd been talking about it constantly.

"Just be careful, I know her fans can be a bit judgy sometimes." I said to him and he looked at me as we made it back to the table.

"How do you know that?" He asked me and I looked at him.

"My little sister's obsessed with her. That's how I know." I said to him.

"Don't make me nervous." He said to me and we went back to get more food.

"Well. I'm not the one going on a date with a pop star so I wouldn't know, but maybe it's good to be nervous." I said to him and we went back to the table.

"I guess your kind of right." He said to me and Alex went to sit down.

"Oh, wait. Um, I think Minho wanted to sit with Professor Lee, actually." Kitty said and I went back over to the food table. I needed to make sure everything was set right. I saw Minho sit down and I took the seat next to him. "Uh, Alex." Kitty said to him. The spot was empty next to her chair.

"Thank you." He said to her and he sat down.

"Okay." Kitty said with a smile.

"How about a toast, Kitty?" Q asked her and I looked at her.

"It is your event." I said to her and she stood up in front of our table. I saw that Minho had placed an arm on my seat. Was this something else or was he showing support for a friend?

"Okay. Thank you so much for coming, everybody. This is my first Chuseok, and from what I gather you are not supposed to do it alone. Maybe your family is thousands of miles away, like mine, or maybe you don't really have family, or maybe you just really like school, no judgement. Whatever the reason, I'm grateful we all have somewhere to be today and for this chance to honor all our ancestors. So, here's a toast. To all of those who came before us. Thanks, Mom, wherever you are. Without you I wouldn't be here, literally on this Earth, or here at KISS and there is nowhere else I would rather be in this moment. Cheers." Kitty said and we all had glasses raised. It was a good speech, nearly brought tears to my eyes but I wouldn't make that mistake again.

"Cheers." We all said while clicking glasses with each other. I was wanting to stay in this moment.

"Y/n this is so good, you need to tell me how you made it." Alex said to me and I looked at him. It was a family secret.

"I can't, I'm sorry. Family secrets." I said to him and he nodded at that.

"I understand." He said to me with a smile. Maybe I could tell him as long as this never got back to Appa.

"Can you pass the Japchae?" Minho asked Q.

"Of course." Q said as he passed it over and I helped myself to some.

"Thank you." I said to Minho with a smile.

"This may be my first Chuseok, but I'm making a promise to myself it will not be my last." Kitty said and I looked at her.

"I'll make sure of it, don't you worry." I said to her with a smile. I then started eating my Japchae.

"What do you think?" Minho asked me catching me off guard. He was looking directly into my eyes.

"It's good, that's something I never thought I'd say." I said to him with a smile and he gave me a smile.

"Well I'm glad to know that people enjoy my cooking." He said to me and I looked at him. Well hopefully that meant he'd cook again.

"Well chef Minho, I hope to see more in the future." I said to him with a smile. He then checked the time.

"I'm off to fulfill my destiny." He said to us and I looked at him. I forgot about this part.

"Cant wait to read about it tomorrow." Q said and I looked at him.

"And I can't wait either. We'll frame it on the wall." I said to Q and he smiled. Minho then stood up to go. I was really going miss him for some strange reason. I saw him pat Kitty's head and he was gone. I then moved to sit with Kitty seeming as Alex had moved to Minho's space. The two of us were just eating. I avoided the mashed potatoes, I didn't feel like them tonight.

"Have you tried them yet? Kitty made them." Alex said while offering Lee some of her mashed potatoes.

"They're good. It's my dad's recipe. The secret ingredient is goat cheese." Kitty said Lee stopped himself from spooning any onto his plate.

"No, thank you." He said to her before putting the spoon down. "I'm in the lactose-intolerant majority. It's a commonality among East Asians. I'll just have more of Minho's Japchae and Y/n's kimchi." He said before helping himself to more. It would soon be gone.

"Oh, I didn't know." Kitty said to him. My brother was one of them that was affected by it. So eating dairy never happened in our house.

"Because you lack attention to detail. If you paid more attention, your grades wouldn't be suffering." Lee said to her and it wasn't her fault.

"To be fair, my body got used to cheese. It was in everything where I grew up." Alex said to Lee with a smile. I looked at Kitty.

"It's ok for you to have not known." I said to her, trying to make her feel a bit better.

"How quaint." Lee said to Alex.

"Have you spent much time abroad professor?" Alex asked him, that conversation was just painful.

"I did my undergrad in the United States." He answered, that was kind of cool. I guess.

"Nice, where?" Alex asked him, I wonder what was with these questions.

"The New England Conservatory." He answered, so he studied music. Who would've thought that.

"Really? You studied music?" Alex asked him with a smile. I'm surprised Lee didn't keep it up.

"It was youthful hubris. It's not a practical career." Lee said and I heard people laughing. It was nice to know people were enjoying themselves. "I should not have chosen to teach at an international school. Western teenagers tend to forget their manners." He said while looking at Kitty who was on her phone.

"So why did you then? Choose to work here?" Alex asked him, if he hated then why here.

"It's my alma mater." He said before banging on the table before we all went silent. "Indoor voices. Please." He shouted and if I wasn't already silent. I definitely would be now.

"What's happening?" I asked her and I looked at her. Then the texts.

"Minho's in trouble." She said to me and then I realized. He must be lactose intolerant.

"Then let's help him." I said to her and we went to where he said he would be.

"Oh, god." She got out. We then looked for him.  He wasn't in site.

"We're here!" I shouted but nothing.

"Minho!" She shouted and nothing.

"Do you want help or not?" I shouted and clearly he didn't.

"Minho, Where are you?" She asked as we were walking.

"What the hell did you put in those potatoes?" He asked stopping us. He was in the bushes. Doing what, I didn't want to know.

"A lot of lactose. Milk, cheese..." She said and he looked desperate.

"God." He said and Kitty started to laugh.

"Poopy Baby, is that you?" Kitty asked and I looked her.

"Now isn't the time." I said to her and she looked at me confusedly. I think she could now tell.

"Exactly. Shut up." He said and she was laughing. The only one laughing as well.

"That's Lulu. You have to get rid of her. She can't see me like this. If her fans find out, I'm fine for. Do something. You both owe me, Hwang and Covey." He said to us and I guess I did kind of owe him.

"Listen, I'll help." I said to him with a smile.

"Okay. Okay." Kitty said to him.

"Oh, oh. But don't ruin this for me. Keep her interested." He said to us and now why would I do that.

"How?" She asked him and I looked at her.

"Seems impossible." I said to her, I didn't even know how to do that.

"I don't know. You're the matchmaker." He said and Kitty groaned. And I wanted him to be matched with me. We then walked over to Lulu and she was prettier in person.

"Minny. I'm here!" She shouted and I already hated it.

"Hey, Minho's running behind." Kitty said as we went over to her.

"He'll be out soon though." I said to her and she looked at the two of us.

"Who are you two?" She asked us.

"I'm Minho's 6:00." Kitty said to her and then she looked at me.

"And I'm his 6:30." I said to her while sorting my hair out.

"That jerk triple-booked me?" She asked the two of us, in this scenario yes.

"You didn't think you'd keep him all to yourself, did you? He's the hottest guy in school. He's just so sexy and the way that he- -" Kitty started.

"And he's so charming and sweet. Talk about looks being deceiving, even though is highly dreamy. But he's saved the best for last." I said while looking at her. I could see why Minho wanted to go on a date with her.

"Never mind. Let me just say that he's ruined us for other boys and men." Kitty said to her. And he did, I was not expecting the best kind of people to be like him.

"That's intriguing. But I refuse to be sloppy thirds. You both tell Minho I'll be back at 6:00 tomorrow night. He better clear the rest of his schedule. When he has a night with me, he won't be seeing anyone else after." She said to us before getting back in her car. Now that made me scared. How I wished that would all be a lie.

"Okay." Kitty and I said and we went back to Minho.

"You're both geniuses! I could hug you both right now." Minho said to the two of us and I looked at him.

"I'd rather you didn't." I said to him while folding my arms.

"Please don't. Bye!" Kitty said before walking away.

"Do you want me to get you some toilet roll?" I asked him I didn't want to look at him exactly.

"If you could, please." He said to me and I started walking. "The dorms the other way." He said ti me and I looked back at him.

"It's easier to get some from the store." I said to him and I went to purchase some for him. Now he owed me.

"Thank you." He said to me as I passed it back to him.

"You owe me." I said to him with a smile and I walked away. That night I was sat in the dorm scrolling through my phone.

"Here, these are for you." Minho said to me while passing me the chocolates. I took them from him.

"These are for me?" I asked him and he nodded with a smile.

"Who else would they be for?" He asked me and I put them down.

"Lulu. But thank you." I said to him and he smiled at me.

"Of course." He said before going into his dorm room with Dae. So they were always for me. Not Lulu?
