I watched as Kitty ran out. I had to go after her. "Can I leave my drink with two?" I asked them both of them.

"Of course, we won't do anything." Q said to me and I knew I could believe him. I then saw the look on Minho's face.

"We're drink sitters now." Minho said and I looked at the two of them.

"Thank you." I said and I went after her. I could hear her sobs. I don't know what went on with her and Dae but if he hurt her. I'd never forgive him. "Kitty, I'm here." I said as I ran over to her and hugged her. We then heard someone coming.

"Dae, I don't wanna talk to you. Just leave me- -" She said before we turned around.

"And that's not Dae." I said while looking at the guy she'd shouted at.

"Sorry. I'm just looking for the loo. I'm Alex Finnerty from Melbourne, Australia. I'm a new teacher here this year." He said to us and he definitely wasn't Dae and he never would be. Especially since he was an Aussie.

"Why are you not Dae?" She asked him.

"There's a lot of reasons I can think of." I said to her. Whatever happened Dae had made it clear he wasn't coming.

"You mean the guy you don't wanna talk to?" He asked while pointing inside the hall. I wrapped my arms around Kitty. She needed her best friend now and her Dad. But her Dad was miles away.  "Are you all right? Can I get you anything?" He asked her she was silent. She was thinking.

"Never mind." She said and she started to walk. I followed her.

"You're both American, right?" He asked and we both stopped.

"Yes." We both answered.

"I really admire you guys over there...also very loud." He said, I'd started to tune him out. Wondering what was going on in there.

"What?" Kitty and I asked him.

"Loud?" I asked, I didn't know how to take that.

"I noticed that Americans speak louder than everyone else." Alex said to us and I guess that was loud.

"Fair enough." I said to him, we were. Most definitely.

"Forget everything that just happened. I am going back in there and I am not leaving without answers." Kitty said and I smiled at her.

"Let's go girl!" I said before we walked back in there and I saw Q had my drink they'd been walking around. "Thank you." I said to him with a smile.

"Anytime." He said to me and I was just hoping to make friends with him.

"Excuse me." Kitty said to the two of them.

"This girl treats Korean guys like Pokémon. She's trying to catch them all. Not interested. Same goes for you." Minho said and I rolled my eyes at him.

"Who said I was interested." I said to him while crossing my arms and drinking my drink.

"Get over yourself. I'm looking for Dae." She said to them and the two looked at each other.

"Spill it." I said to them both.

"Okay, who are you? Both of you." Q asked and I looked at him. He knew, I was Y/n.

"I'm Kitty Song Covey. This is my best friend Y/n Hwang." She said to me and I put an arm around her.

"You're Kitty?" Q asked, they both had realization. They knew who she was.

"Wait, are you Q? Track star, fellow American, heart of gold?" She asked while looking at Q, now I definitely wanted to be friends with him.

"Guilty as charged. I feel like we should hug right now. Should we?" Q asked her with a smile.

"Maybe later. I need to find Dae." Kitty said and I looked at Q.

"I'll take a hug." I said to him and he smiled at me.

"Of course." Q said and the two of us hugged.

"So you're the pen pal?" Minho asked and I rolled my eyes. Kitty was definitely not a pen pal.

"If he's Q, then you must be Minho." Kitty said and he looked down and back up again. "Of course you are. Where's Dae?" She asked them again. I didn't like where this was going. I had a feeling he was gone. I saw him enter again.

"I'm not letting you see him again, not after how he just made you." I said and she was already gone. "She's didn't hear that did she?" I asked them and Q nodded.

"She had gone as soon as she saw him." He said to me and I knew that was going to end up badly.

"I've gotta go and find her but it was nice meeting you two." I said before going to find her. When I did it was at the most disastrous time. She'd fallen into the dessert tower.

"What? Never seen a girl crash into a dessert tower before? Nothing to see here, people!" She said before beginning to walk away. That's when she slipped and fell.

"Oh, baby, no." I said before running to her.

"Fine, maybe there is something to see." She said and I saw Dae run over. I shook my head at him but it didn't work. He wasn't going to listen to me.

"Let's get you out of here." I said to her while putting an arm around her.

"Kitty, are you okay?" He asked while putting his hands on her.

"Get away from me." She said before I helped her up.

"Don't follow us." I said to him as we walked away left. "We're going to get you cleaned up. Tomorrow will be a new day." I said to her and she didn't listen. She ran somewhere and I followed her.

"I want to go home." She said and I followed her she then called someone. Putting it on speaker.

"Asianahang-gong-e jeonhwajusyeoseo gamsahabnida. hangug-eoneun 1beon. For English, press two. A representative will be ready to assist you momentarily." The automated man said and I felt bad for her. Did I leave and go with her like a good friend? Or did I stay and discover my roots? Would that make me out to be a bad friend? "Your current wait time is 70 minutes. Please continue to hold." She said and we heard classical music when we got back we started to pack I was going with her. We'd changed into comfort clothes. As lovely as my dress was it wasn't ideal.

"We're in this together. You go, I go." I said to her and she looked at me and shook her head.

"I can't expect you to do that." She said to me and her phone started blowing up with texts. That's when the front door opened.

"Spill it!" I heard a familiar voice say, Minho. Was this a boys dorm. The two of us dove under the bed covers of our sharer bed. The music would let them know someone was here. Great. "When did you get with Yuri? And where? And how far?" Minho asked him, I didn't need to know anything else. Dae had been cheating on Kitty. This whole time.

"And most importantly, why?" Q asked him and I heard the fridge door open.

"Dae, you little scammer." Minho said, crap Dae was here.

"Dae?" Kitty said and we both sprung.

"No, don't think about it." I said to her and she went to the door and I followed her.

"How did you convince Yuri to buy you that suit?" Minho asked and it was a nice suit. I had noticed. Very dapper looking.

"How do you know I didn't buy it?" Dae asked him and there was one thing. It was high-end.

"Because it costs 5K." Minho said and I knew it. Expensive suit. I heard Dae spit his drink out. I wouldn't be walking out there anytime soon.

"Seriously?" Dae asked him.

"I don't know. I feel bad for Kitty." Q said and I knew he really did have a heart of gold.

"I don't." Minho said and that didn't surprise me at all.

"That's cold, Minho. Breaking up with someone is brutal. If it was her friend you'd be thinking differently." Q said and now I was intrigued. They'd been talking about me. I'd known them what 30 minutes. Now I needed this gossip. I'd get it out of Q eventually.

"Except it wasn't a breakup because it wasn't a real relationship. No one's gonna blame you for upgrading a pen pal for an actual girlfriend. Besides if it was Y/n I'd be the same." Minho said and the two of us scoffed at what he said. Shit, we'd blown our cover. We had to hide. Under the covers. "Marius?" Minho asked and we started our hiding.

"No, no, no." Kitty got out.

"Shit, shit, shit." I got out and we remembered the phone was still on the call. We had to pray they'd go away.

"Oy, Marius. Wake up! Time for class!" Minho said and the bed sheets started to get pulled. We had to keep a tight grip on them. "A little help." He said and the three of them started to pull and we weren't strong enough. Soon the shit was gone revealing the two of us and we screamed. Making them scream. We screamed again, then they did. Then they ran. If anyone was watching this it must've been comedic. "Dae's crazy ex-pen pal and her friend broke into our dorm to murder us." We heard Minho say and we found our papers.

"This is our room." Kitty said and we put the sheets down.

"We belong here just like you three do." I said while looking at them, Minho had a laptop in had. "You can put that down, we aren't going to do anything." I said to him. Q picked up our papers.

"You're listed as Song Covey and your listed as Y/F/I Hwang." Q said to us and I looked at him. What did they have to do with anything?

"So?" Kitty asked.

"What about it?" I asked them and Dae looked at them.

"Song can be a guy's name. And there's more chances of a guy being Y/F/I Hwang. That's why they assigned you to the guys' dorm." Dae said and this was just get. Surrounded by guys.

"What?" Kitty asked them all.

"You have to be joking." I said and Minho took the papers. He'd finally put the laptop down.

"They did this on purpose. To be closer to Dae and me." Minho said and I rolled my eyes. He really needed to get over himself.

"Okay." Q said while rolling his eyes.

"I told you lot, they were hitting on me on the plane ride over and at the party." Minho said and I looked at him. God, what ever did this man think?

"It's called being friendly and making conversation. I would never hit on you." I said to him and he rolled his eyes. Not believing that.

"I was not hitting on you." Kitty said to him, now she definitely wasn't.

"Kitty. Can we please talk?" Dae asked her and I crossed my arms to look at him. That would never happen. Not while I was here.

"No. I never want to speak to you again." She said before walking back to our room. I then looked at Minho.

"Before you bring up the whole 'our planning to kill us' maybe should sleep with one eye open." I said to him and I began to follow her. I looked back and smiled at them. Dad then started following.

"Kitty." He said to her.

"I want my necklace back." She said to him and I stood in our doorway.

"Your necklace?" He asked her, he knew which one she was on about.

"Yeah, the one I gave you when your mom died." She said to him and judging by his look he'd lost it. I knew that he sounded too good to be true.

"Yeah, I have it around here somewhere." He said to her and I rolled my eyes at him.

"Somewhere?" She asked him, not believing what she was hearing.

"I'll find it." He said to her and I was getting on my last nerve with her.

"You don't even know where it is. Dae, that belonged to my mom." She said to him and I shook my head at him. How could he lose something like that.

"I'll bring it back to you, Kitty. I promise." He said to her, would that be another promise he'd break.

"Your promises are literally worthless." She said before she went into the room slamming it.

"You better give her that necklace back." I said before going into the room.

"All of Dae's stuff is in the room. Where's he going to sleep?" Minho asked and that's when Kitty picked up Dae's pillow I watched as she threw it in his face. Once she calmed down I went to quickly go and take my makeup off and I saw all the guys in there.

"You can take my space, I'm done." Q said to me leaving me with the others. He was hanging around the door. I took my makeup off and started doing my late night skincare routine.

"She's more steps than you." Dae said to me and I looked at the two of them.

"Well at least my skincare beauty routine works, unlike yours." I said while looking at Minho. I saw Q holding in his laughs. The rest of the time was in silence. Once I was done I looked at them all. "Goodnight." I said to them all.

"Goodnight." Q said and I walked across the hall. "I never thought I'd met the female version of Minho." He said once I'd closed the door.

"I guess we didn't think the day would come." Dae said to them all.

"She's nothing like." Minho said as he walked past the door. I got into bed and settled in next to Kitty. Being called the female version of Minho, I was not glad about that. I fell asleep as soon as my head hit that pillow. I couldn't imagine how Kitty was feeling. Unfortunately waking up this morning was the worst. It wasn't peaceful. It was knocking on the door.

"Kitty, me and Yuri, it's not real. It's all fake. Will you just open the door? I can explain." Dae said and I just moved to try and block the sound out. Not realizing Kitty wasn't there anymore. I sat up, there was a note.

"Begging is not a good look." I heard Minho say. I started reading the note. She was going home. Never wanted to tell me because she didn't want to me to follow her. She wanted me to stay.

"I wasn't begging. I was just trying to get my pants." Dae said and I had no idea what was going to happen. I also didn't know what to do next, I was alone here now.

"Listen, you squatters, we have to get ready for the first day of school." I heard Minho say and I started t get my suitcase ready. I was leaving. There was no way I was being alone here. "Don't make us late." Minho said, I'd have much more important things to do. He then banged on the door and it opened.

"And she's gone." Q said as they stepped inside.

"She's gone. I'm going to, I guess you got what you wanted." I said to Minho. A smile on his face.

"Sweet." He said and I rolled my eyes.

"Dae, don't worry about it. We'll- -" Q started but he was gone as well. The front door closed if he got Kitty back I'd stay.

"Hang on. Why would you go as well?" Minho asked me and I looked at him as I opened my suitcase.

"Because we came here together. Different reasons, but if one goes. The other does as well." I said to him and the two of them looked at each other.

"I get that the two of you made this pact but you can't leave. Have you done what you wanted to here?" Q asked me and I shook my head. Not yet at least but would I.

"Not yet." I said to her and that's when Minho looked at Q.

"Stop making her want to stay." He said to Q and I looked at them.

"Listen, if she came here for something. We have to make her stay so she can do it. What did you want to do here Y/n?" Q asked me and I stopped putting things in my suitcase.

"I wanted get in touch with my culture more. Learn more about where I came from. The week trips weren't enough when I was younger." I said to them and Q walked over to me.

"So  your staying. Minho make us some coffee, please." He said and Minho rolled his eyes.

"Now I'm making her coffee, this is the only time." Minho said as he went to go make us both some coffee. I was glad to have Q as a friend. We were watching the news on the Laptop Minho was using as protection last night. There was press conference going on with Yuri's family.

"It is important for me to own up to all my decisions..." Yuri's father said and the front door opened.

"Dae, have you seen this video of Mr. Han? It's kind of blowing up." Q said to who we presumed was Dae coming back. No, Kitty.

"I bet Yuri's loving this drama." Minho said, didn't Dae mention something about Yuri this morning. I can't remember.

"I don't particularly care." I heard a familiar voice say.

"Kitty." I said with a smile. I turned around and hugged her. She was still here.

"Kitty." Q said with a smile.

"I thought you left." Minho said, he wishes now. He's stuck with us two.

"I did, but then I decided to stay. And not that it's any of your business, it can be Y/n's, but this isn't all about a boy." She said to us and I was glad I was allowed to know this business.

"Oh, sweetie." Q said while outstretching his hand.

"My mom went here, and- -I don't know, being here just makes me feel closer to her than I ever have. And- -Wait, Dae's on TV?" Kitty said and we all snapped our necks back to look at the screen. What was happening with Dae?

"...but for my wife, and my daughter. Family means everything to me. And so, I'd like to apologize for me behavior." Mr. Han said and they all bowed. "Today, I'm announcing the Han Hotel Youth Internship Program. The first intern is Dae Heun Kim. Son of my longtime driver. A top student at Korean Independent School of Seoul. And he also happens to be dating my daughter, Yuri. Any questions? Yes." Mr. Han said, who knew that Dae was really that serious with Yuri.

"Thank you. Actually, this questions is for Dae Heun Kim." The reporter said and Dae went over to all the mics. "I'm just curious. Do you really believe Mr. Han is being sincere and not using you just to repair his image?" The reporter asked, if I had that question I would have no idea on what to answer.

"Yeah. Um...I believe Mr. Han means what he said. Um...He will do better. So...'lettuce' move on." Dae said making everyone laugh in the room.

"Well played." Q said as we started to move away from the screen.

"It was a hard question but he gave the right answer." I said to them and that's when Kitty noticed something. Yuri went to take Dae's hand but he moved it.

"Oh, my God. He's faking it. That's a fake relationship." Kitty said to all of us and it definitely was.

"It's like when me and Charlie Brook's faked that relationship. They need to have a better way of making there's look real." I said while looking at Kitty. That was an incredibly long story which would only be told when I was drunk and lonely. But that wouldn't happen. But at least we knew a secret that was being hidden from us. Dae and Yuri, not as real as we thought.
