"Hinata, I have something to say." He bit his lip a bit hesitant of what was to follow those words.

"Okay." She closed the door a bit behind her incase Sasuke decided to wake up and sneak up on her.

"Hinata, I think that we should go out." He said quickly, closing his eyes but keeping one open to see her reaction.

"We're already out, Naruto. Are you okay?" She misinterpreted what he said.

"What? No, I mean like we should go out somewhere..together." He rubbed the back of his neck.

"Sure, where would you like to go?" She said as he blushed immensely.

"Prom?" He said as Hinata looked surprised.

"Prom? Isn't that next month?" She said as she had completely forgotten about the event.

Besides all the obvious posters, announcements and proposals going on at school, she had not really paid mind to it.

"Actually, it's this Friday." He said as she mouthed 'oh'.

"Y-Yea, so will you go to prom with me?" He said as she smiled at him.

"Of course, I'll go to prom with you."She hugged him as he felt himself about to melt. Or was that blood rushing to his bottom area?

"Alright, well I'll see you Friday!" She said as she heard a door knob being shaken furiously.

"Yea! See you then!" She closed the door as Naruto was fist bumping the air out of excitement.

"Hinata!" She heard her name being yelled as she set down the flowers and walked towards his room.

"Hinata, open the door!" She quickly grabbed a key as she unlocked the door causing Sasuke to tumble towards, nearly bumping into her.

"Sorry about that, Sensei." She laughed nervously.

"Why'd you lock it?" He asked as he spotted the flowers on the counter.

Did she had someone over?

"Naruto came." She said as he raised an eyebrow.

"Did you let him in?" He ran his fingers through his hair.

"No, I-." She saw that he was focused on the flowers.

"Did he give those to you?" He had finally asked as she nodded.

Suddenly, he started sneezing really badly.

"Are you okay?" She said as he began sneezing more.

"What type of flowers are they?" He said.

"Peonies." She said as his face began turning a bit red.

"I'm allergic to those." He said as she ran over to the vase she had put them in and picked it up, running over to her room and closing the door.

She walked out as he had stopped sneezing and began looking through the fridge.

"That was quick?!" She said as he handed her a yogurt.

"Here." He said as he went to get spoons and walked back.

"So, what did he want?" He asked as she blushed a bit.

"He wanted to take me to prom." She dipped her spoon into the yogurt.

"Tsch." He sucked his teeth, opening the yogurt in a bit of anger as it splattered on him.

"Ah-." She looked at him for a minute before bursting into laughter.

"It's not funny." He said annoyed as her laughter turned to giggling.

"It was hilarious." She got up as she walked to the kitchen to grab a paper towel.

"Here, let me get that for you." She kneeled down to his level as she began wiping his face.

"I can do it myself." He grabbed the paper from her hand as she smiled.

She turned on the tv as an anime began playing.

"Change the channel." He said as she looked offended.

"What?! But this is the best part!" She said as he looked surprised.

"What kind of high school student still watches anime?" He said as she gave him a perky laugh.

"The good kind." She said as she showed him all the ones she had pre-recorded the night before.

"Whatever, leave it on." He said as it began showing a cool scene of ninjas fighting, which caused him to appear interested.
2 HOURS LATER
"So, what he just betrayed the village, nearly killed everyone who came his way but now they see him as some sort of hero?!" He said.

"I know right! Like what about all the people he hurt, lied to and manipulated?! They don't get a happy ending!" She said as he nodded in agreement.

"Talk about poor writing." He said as he heard a stomach begin to rumble.

He looked at Hinata who had her face tinted red out of embarrassment.

"It was the ramen scene, okay?!" She defended herself as he smirked.

"Speaking is food, we need to go grocery shopping." He said opening the fridge to reveal spiderwebs and a cup of milk.

"Okay, no need to exaggerate."She laughed as she walked to the front door.

She placed on her shoes as he began placing on his coat.

"Hold up." She said as motioned him to drop a bit lower to her level as she began rubbing his hair down.

"There we go, can't have you look like you just woke up."

"But I just did, well about 3 hours ago anyway." He said as she pouted.

"You know what I mean." She closed the door behind them locking the door as they began walking the nearest grocery store.

When they had arrived they were greeted by a familiar face.

"Hinata?" She heard causing them to jolt up.

"Karin-san!" She began to laugh nervously.

"H-Hello." Karin stuttered as she noticed Sasuke.

"Hello." Sasuke said which caused her blush.

"Karin-san, are you okay?" Hinata asked as Karin laughed.

"Of course I am!"She said pulling Hinata to the side as Sasuke rolled his eyes & wandered off into the vegetable section.

He better not get too many vegetables.

"So, what are you doing here?" Karin asked as her eyes didn't wander off Sasuke.

"Oh, I came grocery-." She was cut off by Karin.

"That's great! Now, who's the hot guy?" She said as Hinata saw she was referring to Sasuke.

"That's my sensei." She said.

"And you're going out with him?" She asked.

"What?! No!" Hinata blushed as she looked back at Sasuke who was holding a bag of tomatoes.

"So, he's single?!" She said excited.

"Well yea, technica-." But it was too late to finish her sentence as Karin had speed past her making her way to Sasuke.

"What just happened?" She said to herself as she saw Sasuke looking a bit annoyed by the flirting which seemed likely of him to do so. During school hours, he would be constantly be escaping groups of girls who had formed fan clubs of him as if he were some celebrity.

Karin had come back smirking to herself as Hinata looked at her confused watching her walk out and Sasuke walking towards her.

"What was that about?" She asked a bit nervous.

"I gave her my number." He said as she looked shocked, feeling a bit of a tug at her heart.

"Oh, really?" She said as he raised an eyebrow.

"I don't see what's so upsetting about giving the schools faculty number?" He said as she looked at him.

"Wait what?" She said.

"She asked me for my number & I gave her the faculty number, if she needs any help with homework she can reach me there. There's no way, I'd give out my personal number just like that." He said as she looked a bit relieved.

"Well, lets go pay." He said as she looked at the basket.

"These are all vegetables!" She whined as he smirked.

"They're healthy." He said as she sighed.

He began placing the items onto the conveyor belt watching them slide over to the cashier as the last item he put was a pack of her favorite sweets.

"Ah!" She hugged him out of excitement as the cashier laughed at his reaction.

As the total popped onto the screen, he began digging through his wallet as his vision began to blur.

"Sasuke-kun, are you okay?"  He heard her but her words were slurred.

He felt his knees become weak as he fell to the floor, only seeing her drop with him to keep him from hitting his head. Luckily, she was able to catch him in time as she lifted his head to lay it on her laps.

"Someone please, call an ambulance!" She shouted as he tried to reach towards her but his hand didn't move.

"I'm fine." He spoke but no words came out of him as he only saw people gathering around and staring, only lastly to see Hinata's mouth saying something which became inaudible to him.
HOSPITAL
"Don't worry, Hinata-san. Your brother will be okay." The same nurse that was there the day she was sick had recognized them.

"I hope so." She held his hand as his face was red.

"I'll be back." The nurse walked out of the room.

"Hinata?" She heard her name being called as she looked up to see Sasuke's mom running towards her.

"Uchiha-san!" She said as Mikoto embraced her.

"Did they tell you what's wrong with him yet?" She said as Hinata shook her head.

"Mrs.Uchiha, Hinata. We have something we need to discuss with you." The doctor walked in as he pulled up x-rays showing a scan of Sasuke'a brain.

"You see this small space here?" He pointed as they nodded.

"It's a tumor." He said as they looked shocked.

"The good thing is, we caught early before it began growing so a small surgery would be needed." He said as Mikoto held Hinata's hand.

She felt her hand trembling as Hinata couldn't tell who of both of them she was trying to calm.

"Don't worry, this type of surgery won't effect him in anyway." The doctor smiled as they looked relieved.

"Then anything to help my son, doctor." She said as she still held onto Hinata's hand. They heard a grunt come from Sasuke's direction as he turned to his side.

Hinata giggled a bit as the bed seemed a bit too small for him. He looked like a giant in a kid sized bed.

"I'll go get us some drinks." Mikoto offered as Hinata nodded in agreement.

"Oh!" She noticed the flowers beside him were peonies.

"What's wrong?" Mikoto said as she saw her lift the flower vase and move it away from him.

"He told me he's allergic to them." She said as Mikoto raised an eyebrow.

"Sasuke isn't allergic to anything."
