Saturday.
She had started to avoid him again. What is it with her and acting friendly one moment and then the next moment she's distant? He didn't really didn't know what to expect besides the fact that she wasn't arriving home on time anymore.
He waited.
And waited.
9:00 PM
"I'm home." She said as she locked the door behind her.
"You're late." He replied annoyed.
"Well, I do have a job after all." She sighed.
He observed her, carefully. Her eyes were watery and her hair was messy, not to mention she was walking a bit funny.
"What do you work as?"
"A waitress." She replied as he sighed out of relief which made her tilt her head.
"Something came for you in the mail today." He pointed over to the kitchen counter where a red ribbon was tied around the envelope.
Her heart sank.
"Thanks." She smiled and began to walk towards her room. Only to be stopped by his hand on her shoulder.
"I knew it." He said.
"K-Knew what?"
"You're tense." He let go as she turned around.
"You're hiding something, aren't you?" He walked towards her as she walked back only to stumble into a wall.
"I-I don't know what you're talking about." Her face turned red as she turned away.
"I think you do." He said as he pressed his hand on the wall while he lowered himself to whisper in her ear.
"E-Enough." She felt her heart beat faster than ever did before. It was frightening but a bit bit exciting at the same time.
She pushed him out of the way as she walked into her room and shut the door.
She sat her things down as she stared at the envelope.
She prepared herself by placing a mask over herself incase it was something like before. Slowly untying the ribbon.
There was some type of photo in there.
She took it out as it revealed a photo of her in her underwear. The photo seemed to be taken in her bedroom. She was confused and scared as how could've this photo been taken if they're apartment was high up. They would've have to climbed a tree or something to be able to take this. It was creepy nonetheless.
She turned it around only to reveal writing.
Do you want this photo to be released to the school?
If not, then be a good girl and do as your told.

Saturday.
She dreaded waking up to see this day. The celebration she was invited too started at 9, so she had time to do what she needed too.
No, more like forced to do.
"You're up early." He said as she walked out of her bedroom.
"I made breakfast." He added which shocked her.
"Y-You made breakfast?" She looked at the table and saw mostly red.
"Did you finally put those tomatoes to use?" A sweat drop appeared on her face.
"It's healthy." He said.
"Ah, I'm not really hungry." She said nervously.
"I made breakfast and you won't have any? Very unkind of you, Hyuga." He teased.
"I'm sorry, Sensei. I just have something I need to do." She sighed
"Suit yourself." He replied as he began to eat.
As she walked further, her stomach growled which had caused her to turn red.
"For someone who says they're not hungry, your stomach says otherwise." He smirked.
"Eat. I won't take no for an answer." He said as she nodded and sat down.
She began to eat as he shook his leg. He looked away from her.
"How is it?" He finally asked.
"Delicious." She smiled which caused him to smirk a little more.
As they had finished she picked up their plates.
"Alright, now wash the dishes." He said as he walked into his room.
"Wait! You cooked so you wouldn't have to do the dishes?!"She said annoyed as when they had first agreed on their rules it was whoever cooked, the other had to deal with the mess.
Hmph and here I thought he had actually made breakfast for me!
She sighed as she went to wash the dishes.
There was a sudden knock on the door.
Sasuke walked out of his room as Hinata looked at him.
"The door." She said as he nodded and looked through the peephole.
"Uzumaki." He whispered and walked back.
"Who was it?" She asked.
"Salesperson." He replied as she nodded then continued doing the dishes.
"Hina! Open the door!" They heard as she looked at him with an annoyed expression while a sweat drop appeared from Sasuke.
"Salesperson, huh?" She said as he warned her not to open the door.
She rinsed her hands and went to open the door but first she had turned off the light in the hallways and opened the door.
"Naruto? What's wrong?" She asked as it looked like he had run a marathon.
"Hide me." Were his only words as she let him in and walked him into the bathroom and told him to the lock the door and not turn on the lights.
"Are you crazy?" Sasuke whispered to her as she realized she let him in without thinking.
"If he sees my stuff in there and out here, he sure as hell won't keep his mouth closed." He whispered a bit angrily this time.
She whispered to him to stay in front of the bathroom incase anyone knocked as she went to go clean up any evidence of him there.
Just as guessed, there was obnoxious ringing and consistent knocking which had caused him to open the door but she went straight for it.
"Hinata-chan?!" The woman smiled.
"Kushina-san?!" She sounded shocked.
"It's been so long!" She hugged Hinata making her come more inside.
"How have you been? You've grown up so much! Oh I remember when you were so tiny and that..where is he by the way?" She looked around as the whole apartment was dark.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I don't know. Ever since the accident, he's hated me." She sounded sad but who was she talking about?
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked. I just wanted to know if you've seen Naruto, we have a meeting to attend too." She replied as Sasuke heard her coming more inside and ran into Hinata's room.
Good thing this idiot always leaves her door open.
He closed it a slight bit as he ended up observing her room. She had it pretty organized and clean to say the least.
Although there was something that caught his attention.
The envelope.
It was half way open only to see a peek inside.
He walked towards it until he heard the knocking on the door.
"You can come out now." She said as he quickly readjusted himself.
"Never let anyone else inside, you hear me? I could've lost my job."He sounded demanding which frightened her.
"Okay."She said and walked into her room.
9:00PM
She had gotten herself prepared for the most dreadful event.
"You're really going?" Sasuke examined her as he admitted, she did look different in a dress.
"I ha-want too." She quickly changed her words as it caused him to look confused.
"Be home in an hour. I don't want to be awaken by you." He said as she laughed but then proceeded to walk out the door.
He tapped his fingers on the table awaiting on what to do next.
It wasn't until it hit him that he had to take out the trash. He pulled the trash bag out of the bin realizing there was a box with a similar ribbon from the envelope she had received earlier.
"What is this?" He said to himself as he pulled out the entire box.
At The Party
She had arrived pretty late as there were many people already there.
"Hinata-chan! Welcome! Ino is her room waiting for you." Ino's father welcomes her then leaves.
She sighs before heading up the stairs. Surprisingly, although they lived in a big house she remembered her way around. Ino and her we're friends before this after all.
She knocked on the door before hearing giggling on the other side.
"Come in." She heard as she opened the door and a bucket of red paint was splashed onto her.
The coldness of it made her want to run, bust out in tears but she would not show that weak side to them or to anyone.
"Red was always a nice color on you." Ino smirked as Karin looked annoyed.
"You haven't been obeying your orders, Hinata." She said.
"I knew you were behind this. What kinda of psycho goes after a poor helpless creature?!" She remembered the rat.
"I guess you both have something in common now." She smirked as the lights in her room turned off.
She felt herself being lifted by large arms as she started struggling & yelling.
"Do you really think screaming could help? We're at a party after all." The loud music covered her screams.
She felt her head being pulled in and out of a tub of water.
"Ino, don't you think this a little too much? We should stop this. She can really-." Karin couldn't finish her sentence as she had been slapped a crossed the face.
"It's not enough!" She yelled which scared her friends into stepping away from her.
She felt herself losing air and she could've sworn that she didn't feel water anymore as it was becoming warmer. Was it the paint washing off? Was she bleeding? Who knows, they were slamming her face hard after all.
"Sensei." She whispered realizing it was mistake for her to open her mouth as she could not breathe anymore.
With that, the door had been broken down as Ino looked shocked astwho was standing right in front of her.
"Where is she?" He asked as she dropped to her knees. This wasn't something he was supposed to see.
He heard the sound of something slamming as he ran past her and into her bathroom. He grabbed the two guys and practically slammed them against wall causing them to knock out.
He picked her up gently as blood rushed down her nose and her face was slightly bruised. She was knocked out and was laying on his back. He ran down the stairs.
"Hinata-chan? What happened to her?!" Ino's father ran towards Sasuke.
"Your daughter happened." Sasuke said an annoyed voice.
He laid her behind a bench nearby restaurant as he checked her pulse.
Hopefully. she's not..
She was breathing as he pressed on her chest making her spit out water.
"What happened?" She said her voice weak.
He hit her head softly.
"Why didn't you tell me?" His voice was serious.
"I thought we weren't supposed to butt into each other's lives." She said.
He placed his jacket on top of her and looked away.
"Rely on me, from now on." He said as she looked shocked.
She wasn't supposed to but..
"Sensei..
Thank you."
