*Mirai's point of view*

I hate it when people don't pay attention to me, and I mean, I really hate it! I hate it when people don't listen to me, and when people make fun of me. Only one of my friends listens to me, and doesn't make fun of me. His name is Y/N.

Y/N is a ninja, like me. He's a evil ninja, but there are times where I wonder if he really is one. He may be very selfish, and I'm really mean to him. But he doesn't leave me alone, and I'm really glad he does that.

*I'm walking through the streets, with Y/N next to me*

Y/N:"So...where are we going?"

Mirai:"To get food, idiot. Aren't you starving?!"

Y/N:"Hmm...sure, I could eat."

Mirai:"Jeez...come on then!"

Y/N:"Alright, what are we eating?"

Mirai:"..."

Mirai(mind):Damn it! I don't even think we have any money!

Y/N:"?...Mirai?"

Mirai:"Uh...W-We're going to...a supermarket!"

Y/N:"Alright!"

Mirai:"And we're gonna get all the free samples we can find!"

Y/N:"Yeah! Free samples!"

Mirai(mind):Great, he's going along with it.

*We go to the supermarket, and search for any free samples*

I live a tough life, but sometimes I don't even realize it when I'm with Mirai. She's like a therapist who doesn't help with my mental problems, but make me have a fun time despite everything happening.

I don't have many friends that want to hang out with me, they usually say that I'm too dumb to understand what they're saying. Oh well, if no one wants to hang out with me, I go straight to Mirai. She somehow really likes to spend time with me without really showing it. Even though she isn't that nice to me, I keep thinking to myself, she wouldn't let you hang out with her if she didn't really like having you around.

*We are walking around the supermarket, I get a sample as I spot something*

Y/N:"?...What's this?"

Y/N(mind):Is this milk? Wait, now that I think about it. Mirai is always talking about how she wants to drink more milk. Luckily, I have some money on me.

*I swap the milk with the money, and I hide it, as I look over at Mirai*

Mirai:"What do you mean I can't have any?!"

Supermarket employee:"I'm sorry, but I need to see that a guardian is with you. It could be a mother father, grandparent, or even an older sibling. I need to see an older family member with you.

Mirai:"Erg..."

*Mirai walks to me, utterly frustrated*

Mirai:"That stuck up...bitch."

Y/N:"?...what's wrong Mirai?"

Mirai:"!...Wait, that's it."

Y/N:"What's it? Why are you looking at me like that?"

*Mirai grabs my arm, and pulls me to the stand*

Mirai:*Whispers* "Just shut up, and let me do the talking."

Y/N:*Whispers* "O-Ok."

Mirai:"Excuse me?"

Supermarket employee:"?...You, again? Do you have your parent or guardian this time?"

Mirai:"Yep, I do!"

*Mirai wraps herself around my arm*

Y/N:"!"

Y/N(mind):What is she doing?!

Mirai:"This is my big brother, that makes it fine for me to have a sample, right?"

Supermarket employee:"Sir, is this girl really your sister?"

Y/N:"U-Uh..."

Y/N(mind):Wait, this is to let Mirai get a free sample.

Y/N:"Yeah, of course I am."

Mirai:"See."

Supermarket employee:"Alright, here you go."

*The employee hands Mirai the sample*

Y/N:"Alright, see ya."

*We start walking around the supermarket, with Mirai holding onto my arm*

Y/N:"Uh...why are you holding onto my arm?"

Mirai:"Huh? W-Well, you have to be around is I want a free sample, so I have to hold onto you...to make everyone think that we're siblings."

Y/N(mind):Oh well, I don't see why not.

Y/N:"Alright then, so where are we going now?"

Mirai:"To another free sample stand, where else?"

Y/N:"O-Ok."

Mirai:"Jeez..."

*We continue to walk around the supermarket, getting free samples*

*Me and Y/N continue getting free samples at the supermarket*

Mirai:"Alright, mission successful."

Y/N:"Are we done?"

Mirai:"Yep, time to go back home!"

Y/N:"Ok...can you let go of my arm now?"

Mirai:"Huh? O-Oh..."

Mirai(mind):Wait, why am I still holding onto him anyway?!

Mirai:"G-Get off of me!"

*I push Y/N away from me*

Y/N:"What did I do?"

Mirai:"N-Nothing, come on."

*I head out of the supermarket, and Y/N follows me out*

Y/N:"So is that all we're doing today, Mirai?"

Mirai:"What? Of course not! You're going stay with me until midnight!"

Y/N:"Wait, what?"

Mirai(mind):Ah! Why did I say that?!

Mirai:"J-Just hurry up and follow me."

Mirai(mind):We've got to go somewhere...but where?

Mirai:"!"

Mirai(mind):I've got an idea now.

*I grab onto Y/N's name, and lead him to his house*

Y/N:"Huh? Why are we at my house?"

Mirai:"You have an actual place, I don't! Are we going in or not?"

Y/N:"Alright then."

*I pull Y/N into his house, and I go straight for his bed*

Mirai:"Hmm...I could just steal this bed."

Y/N:"Please don't, I need that bed."

Mirai:"I'm just joking. Jeez..."

Y/N:"Alright, alright."

*I chill at Y/N's place for a bit*

*Y/N's point of view*

Y/N(mind):I feel like I'm messing something...

Y/N:"!"

*I take out the milk, and Mirai notices*

Mirai:"What the? When the hell did you get that?!"

Y/N:"Oh, I got it for you at the supermarket."

Mirai:"How were you able to hide it?!"

Y/N:"I dunno."

Mirai:"Of course...my god."

Y/N:"Well, want some?"

Mirai:"Of course! Who the hell do you think I am?!"

*Mirai grabs the milk from my hands, and starts drinking it down*

Y/N:"Uh..."

Mirai:*Chung* *Chung* *Chung*

Y/N:"I'm guessing you liked it."

Mirai:"You think I wouldn't?"

Y/N:"Uh...I have a question."

Mirai:"Ugh...what is it?"

Y/N:"Why do you like to drink milk so much?"

Mirai:"Ah! W-Why would you think that?!"

Y/N:"Because you drink a lot of milk."

Mirai."Erg..."

Y/N:"Is there a reason why?"

Mirai:"...You really don't know?"

Y/N:"No, what is it?"

Mirai:"Ugh...milk makes you stronger, especially girls. I drink as much as I can to get rid of my...'smallness'."

Y/N:"Smallness?"

*Mirai's face starts blushing*

Mirai:"N-Never mind! Jeez...you're so hopeless, Y/N."

Y/N:"?"

Y/N(mind):What did I even do?

Mirai:"Ugh...what am I gonna do with you?"

Y/N:"?"

*Mirai's face starts blushing again*

Mirai:"H-Hey...do you want to get something to eat like that again?"

Y/N:"Sure, I'll play as the big brother again, don't worry."

Mirai:"W-Well, about that...how about you pretend to be someone else."

Y/N:"?...Like what?"

Mirai:"H-How about my boyfriend?"

Y/N:"H-Huh?!"

*My face starts blushing*

Mirai:"Pfft, hahaha! You should see your face right now."

Y/N:"W-Well, if you want me to pretend to be your boyfriend, I-I can."

Mirai:"Hmm? H-How about you don't actually pretend?"

Y/N:"?"

*Mirai brings her face close to mine, and she peck me on the cheek*

Y/N:"!...W-Whoa!"

Mirai:"Hehehe, I'm guessing that was your first time being kissed by a girl."

Y/N:"W-Well..."

Mirai"Hehe, well then. I guess I have to do it for real now."

*Mirai grabs onto my cheek, and kisses me. I pull back from shock*

Mirai:"Jeez, Y/N."

Y/N:"Mirai...fine. I won't pretend to be your boyfriend, I'll actually be your boyfriend. How does that sound?"

Mirai:"Took you long enough to put the pieces together, but you're missing one thing."

Y/N:"?...What's that?"

Mirai:"I-I love you, Y/N. T-That's what you're forgetting."

Y/N:"Oh yeah, alright then. I love you too, Mirai."

Mirai:"!...Y/N..."

*Mirai suddenly hugs me*

Mirai:"Thank you, thank you for everything."

Y/N:"Oh, y-you're welcome."

*Mirai keeps hugging me until it was time for her to leave*

And we've been pretending to be boyfriend and girlfriend since, but she kind of takes to far every now and then.
