Narrator: Now, back with Will. They are going to be doing some practice matches after their lunch.

*Lunch ends and Kiriya smoke bombs his way into the room*

Kiriya:"Alright class, time for the next part of class."

All:"Yes sir!"

*They all go to the training room*

Kiriya:"Alright everyone, we are going to be doing something different. This is going to experimentation for Will."

Will:"Me? What am I going to do?"

Kiriya:"This may be very surprising to you, but we are going to have you face off against each of the girls."

Will:"Huh?"

Girls:"What?!"

Kiriya:"Now, of course. There is going to be a handicap to what Will can use as a weapon. Once the other person gets knocked down, the battle is over.

Will:"Alright, what are my limits?"

Kiriya:"You can only use that colorful circular shield that you used back when you first got here."

Will:"Wait, only my Captain America shield?!"

Kiriya:"If that's what it's called, then yes."

Will:"Aw man...ok then."

Will(mind):I thought it was gonna be a certain number of weapons, not only one specific weapon. Oh well, C.A. shield!

*I spawn the Captain America shield*

Kiriya:"Ok, first to go is...Ikaruga."

Ikaruga:"O-Oh, Yes sir."

*The black haired Shinobi takes a deep breath before she spawns her sword steps onto the battlefield*

Will(mind):Why was she being a little hesitant?

Kiriya:"Alright, and...begin!"

*Ikaruga rushes towards me, and I block her strike with my shield*

Will:"Erg!"

*I parry her sword, and use to opportunity to kick her to the side*

Ikaruga:"Ugh!"

*Ikaruga gets back on her feet, and rushes me again*

Will(mind):If she continues to attack like this, I might end up seriously hurting her. I need to find a way to not hurt her too much.

*Will dodges Ikaruga's first strike, and he blocks the next one with his shield*

Will:"Are you trying to let me win?!"

Ikaruga:"..."

Will(mind):No way, could she be throwing the match?! Is that why she's not doing anything?!

Ikaruga:"Hah!"

Will:"Huh?"

*Ikaruga thrusts her sword, and I block it. The momentum of her thrust makes me move my shield to my side, she then strikes the shield, and the attack knocks me to the side*

Will:"W-What was that?!"

Ikaruga:"I just caught you off guard. Always prepare for anything type of attack."

Will(mind):So she's been holding back just to teach me?! As much as it pains me, I have to take her advice.

Will:"Got it."

Will(mind):Maybe I could...yes, I've got to try this out!

*I then rush towards her*

Will:"I could say the same for you!"

*I take the shield off of my arm, and throw it like a frisbee*

Ikaruga:"Hmph, Now you're unarmed."

*Ikaruga strikes the shield, and it heads towards a wall*

Will:"Here's another funny thing about this shield, it doesn't obey the laws of physics at all!"

*The shield bounces off the wall, and heads right towards me. I catch it while rushing towards Ikaruga, and I freeze when I go to strike her with my shield*

Ikaruga:"...Jeez."

Will:"'I don't have the guts', I know. If I wasn't fighting a friend, I wouldn't hold back though."

*Ikaruga puts her weapon away*

Ikaruga:"W-Well, I'll admit defeat since I know that attack would have knocked me out anyway."

*Ikaruga blushes a little*

Will(mind):Smooth talking...I think I got a 10/10 score on that.

Kiriya:"I'll allow surrendering. Will wins."

*Ikaruga steps off of the battlefield*

Katsuragi:"Ya kidding?! Ikaruga surrendered because she got pitied on?!"

Asuka:"Well...Will just didn't want to hurt her."

Katsuragi:"I would be pissed, not flustered."

Ikaruga:"I-I'm not flustered, Katsu."

Katsuragi:"Sure...probably you like-"

*Ikaruga hits Katsuragi in the head*

Ikaruga:"Just stop it, Katsu."

Katsuragi:"Jeez, fine."

Will(mind):What are they talking about over there?

Kiriya:"Alright, next one is...Hibari."

Hibari:"H-Huh?!"

Will:"Wha?!"

Yagyu:"Kiriya-sensei?!"

Will(mind):Can I just surrender now?! I don't wanna fight Hibari!

Hibari:"O-Oh...o-ok then."

Yagyu:"H-Hibari?"

*The pinked haired Shinobi steps onto the battlefield, shaking*

Will(mind):I can't even bring myself to even face her!

Kiriya:"Will, you shouldn't hold back simply because they are your friends, got it?"

Will:"Y-Yes sir..."

Will(mind):I'm not gonna listen to that, just fighting someone like Hibari is wrong!

Hibari:"W-Will?"

Will:"Y-Yes?"

Hibari:"D-Don't worry about me, I-I'll have to become stronger, so I-I have to fight you in order to."

*Hibari gets ready to fight, but she's still shaking*

Yagyu:"Will, don't you dare-"

*Kiriya holds Yagyu mouth, and Ikaruga carries her away*

Will(mind):I wish I could take Hibari seriously! I have to go easy on her, that way she doesn't get too petrified.

*I start rushing towards Hibari, and I try to attack her*

Hibari:"Ah!"

*Hibari ducks under the attack, and I freeze when I see Hibari crouched down, scared*

Will(mind):This is wrong, I can't do this. She's too scared and adorable to even think of harming.

*I pat Hibari on the head*

Will:"H-Hibari, it's ok. You don't have to fight me."

Hibari:"H-Huh? B-But..."

Will:"I surrender."

Kiriya:"Will, like I said before. You can't go easy on them just because they are your friends."

Will:"I'm sorry, Kiriya-sensei. Fighting someone like Hibari is immoral."

Kiriya:"Ugh...even if it's someone like Hibari, they could still be evil ninjas."

Will:"Ok, I understand. I just don't wanna fight Hibari."

Hibari:"Will..."

Kiriya:"Fine, the winner is-"

Hibari:"N-No, wait. I refuse to let Will surrender. I can fight, I am a ninja after all."

Will:"Still, I don't wanna fight you, Hibari."

Hibari:"I'm happy that you don't wanna fight me, but if I don't step up to fight, I won't be able to call myself a ninja. Besides, I trust you to not hit me too hard."

Will:"Hibari..."

Will(mind):She's still shaking, but she's confident.

Will:"Fine. I take back my surrender."

Kiriya:"Ok then. Now restart the fight."

*I step back, and put my shield in front of me. I rush towards Hibari, but she rolls herself into a little ball, and dodges the attack*

Hibari:"Whoa! I-I dodged it!"

Will:"Nice job, Hibari."

Hibari:"T-Take this!"

*Hibari starts flailing her arms around while rushing toward me, I simply dodge her attack*

Hibari:"Ah!"

*I try to hit Hibari with my shield, but she ducks under my attack, rolls behind me, and tries to tackle me from behind*

Hibari:"Hah! Huh?"

*I dodge her tackle, and she falls to the ground*

Hibari:"Owie..."

Kiriya:"Hibari has been knocked down. That's the match, Will wins."

Hibari:"Huh?! Aw man..."

Will:"Are you ok, Hibari?"

*I help Hibari up, and she blushes a bit*

Hibari:"Y-Yeah, I'm fine."

Yagyu:"Will..."

Will:"Oh no..."

*I turn around, and see an angry white haired Shinobi walking towards me*

Will:"S-Sorry, Yagyu. I tried to not fight her."

Hibari:"Y-Yagyu, stop it. Please!"

Yagyu:"You hurt Hibari. I'm not gonna forgive you for that."

Will:"She's fine, see? I'm sorry for hurting her, ok?"

Yagyu:"Erg...you're making me rethink trusting you."

Hibari:"Yagyu, Will is a good person. I wanted him to fight me, and he didn't hurt me in anyway."

Yagyu:"B-But..."

*Hibari hugs Yagyu's arm*

Hibari:"Please don't hurt him, Yagyu."

Yagyu:"Hibari...fine, I'll let it slide for now."

Will:"Thank you, I won't let it happen again."

Kiriya:"Alright, Yagyu is next."

Will:"I'm sorry, what?"

Yagyu:"..."

Will(mind):So much for 'Letting it slide'!

*I see a dark aura surround Yagyu*

Yagyu:"Well, shall we begin our match."

Will:"U-Uh...hold up a minute-"

Kiriya:"And begin!"

*Yagyu gets her umbrella out and rushes me. She tries to attack me with her umbrella, but I block it with my shield*

Will:"Ugh! You've got to be kidding me."

*I knock Yagyu's umbrella out of the way, and kick her back*

Yagyu:"Ugh! Erg..."

Will:"...I'm sorry."

Will(mind):This match up couldn't have been timed worse!

Will:"Yagyu, stop it! You're being to reckless."

Yagyu:"You don't get to criticize how I fight!"

Will(mind):It's like we went back to square one, friendship wise!

Will:"Yagyu! I don't wanna hurt you, or Hibari. Can't you just trust me?!"

Yagyu:"..."

Will(mind):Why isn't she responding?! Crap, maybe we did go all the way back to square one!

*I jump over Yagyu, as she rushes me. As I'm in the air, I hit Yagyu with my shield, and it knocks her down*

Yagyu:"Ugh!"

Kiriya:"The battle is over, Will is the winner."

Yagyu:"I don't care if you've won, I won't let you hurt Hibari ever again!"

Will:"Ugh..."

Hibari:"Yagyu...you're being a big meanie."

Yagyu:"Huh?"

Hibari:"Why do you have be such a meanie to Will?! He didn't do anything wrong!"

Yagyu:"B-But, he hit you, Hibari."

Hibari:"No, he didn't. I only fell down."

Will(mind):Wait, did she just misinterpreted the fight? Just because Hibari lost, she thought I hurt her?"

Yagyu:"I-I thought he hit you with his shield, and knocked you to the ground."

Hibari:"That's not even the slightest bit true! Will is a great person, and I trust him."

Yagyu:"H-Hibari..."

Will(mind):Aw, thanks Hibari.

Hibari:"You should trust him too, Yagyu. No matter what happens."

Yagyu:"I-I..."

*Yagyu spots Hibari's face being all red*

Yagyu:"H-Hibari? Y-You're not..."

Hibari:"Huh? N-No, it's not like that. It's just..."

Will:"What's happening?"

Yagyu:"N-Nothing..."

*Yagyu's face starts blushing*

Will(mind):What's up with her now?!

Yagyu:"I'm sorry for the trouble I've caused, Will. I trust you again."

Will(mind):Yay! Mission success, I think.

*Yagyu walks off the battlefield*

Kiriya:"I don't know what just happened, but we are moving on! Katsuragi is up next."

Katsuragi:"Haha, yes sir!"

*The blonde haired Shinobi steps onto the battlefield*

Will:"Alright, Katsu. You ready?"

Katsuragi:"Hell yeah, let's do this!"

*Katsuragi spawns her boots*

Kiriya:"Let the battle begin!"

*Katsuragi rushes towards me, and jumps up. She dives, boot first, straight towards me. I get my shield ready, and block her attack*

Will:"Got ya!"

*I sidestep out of Katsuragi's way, and I do a spin, and hit Katsuragi in the back of the head with my shield, knocking her down*

Kiriya:"And the match is over, Will wins."

Katsuragi:"Wha?! No fair! I want a rematch!"

Kiriya:"Settle it during your own time."

Katsuragi:"Damn it, I lost within a few seconds!"

Will:"Sorry I did that to you."

Katsuragi:"We'll settle the score later."

Will:"Heh, alright then."

Kiriya:"Alright, last but not least is Asuka."

Asuka:"Oh, ok..."

*The brown haired Shinobi nervously steps onto the battlefield*

Will(mind):Alright, Asuka's turn. Now that I can't surprise her with any other weapons, I have to figure out the way she fights.

Asuka:*Inhales* *Exhales*

*Asuka spawns her swords, and starts rushing towards me. I prepare my shield, and block her attacks*

Asuka:"Hah! Hah! Hah! Hah!"

Will:"..."

Will(mind):Is she trying to break through the shield like she did in our previous battle?

*Asuka clashes both of her swords on my shield, and I parry her swords. I try to strike her with my shield, but Asuka does a backflip, and dodges my attack*

Asuka:"Hah!"

*Asuka rushes towards me again, and her swords start emitting a green aura*

Will(mind):They're glowing like during our last fight. I need to be careful, this shield may be strong, but it's not indestructible.

*I dodge Asuka's first attack, then block her second*

Asuka:"Hah!"

*She strikes my shield attack, and it ends up leaving an X-mark scratch on the shield*

Will(mind):Crap. She's really that powerful?!

*I parry her swords upward again, and I throw the shield at her swords to knock her arms all the way back*

Asuka:"Ugh!"

Will:"Hah!"

*I get to the ground, and sweep Asuka's feet. She does another backflip, and she freezes when she goes to strike me*

Asuka:"...I can't do it either."

Will:"Huh? Can't do what?"

Asuka:"I can't hurt a friend."

*Asuka smiles as she puts her swords away*

Will:"Heh, thanks for not slashing me, Asuka."

Asuka:"It wouldn't have hurt that much, but still..."

*Asuka starts blushing a little*

Will:"Huh? Still what?"

Asuka:"I-It's nothing, I guess that means I surrender?"

Will:"Of course not, you would have beaten me, so I believe I should be the one to surrender."

Kiriya:"Are you two done deciding who's gonna give up?"

Will:"Yep, I surrender."

Kiriya:"Alright, Asuka wins."

Asuka:"I-I'm the only one who beat him?!"

Katsuragi:"No fair! I wanted a heated battle like that! I'm definitely getting a rematch tomorrow!"

Ikaruga:"Good job, Asuka."

Yagyu:"Hmph."

Hibari:"I'm so happy for both of you, that was such a cool fight."

Asuka:"E-Ehehe."

Will:"Congrats, Asuka. Good fights, everyone!"

Kiriya:"Took the words right out of my mouth, Will. All of you fought tremendously today. With that, you are now dismissed for today"

*Kiriya disappears with a puff of smoke again."

Will:"Alright, let's get ready to pack up and leave."

Ikaruga:"Hey, Will?"

Will:"Yes?"

Ikaruga:"That part where you threw the shield at Asuka, the shield then just suddenly disappeared. You purposely did that to disarm yourself, so Asuka could knock you down using her swords, right?"

Will:"Well, in all honesty, I panic when she scratched the shield. After that, I knew it would be inevitable who would win."

Ikaruga:"So you threw the match?"

Will:"Of course not, it was a dumb move on my part, but even if I didn't do that move, I would still let her win."

Ikaruga:"Why?"

Will:"Because, look at how happy she is."

Ikaruga:"Huh?"

*Asuka high-fives the other three before getting groped by Katsuragi*

Will:"I'd say letting only one person win is better than letting everyone or no one win."

Ikaruga:"I guess you're right there. It gets everyone's spirits up towards beating you."

Will:"Heh, now you understand. Thanks for the little chat, Ikaruga."

Ikaruga:"O-Oh, no problem. As a senior, I also care for my fellow juniors."

Will:"Haha, It's the same for me. As the only male student here, I have to protect you all."

Ikaruga:"W-Will..."

*Ikaruga's face starts blushing*

Will:"Alright, now what are we having for dinner?"

Ikaruga:"H-Huh? Oh, let's discuss it with everyone else."

*I join the other girls, and Ikaruga puts her hand over her heart*

Ikaruga:"Phew...jeez, Will."

Ikaruga(mind):I wish I could talk with him more.

*We all head out to eat dinner, and we head back to the dorms and go to sleep*
