Unfortunately, your moment was cut short when Dogen rose out of the water on top of a giant yoma.

The yoma blasts a stream of water at you but Yumi jumps in front of you and Hikage and makes a wall of ice.

You put on your clawed gauntlets and charge. You climb up the creature and jump up above it, but before you could strike, the monster smacks you with its tail, slamming you into the sand.

Hikage: Y/N!

You get up and charge again, ignoring Hikage's protests.

Dogen: Perfect. You'll fall to my hand just like your parents.

Y/N: What...

Dogen: You heard me. I was the one who killed your dear parents.

Your body let out a huge amount of energy. And your claws turn golden.

Y/N: I'LL END YOU HERE AND NOW!!!

Dogen: What is this power!?

Y/N: Secret Ninja Art: Gates of Ragnarok!!!

You point your claws at the sky and a massive circle of light appears in the sky above Dogen and the yoma.

Y/N: You killed hundreds of innocent people, including my parents. Now I will avenge all those whose souls you reaped! NOW DIE!!!

The circle released a massive beam of energy that not only destroyed Dogen and his yoma, but made the ground shake furiously. Soon, there was nothing left of Dogen and the monster and you collapse from exhaustion. Hikage caught you and held you in her arms.

Rin: Y/N!

She checks your pulse and fortunately, you were still alive. You opened your eyes slowly and wince.

Y/N: Everything hurts...

Hikage hugs you tightly and cries into your shoulder.

Yomi: Are you okay?

Y/N: I'll... Be fine... Just need some rest...

Weeks later, you were up and kicking. You and Hikage were still dating and you both were very happy.

Timeskip.

Older Y/N: And that, kids, is how your mother and I fell in love.

You smiled at your two children. One had green hair and your eyes, while the other had your hair and yellow eyes.

Son: That was a cool story, Dad.

Daughter: Yeah. So romantic but action packed.

Hikage: Alright you two. Off to bed.

The two children ran off to their rooms and Hikage sat beside you. She let her hair grow out and tied it into a ponytail.

Hikage: They take after their father when it comes to energy.

Y/N: True but...

You turn and see the portrait of you and Hikage from your first date.

Y/N: This family is the best thing ever.
