VALERIE CHANG IS TEMPTED TO describe herself as an ordinary woman. There isn't much about the woman that makes her special. She's just trying to make her way through the world with as little damage as possible - although, her career as a NCIS special agent makes that task a lot more difficult. Add in the fact that she's a divorcée two times over, moved across the country, and her new team is a little too friendly for her liking.
