"Push your limits."

Staying inside our habitat can sometimes make us stagnant. As we are afraid to go further, our capacity is also restricted. Because of our notion that we cannot do a particular thing, we are not bothered to give also a try. In order to obtain breakthroughs, all we need is to push through—our ambitions, dreams and goals in life. If we will not go beyond, we will not also know that we can do more of what we think. Fear and doubt withhold us to improve. It takes courage to push a rock and faith to move mountains. As what Jesus told us, "Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

When we step outside of our comfort zone, progress takes place. Faith is the substance that transcends fear. It is the same with flowing water that washes out the dried up mud. If there is faith, the impossible will become possible. Push your limits gently to witness your growth. Take a leap of faith. If God will tell you something to do, then obey. Even if it's hard, in the end you can achieve it, as He is always on our side.
