"Publish your works when ready."
To turn written works into physical books is one of the goals of every writer. However, you must also consider the readiness of your craft before you will submit it to a publishing house. Is it ready when it comes to grammar, punctuation and technicalities? Yes, no book is error-free, but we must see to it that we polish it thoroughly. As writers, we are responsible primarily for the quality of our pieces. Do not take things rush just because your friends or fellow writers are already published authors. You might feel that you have been left behind in the corner. Remember, we are given a one-time ticket to publish, so we must do it with our best. Picture out a beef bulalo. There is a required boiling time of the meat to attain its tenderness. Otherwise, it will be tough to chew, and least, cannot be eaten. It is the same with publishing books. It is necessary for us to wait patiently while flourishing and preparing for the desired outcome. If we stop the heat ahead of time, then the product will be unsatisfactory.
Take your time to finish, polish and edit your crafts. Writing, together with publishing, is not a race. Do not be in a hurry. Make it sure. Make it smooth. Make it ready.
