I'm not broken.

You momentarily shattered me.

I gathered all the pieces.

With some endeavor and pain.

Put myself back together.

I'm still me.

The fractures there, that you cant see?

They make a stronger, better me.

I used to be in love with you.

You gave me those butterflies.

That day you shattered me.

It set them free.

I now see though your disguise.

The damage you inflected.

It opened my eyes.

Now when i  look at you.

I no longer feel any pain.

Just complete disdain.

Now i can happily say.

When you shattered me?

It was temporary.

Your memory may stay.

But the pain faded away.

I can easily say.

I'm not broken.

I got over you.
