Do you really love me or are they just lies?

Do you ever see the tears i try to hide?

Cant you see the hurt in my eyes?

Do you hear me when i speak?

When i say i love you?

I always get the same reply.

But is it love?

Its sometimes emotionless and dry.

Do you really truly see me for who i am?

Silence screams my pain.

Emotion falls upon me like rain.

You remain here at my side.

But no.

Not in heart and soul.

Do you really see me at all?

Do you care that im there?

Do you know if you would catch me if i were to fall?

If somewhere along the way i get lost will you find me?

Do you hear me desperately trying to break down your walls?

Do you see me arms open wide?

Ready to absorb all the emotions you hide?

Everyone seems to grasp your attention but me.

Everyone else you clearly see.

Yet you claim love everlasting to me.
