I can't go six months without it.
I only lasted a week last time.

Every six months i fall into the same hole i always do.
Then spend a bit in the hole.
Then i climb out.

"Its bad." I know.
"It needs to stop." You're telling me.

"I'm fine"
"Never again"
"I'm done"

All empty words.
Because i can't get behind them...
