Louis was sitting on the sofa beside the secretary's desk, a bundle of papers in his hand, when Niall walked over to him, giving Nora a smile. Louis stood, smiling up at Niall.

Wow, he is small, smaller than me, which is saying something. With his head of fluffy brown hair and bright blue eyes, he's absolutely adorable, Niall thought to himself.

"So, yeah, I'm Niall." He stuck his hand out and Louis grasped it, giving his hand a firm shake. "It's very nice to meet you, Louis."

Louis gave a nod, like he was trying to say that it was nice meeting Niall as well.

"So, you got your timetable and everything?" he asked, looking down at the bundle of papers in his small hands.

Louis nodded again, looking up at Niall and smiling, eyes full of trust.

"Can I see your timetable, so I can make sure we have all the same lectures - some of the classes are over-crowded and there are other lectures for them, for example: Liam and I are in one lecture but our friends, although taking the same classes, are in another lecture?"

He nodded again and handed Niall his timetable.

Niall quickly scanned it, happy when he confirmed that he was with him in everything. "Yeah, you're in every class with Liam and I." Niall looked at the clock in the reception. "We'll just go to our second lecture of the day because the first one is nearly over."

Louis nodded, happy that he didn't have to meet the people in his first class just yet.

Niall smiled and led Louis out of the reception, heading towards their second lecture.

They stood outside the hall until it was time to go in, in silence - questions wouldn't receive any answers. When they were finally able to go into the classroom, Niall introduced the teacher to Louis, then plopped himself down in his assigned seat, pulling Louis down in the seat on his right, because Liam sat on the one to his left.

As the rest of the class spilled in a minute later, Liam was the first in the queue. He speed-walked over to Niall and sat down in his seat, giving the other boy a quizzical look.

"Niall - "

"I'll tell you at break. This is Louis. Did you bring my bag?"

Liam just sighed and handed over his Mate's schoolbag. There was no way he was going to get any answers out of Niall if he didn't want to say anything.

Louis was looking down at his desk, trying not to get noticed by anyone. But, of course, that was too good to be true...
