A week later, Harry again left, however this time he didn't tell Louis and left when Louis was sleeping, with a gentle kiss on the forehead.

Louis woke up in a panic, rushing down to the kitchen and hoping that Harry was there, but of course he wasn't.

"Louis," Niall said softly, standing up from the kitchen table and walking carefully over to the trembling Omega, "Harry had to leave last night," he cooed. He gently put his hands on the Omega's shoulders.

All Louis could do was nod, after all what else could he do?

"Why don't we get some food into those babies?" Niall asked with a smile.

Louis nodded numbly and sat down at the table.

Harry arrived home three days later, but he didn't go to Louis in his bed, but slept on the sofa in the private living room. When Louis woke up the next morning, he ran into the room, following the scent. He ran over to the sofa, crawling on top of him and straddling his hips.

Harry opened his eyes and looked up at him, but closed them again. "Hello, little Omega."

Yes, Louis felt a little bit of disappointment at that, but he brushed it off because, of course, Harry was tired. So, Louis lay down on his chest, burying his face in his Alpha's neck, finally getting some sleep surrounded by his scent.
