"Now on to paint," Louis whispered in concentration as he pulled out of the car park, with the promise of his furniture being delivered later that week.
"I didn't think Harry would let you drive," Niall mused, trying to sound calm, but inside he was secretly terrified, hand wrapped tightly around the handle-thing above the window. His other hand was resting over his stomach, making sure his babies were okay with the hazardous driving.
"Well, he can't do anything about it. I enjoy driving, I have to go shopping. Harry can't stop me from leaving the Pack House," Louis explained, mundanely turning sharply round a corner.
"Could you, ah, slow down a bit?" Niall whispered, hand tightening around the handle, knuckles white.
"Why?" Louis asked, voice slightly rising, his head turning to Niall...as well as his eyes.
"Eyes on the road," Niall screeched, lunging forward and turning the steering wheel to make sure they stayed in the right lane.
"What's wrong with you?" Louis growled, eyes going back to the road and hands tightening on the wheel in frustration.
"Uh, um, I'm just feeling a bit sick," Niall said, patting his belly. "The babies are acting up." Think up excuses, Niall, the crazy hormonal Omega can tear you apart, he furiously thought.
"You weren't like this on the way down," Louis mused.
"That's because you looked like you would kill me if I slagged your driving," Niall muttered, looking out the window.
"What was that?" Louis growled.
"I'd just had food before I left, the babies are probably just hungry," Niall quickly stated, trying not to show how scared he was.
"Okay," Louis whispered with a smirk, "we'll get some food when we're in the shopping centre."
Niall only nodded, too nervous to do anything else, cringing when Louis over took a car...which was going over the speed limit itself.

The two boys were in a small cafe, taking a break from their shopping spree, ready for something to eat and drink especially with babies holding them down.
After they had ordered their food and the waiter said that he would bring the food down to their table, Niall and Louis grabbed the water bottles that they bought and went to grab a table.
Both heavily pregnant Omega's sighed as they were finally able to sit down and relax.
"I am so tired," Louis whined, rubbing his belly whilst he drank his water.
"I feel so big," Niall laughed, copying the other Omega.
There was a small pause between the two, both having something to say, but not knowing how to approach it.
"So, how are you and Harry?" Niall finally asked.
Louis nodded. "Yeah, pretty good - everything's sorted out, we seem to be very happy."
"I'm happy for you, even though I still think Harry's a dick," Niall muttered.
"Well, I have his credit card, so what's a better revenge, right?"
Niall laughed, nodding.
"Um, on that point, uh, why are you not in contact with your family?" he asked.
Niall opened his mouth but was interrupted by their food arriving. As they got stuck in, he thought over his response and realised that he better just tell the truth.
"Well, um, as you must realise, I'm from Ireland," Niall began.
"I wondered why you had an Irish accent," Louis joked, bringing them to laughter.
"Well, I woke up one day, last year, and was told by my parents that I was getting married the next day, to someone I had never met," he explained quietly.
"Crap," Louis whispered, looking over at his best friend both in alarm and shock.
"Yeah, so I hopped on over to England and ended up here. I got an apartment and a job - here actually - and then started going to our school."
"And then you met Liam," Louis cheered in hushed tones, careful not to annoy the people around them.
"Yeah," Niall laughed, "but then my Heat hit and he Mated me."
"But, that's good, yeah?" he whispered, watching Niall closely.
"Well, I didn't actually know we were Mated..."
"What?" he squealed.
"Yeah," he laughed. "Everyone else did, except me. Liam told me it was just a mark and I had no idea about what happened."
"Well, how'd you find out?"
"I was called to the Principal's office one day and my parents were there, along with the Alpha I was supposed to marry. Liam stopped them from taking me, said I was his Mate, then Harry's parents came in and practically adopted me so I couldn't leave."
"Crap. What about Liam's parents?"
"Oh, they hate me, but I have no idea why."
"Wow, you went through quite the experience then - "
"That ain't all: the Alpha kidnapped me a few weeks later, took me home to Ireland. I escaped and Liam came and saved me," Niall said, a smug look on his face, which Louis was pretty worried by.
"Wow, just wow. No wonder you and Liam are so strong together. I would have never guessed any of that!"
"Yeah, not a lot of people would, but enough about my slightly traumatic back story, lets actually eat this food which is pretty good for the dramatic price."

"Okay," Louis whispered, standing up and dusting away the crumbs from his thighs with his hands. He grabbed his water bottle and walked out of the small cafe, Niall following.
The boys walked beside each other, heading to the other side of the shopping centre to get to the DIY store. Niall suddenly stopped, grabbing Louis' wrist and pulling him towards a shop.
"What - " Louis started, but he shut his mouth when he was dragged into a baby shop, mountains of clothes around them, folded over tables and hung up on little tiny hangers. "Aw," he cooed, rushing over to a rack of little girl's clothes. "Look, Niall, look." He caressed the soft material between his fingers, a smile subconsciously spreading across his face.
"Yes, Louis, I see," Niall whispered, loving how mesmerised Louis looked at that moment.
"They're so small, Niall," Louis whispered, moving onto a onesie and poking at the little feet.
"I know, Lou," Niall said.
"'Lou'?" Louis asked, turning around to his friend, hand still curled around the onesie.
"Well, I'm your friend, right?" Niall whispered, suddenly unsure.
"You're my best friend, Ni," Louis cooed, wrapping Niall in his arms. He squeezed the taller boy tightly, then let him go. "Harry's going to get a shock when he looks at his credit card bill," Louis laughed, turning back to the clothes.
"You not going to share the bill, Lou?" Niall teased.
"No way," Louis scoffed, going to the front of the store and grabbing a basket, touching each set of clothes before throwing it in.
An hour and a half later, Niall had to persuade him to leave some clothes back, before they checked out.
"But, he'lll grow into it, Niall!" Louis cried, grabbing the shirt and throwing it back into his third basket.
"He ain't even born yet, Lou, never mind a year old." Niall tried to stay calm, but he was losing his patience.
"But, Ni," Louis whined.
"You can come back and get it when he's older," Niall insisted.
Louis sighed. The cashier was giving them weird looks and the other potential customers seemed to refuse to come in when seeing the two boys arguing in the middle of the shop. The cashier just prayed that they would be finished soon and her day could go back to normal. "Fine," he growled, throwing the shirt at Niall's face. "Have it your way, but it better be here when he's a year old."
"Thank you," Niall sighed.
The two boys grabbed their five baskets and turned to the wide-eyed cashier.
"Just these please," Louis smirked. He pulled out the credit card. "On this."

"But, I didn't want you to pay for that," Niall insisted, a bag in each hand.
Louis' hands tightened around his three bags, slapping against his thighs. "It wasn't me that paid for it, it was Harry."
Niall sighed. "That makes me feel slightly better, but I didn't want any money spent on me..."
"It's being spent on the pups," Louis insisted.
Niall paused, thinking over their current situation. "I'm not going to win, am I?"
"Nope!"
"Sometimes I wish you'd have stayed quiet forever."
"That's just because no one would ever back-talk you before I showed up."
"I hate you," Niall said teasingly.
"Love you too!" Louis cried out, bumping Niall's shoulder with his own.
"Let's just pick out the damn paint," Niall laughed, looping his arm with Louis', which was pretty hard considering the bulging bags they were holding, full of the babies clothes. These kids were going to be spoilt.

"No way in Hell am I getting back in that car with you, Lou."
