Faction of Choice:

When discussing complex characters within the Arrowverse, most especially The Flash, Iris West is certainly one of the first ones that come to mind for me.

Of course, I really appreciate and love her relationship with Barry (West-Allen is definitely one of my favorite ships ever ❤💜), but that's just it.
She is so much more than simply the protagonist's love interest in the show which is partially why I always looked forward to any storyline that made a focal point of her business' growth, the undeniably sweet connections she found with supporting characters like Allegra and Sue, and her progression as the mother of both Nora and Bart.

Though, one of those things in particular that lead me to the decision of which faction Iris would choose is the reporting aspect of her life for she has proven time and time that seeking the honest truth is one of the things she thrives to accomplish most in her career.

Which is why I would definitely place her first and foremost in Candor.

Because aside from those aspects of her personality, she also has the natural confidence and social likability that Candors are known for, also.

Secondary Faction Choice:

As for secondary factions for Iris, I would probably have to go with Dauntless because she certainly has the need to protect those around her in a physical sense, too, much like her father (though, usually not exactly in the way he prefers) and can think extremely quickly on her feet.

Though, Dauntless is still a decently far second due to the fact that it's lack of evenly balanced governmental structure would probably become increasingly frustrating for her as time went on :)
