(L/N)'s PoV

It's been a few weeks since Masuda and I have been "dating". I still see nothing different in him from any other man. Well, maybe except that he's persistent, but that doesn't count.

Today, we were at the park. We were sitting on one of the benches, being silent as usual. Until-

"So what made you hate guys?" He asked.

"Excuse me, I think lowly of them. Not hate them." I corrected.

"So why do you?"

"I don't really remember. I just have that gut feeling and rage whenever I hear someone say that men are dependable and stuff." I said.

"Why can't you remember?"

"I don't know. Forgetfulness? I think I got into an accident when I was 20? Yeah, then like some of my memories were erased and stuff. But I just have a really strong feeling about thinking lowly of guys." I said.

"Ah, I see."

Masuda's PoV

I really have to change her point of view. I'm starting to know her better; it's a good start.

"So, who do you get along with more? Girls or guys?" I asked.

"Hmm.. guys, I guess." She replied.

"Why?" I asked.

"Well, maybe cause I'm boyish and I don't really get along with most girls?" She replied.

"Most girls?" I asked.

"Sorry, I meant that I don't get along with any girl."

"Huh?"

"My only friend here in Hiroshima is [Random friend of Masuda's from his hometown]." She said.

"Seriously? So like, if he's not around, you're-"

"Alone." She cut me off.

"Don't you feel sad?" I asked.

"Nope. I was abandoned by my own parents, bullied at school, and judged by my relatives, so yeah. Being alone is sad, huh?" She said.

"Sorry." I said, noticing the obvious sarcasm in her tone.

(L/N)'s PoV

"Anyways, let's go eat. I'm hungry." I complained as I got off the bench and wandered off.

"Hey, wait up!" Masuda said.

At the restaurant...

"I still want to know more about you." Masuda said as we were eating.

"Ugh, fine. What do you want to know?" I asked.

"What club did you join in middle school?" He asked.

"Tennis." I answered.

"Hmm, high school then."

"Volleyball. Only by force though." I said.

"Ohh, then do you still like tennis and volleyball?" He asked.

"Well yeah. I grew up playing those sports so I'm pretty much attached to them." I answered.

"Trying watching Prince of Tennis and Haikyuu!!. You'll learn a lot from those two animes." He suggested.

"Uh, okay?" I replied unsurely.

"Trust me. Watching anime is relieving. Well, it also gets you hyped, but depending on your reaction, you can experience both." He said.

"Hh. You voice act for a living, right?" I asked.

"Mhm. It's been my job for quite a while now. It's getting stressful, costing me my sleep, and taking all my time but I find it worth it since I'm doing what I love." He said with a smile.

"How can you be so optimistic?" I asked.

"How can you be so pessimistic?" He threw back an opposing question for me.

"Touché." I replied.

"I like to see the brighter side of things. I don't want to make things be gloomy by feeling stressed out and sad. I believe that I should just live my life and let it be. I am free, I shouldn't worry about the small things." He said.

"Hh. Well, as a first, I agree with you." I said with a half-smile.

Honestly, I don't know where these dates are going, but I am pretty sure that Masuda and I have an understanding for each other.

So, guys. I really want to apologize for the delay of the updates.

I'm terribly sorry. And also, I have another bad news for everyone.

//sighs

I am canceling the voting for the second volume. I have let my friends decide for that.

But don't worry. The seiyuus in the next volume are really good ones! I promise!!

The one who can answer this gets a shoutout in the next update!! :3

Hint: For the first feature in the second volume, I've already mentioned him in Aoi-san's feature, Saitou-san's, and Okamoto-san's. :)
