Two years later...

Aoi's PoV

So, today was another ordinary day. Except it was my day off and my birthday. I wish (F/N) was here. She'd shower me with hugs and kisses all day.

I'm really happy that she's doing what she loves and sharing it with everyone. That's so like her. It's probably one of the reasons why I fell in love with her.

Suddenly, as I was having my breakfast, I heard a knock on the door.

"Mail for Aoi Shouta." A man said.

"One moment please." I said then stood up and opened the door.

"Please sign here." He said as he handed me the papers.

"Thank you." I said then returned it to him.

"Thanks. Here you go." He said as he handed me a purple box then left.

I closed the door and looked at the purple box. There was a small note outside.

Hi Shouta!
Please open the white envelope first!
Thanks!

I took off the cover of the box and picked up the white envelope inside then opened it. It was a letter.

Dear Shouta,

How are you? It's been almost eight months. Sorry. I really want to be there right now, but I can't. I'm sorry if I ever made you feel lonely. I promise, when I come back, I won't leave anymore. Anyways, let me start this letter seriously.

Happy birthday, my cute angel. 😘 I love you! I really wish I could be there to hug you and kiss you!

Thank you for coming into my life, Shouta. You've changed me. All I thought about back then was being a normal girl who was sort of famous. I never had thoughts to be so much more than that.

You motivated me to do more than what I was contented with. I am really so thankful for you.

Back then, when we met for the first time, I was really interested in you. You were unique in my eyes. Then after quite some time, we became close after I got into your agency. After that came your dance competition. Honestly, I cried a bunch of times when I found out that you liked someone. Stupid of me, I didn't think that the girl you liked was me.

When we started dating, I felt clingy. I always wanted to call you or text you or just hear your voice. After some more months, you asked me to be your girlfriend. I was overjoyed to be called yours :)

Years later, you proposed to me. That was one of the best days in my life.

Actually, I have no present or whatsoever for you, but.. I hope you will appreciate what's in the pink envelope :)

After reading the letter, I hurriedly opened the pink envelope. I was grinning like a child when I saw what was inside.

This is our unborn child. He/she will be coming to see you soon. :)

I was really happy to have a child with (F/N). When she comes back, I'll be the one who showers her with hugs and kisses.

Later that day...

It was about midnight. I was about to get ready for bed when someone knocked on the door.

I sleepily opened the door. I rubbed my eyes first so I couldn't see who was there.

"Hey. You haven't seen your wife in eight months and this is how you greet her?"

My eyes widened when I heard her voice.

"Oh my gosh, (F/N).. you're here. T-That means you won't be leaving anymore, right?" I asked.

"Yes, I'm all yours, Shouta." She said with a smile.

"I missed you so much." I said then hugged her.

"Me too." She said then hugged me tightly.

"Ah, I really love you, (F/N)." I said then pecked her lips.

"Me too, Shouta. I love you so much." She said with a smile.

I smiled. I then crouched down and kissed (F/N)'s stomach then stood up and indulged into a long and passionate kiss with her. This was surely the best birthday ever. I'm glad that she was mine and I was hers. I'm thankful for all she's done for me. I love you, (F/N). From now on, til forever. Stay with me, always.

Woo. I am tired from our school's week long sports fest.

I have to work on two reports so maybe the next update will really take a while.
