Red
Red was semi drunk as he stumbled through the Council's base, he was still thinking about what Stone had said to him.
"Take the first damn step."
But how could he take that step without knowing what it was?
He sighed, and leaned against a wall, only to yelp when it suddenly gave away on him, and he fell into an area of the building that he didn't recognise.
He got up, and he looked around... It looked like a courtyard...
He froze when he saw what was in the courtyard.
----
Underfell Papyrus looked up from the papers that he was looking through, when his brother stumbled through their front door. "You're late Sans, report."
His brother didn't say anything, he only walked up the stars in their living room.
"Sans, didn't you hear me you lazybones? I need a report!"
"You and your reports can go and fuck themselves Boss." Sans growled, and Papyrus stepped back when he saw the red smoke pouring out of Sans's right eyesocket.
"I'm done doing things this way. We're going to try something new, now get out of my way, I need to grab a few things from the supply cabinet, and if you stop me, then that means that you're against me.
Are you against me Boss? Or are you going to help me stick it to those idiots on the Council that need a fucking reality check?"
Papyrus smirked. "Welcome back brother, what's the plan?"
"We're grabbing the good shit from the supply cabinet. There's so many things to sabotage, and not a lot of time to do it in."
---
Reaper stared at War when she started to crackle, and he shivered.
Bad things happened when War got like this... Very bad things...
"Oh Sans~"
He knew what War having that tone of voice meant... The last time that he heard it was just before the Council took over the Multiverse...
"Ah shit... Here we go again..."
----
So, I'm not gonna tell you what Red found in that false courtyard place, not yet, and now that I have set some plot lines up for the future, I want to return to Solace, and their journey in starting their life in this Multiverse.
And I'm sorry for not updating last week, I had prior commitments on my usual update day for this story, and the day where I normally catch up if I forget my Monday update. Those wiped me out, and I ended up taking an unintentional mental health break from updating. I am still working on this story, and I have ideas for the sequel, I just need to figure out what comes next. I have part of a chapter scribbled down in a notebook somewhere, and I need to type that up, and finish the chapter.
I hope that you will continue to enjoy Solace's story, and I hope that you're ready for what's coming in the future!
