About RushClan:

RushClan shares many cultural practices and beliefs with RimuClan, such as having a Chief to lead the Clan and practice medicine, with the position being passed down through family lineage. They share the belief that everything has Spirit that connects them. Spirit is a lifeforce gifted by the Clans' ancestors and is something that every cat is born with, some more than others if they come from a high-ranking lineage. A higher Spirit can be earned and it can also be lost.
Unlike RimuClan, RushClan is not as militaristic, and tend to be more peaceful in nature. Because of this, they do not have Legion warriors, but still split their warriors into several subranks. RushClan warriors are sorted into teams. Every team is made up of six cats, and cats are sorted into teams based on their birth. Essentially, every six cats born in succession becomes one team - so usually littermates are in one team, but this isn't always the case. Teams often train, hunt, fight, and patrol together, becoming a tight-knit family over time. When one member of a team dies, they are not replaced, unless this occurs in early kithood.
RushClan also has a separate rank called Protectors. Protectors serve their Clan by protecting them - they are expected to perform the high-risk duties for their Clan, lead them through dangerous situations, and even sacrifice themselves if need be. Protectors are regarded highly by the Clan, and are chosen through omens. The role is not necessarily passed down through families, but families with higher Spirit tend to inherit the role, so usually members of the Chief's family or a former Protector. These cats must have special abilities, such as having a strong spiritual connection with the Clan's ancestors or being very clever.
Geographically, RushClan is slightly separated from the other two Clans. RimuClan and BeechClan share opposing sides of a forest, and have a long history of conflict. RushClan's territory is the grassland by a river. Because of this, they've developed a more peaceful attitude. They enjoy their isolation and have a strong sense of identity within their Clan.
