I grab the laptop beginning to search. Me and Georgina scanning through the website looking for somewhere good.

"That one looks nice look at the beach's as well" Georgina smiles, Jackson appearing behind us.

"What are you two up to?" I slam the laptop closed.

"Women stuff now shove off" I laugh, pushing him back, women stuff is the best excuse I have.

"Fine, I know where I am not wanted" He says laughing, walking away. I booked a 5-day holiday in Tuscany to leave in two days' time. I smile, waiting for tonight to tell him. He came back through.

"Grab your coat lady we are going out" He picked me up from my seat.

"Oooo where are we going?" I asked, smiling, wondering what is planned.

"Hospital" He says it bluntly, Georgina is looking at me confused, putting my hand up in a way to say don't even ask, I don't want to deal with her questions right now. We leave, getting in the car Jackson drives us to the hospital. 

Two hours later, we are still sat here in the room waiting.

"This is a waste of time, let's just go home and forget it. I will be fine" 

I say it going to stand up for him to just pull me back down. Well, it was worth a try, but apparently, he isn't going to let me leave till I see someone. 

Finally, I get called I follow her into the room and explain the issue, I am asked if I have suffered any trauma recently I laugh. Jackson, however, doesn't find it funny at all.

"It should all be on her record" Jackson smiles, nodding towards the computer. The doctor sat reading my notes, his mouth open in shock and then looked back over to me.

"Okay, well first, let's see which parts of the body don't respond as well" He points to the hospital bed, looking at Jackson I feel my bratty self-showing up.

"That is easy, my arse for one" I mutter Jackson looking at me in shock and the doctor looking confused clearly not hearing me. He spends a while, going around my body first touching it with a pen, then a small pin to see which parts were not responding. He sat down, taking notes after, looking confused.

"It could well come back and just be your nerves blocking the feeling after everything. It could be psychological which means one day something in your mind will change and you will either slowly start to feel again or just instantly. In case it is anything else we will send you for a CT scan. I will put the referrals in for you"

"If it starts getting worse come straight back though, please" He insists as we are leaving.

"See nothing to worry about" I say it as we are getting in the car.

"By the way, we won't be in this country in two days" I smile at him and he looked so confused I laugh.

"I booked us a honeymoon, normally the guy does and surprises the wife, but hey, I don't do things normal" I laugh.

"So, where are we going?" I look at him

"You will find out when we get there" I didn't say much else on the way home; just smile and grateful I have such amazing, supportive friends. How we will cope once they move out I didn't know. 

Walking in the twins are sitting having tea, I sit playing with them while Jackson complains I shouldn't play with them while they ate. 

We both bath them and get them in bed together, working together to get them settled, we cuddle on the sofa watching films while Liam and Georgina are out for the night.

"I love you" his voice came from nowhere, I look at him.

"I know you do" I smiled, kissing him.

"No, I mean it, had it not been for you those 7 months locked up I would have killed myself, and I wouldn't have survived those three months you were gone if we didn't have the girls" He is showing so much emotion lately, every chance he gets as if he is still blaming himself for something. I move and sit on top of him facing his face.

"You need to stop blaming yourself" I kiss him holding his face and looking into his eyes.

"I am the man, I should protect you" I laugh at him.

"Life isn't a fairy tale, it doesn't need to be the men that protects, just shut up and kiss me" I start kissing his lips, his hands pulling my top off, there was a knock at the living room door. I sit here, facing Jackson trying not to turn as then they will see me with no top on. Jackson pulls me to him. I feel him nodding and he passes me my top.

"Get dressed" He orders moving me off him, walking out of the room. I put my top on running after him, reaching the front door where he is stood we both hear the gunshot at the same time

"Get the fuck upstairs Alena now!" Jackson shouts, pushing me back inside. I stand looking at him.

"Grab the babies and lock yourself in the safe room until I tell you, there is CCTV monitors, so you can see" He pushes me gently again further into the house, but I don't want to walk away from him. My mind is screaming at me to run, while also saying if I do, I might never see him alive again.

"Seriously Alena, do as you're told for once and go" He shouts now, not in a nasty way though. I run upstairs grabbing the girls and going into the room, shutting the door behind me. I walk around turning switches on waiting for the monitors to turn on. 

They finally do, and I can see Jackson, Marcus and Troy, the monitors have sound, so I can hear what they are saying at least.

"Didn't I say we should just shoot him" Troy shakes his head in disbelief.

"No, I called the police, no one is getting in shit for him, the shot came from over there" Jackson points towards the tree's.

"Forget the police" Troy replies, grabbing his bag and taking out his gun,

"If he wants to fight with guns so be it" He walks back to the door.

"I will walk around, hopefully seeing me with a gun will make him run" Troy walks out, and I sit watching and listening. Not long after the police show up, troy came walking back as well.

"Nothing he has ran" Tory calls, walking back to the house.

"We have police searching around as well, but it appears he has gone, we saw a car leaving and we have someone following it" The officer explains.

"Okay, thank you" Jackson replies, closing the door as he left.

"Alena you can come out now" He looks towards a camera, and the front door opening again. Georgina and Liam running in.

"What's happened? Is everyone alright?" I grab the twins, carrying them downstairs, Jackson taking Isabella off me, his arm wrapping around me.

"Sorry for snapping at you" He kisses my head.

"Did they get him, then?" Liam asks looking around.

"No, he ran, after he took a shot at us" Troy explains shaking his head.

"I don't think we should go, it isn't safe" He looks at me now and I nod agreeing.

"Don't be daft, he is only here to get Alena, or you. You two gone might actually help" Georgina speaking up.

"Think about it, he doesn't care about us, the twins, no one, it is you two he wants to take you two from each other. Go and relax"

"We will be here, so you may as well, everything will be fine" Marcus adds.

"Okay, but any trouble you call, and we come straight back" Jackson insists.

"We best get these two back down and settled" Jackson turns walking upstairs, I follow, we get them settled quickly once again. 

Climbing into our bed, he cuddles me, we both pass out exhausted. Waking up Jackson is already up, he seems to get up before me and not wake me once the girls are up. 

Walking down stairs the twins are sitting eating breakfast. Jackson is sat with them. Georgina and Liam are in the living room laughing with each other. I am glad Georgina has given him a chance, he deserves it. I walk to Jackson sitting next to him, he gets up putting the kettle on.

"We need to get stuff sorted for when we leave tomorrow" I look at him.

"I need to go into work and sort some stuff out. Troy and Marcus are staying here with you"

"That is fine with me, I am sure me, Katie and Isabella can find something fun to do and get us in trouble" I laugh tickling them.

"I am sure you will, your great at getting into trouble" he spanks my arse walking passed.

"Not in front of the children" I joke.

"We will have plenty of time for that soon without interruptions" He laughs the thought is amazing.

"Come on Liam, hurry up" I look at him.

"Liam? Really?" He is taking Liam to work with him?

"Yes, I said he could help out while I am away, he seems to have grown up since I was away" He shrugs. So, everyone has seen the change in him then Liam came running through and follows Jackson out the house. Georgina came through after.

"I am not too keen on him going there if I am honest" She looks at me and I knew how she feels.

"I get that, I thought about Jackson and what could be happening, but he doesn't use anything there other than with me" I explain hoping it helps ease her feelings.

"Plus, Liam isn't going to do anything stupid that can mess things up with you now that you have finally agreed to give him a try" She looks at me nodding.

"Yeah, I suppose so, so what's the plan for today then?" I think about it and aren't sure, I have to pack, but I really wanted to spend time with the twins before we left.

"Why don't we go out for the day?" I ask, thinking of where we can go.

"Where were you thinking?" She questions. I shrug my shoulders unsure.

"Not a clue just out of here" I laugh, feeling like I am in prison.

"Shopping! You need some clothes for the honeymoon" Georgina squeals clapping her hands, typical Georgina everything comes back to shopping. 

By the time we have the girls ready and ourselves nearly three hours have passed by.
