He held onto the man as the doctor watched with a saddened facial expression, seeing how Namjoon gently caressed Seokjin's head, while wiping his tears away.
"I'm sorry! I shouldn't have left your office, I'm so stupid!" Seokjin blamed himself, roughly banging his fists against his lap.
Namjoon grabbed his hands to prevent him from hurting himself any longer. "Seokjin, listen to me: What happened to you wasn't your fault."
"Yes it is!!" The older cried, burying his hands in his face. His brother suddenly entered the room, pushing Namjoon away to calm Seokjin down.
"Seokjin, don't cry." His soothing voice calmed the other down, momentarily.
"You should go home and get some rest, alright? The more you rest, the faster you'll regain your eyesight." The doctor quickly handed him a prescription of eye drops and reminded him to wear sunglasses with 100% protection against the sunlight.
Namjoon and Hyunseok held Seokjin and guided him outside of the hospital, little by little.

Throughout the entire ride, Hyunseok attempted to cheer his twin up by telling him funny jokes or juicy gossip about his coworkers at Volts Edge, but though trying his best, he only worsened Seokjin's situation, by reminding him that he would no longer be able to work as a secretary, until his eyesight healed up.
... If it heals, of course. He wasn't even sure if his vision would ever return. All he could see at the moment was a cloud of pitch black waves.
Waves that were slowly moving in the back of his head, giving him motion sickness and accumulating more anger within his bottled up emotions.
Hyunseok turned his head away, facing the other side of the backseat window, covering his mouth while hot tears flowed out of his eyes. Namjoon's heart ached, as he noticed that Seokjin's lips were beginning to quiver.
He held back on crying, but it was hard to do so when Hyunseok broke down and began to cry harder, letting audible sobs escape his mouth in the form of loud gasps, making it more obvious to Seokjin that he in fact was crying.
"It's okay." The weakest link among them all, was now consoling his brother, keeping his emotions further secured.
"Seok 2, Seok 2, you know how much Seok 1 loves you." He softly sang as Hyunseok lost control of his body and started shaking, uncontrollably, in Seokjin's arms.
"Seok 2, Seok 2, don't you be upset. Seok 1 will be okay, Seok 1 will regain his eyesight... Seok 1 will... He will." Seokjin's cold sob, quickly faded into a warm smile he offered out of courtesy to his brother, just to make him feel better.
Namjoon realized that he had forgotten to breathe, hearing Seokjin's soft voice as he sang
to Hyunseok. When he blinked, the uninvited tears that were brimming from the corners
of his eyes, stained his cheeks, one by one as they streamed like a mini waterfall.
The heaviness inside of his chest was crushing his lungs, making him choke up.
"Don't cry anymore, brother." Seokjin spoke, placing his soft hand against Hyunseok's face. As if his palm were a sponge, it automatically soaked up his brother's tears, but that didn't prevent new ones from streaming down, so he kept his hand on his face and wiped
his tears until he was sure the other would eventually stop.
"Seok 1... Can I hug you?" Hyunseok questioned, unsure if his brother wanted to be held or not.
"Give me a minute, Hyunseok." Seokjin moved away from Hyunseok, swallow deep.
His hands were shaking as he placed them against the side of the car window, fidgeting with the dash for a while, unable to face Hyunseok.
"Seokjin, are you okay?" A sniffle echoed within the car as Namjoon asked Seokjin how he was doing, resisting the urge to break down just like Hyunseok had previously done.
"I'm okay." Seokjin barely spoke. His voice was very silent and unstable.
"What?" Namjoon asked, hoping that the older would repeat his answer.
"I'm ...Okay." Each time the word "okay" or "fine" would come out of Seokjin's mouth, it made him feel less okay than he lied he was. The last bit of sanity he was hanging onto was wearing thin.
He felt as if a rope was choking him tighter each time, as the darkness within his vision made him feel anxious.
"I can't hear you, can you say it again?" Namjoon shut his eyes tightly, breathing out.
He didn't mean to force Seokjin to answer him, but his need to know if he was alright, or if he was in pain, was getting him more nervous each time he wouldn't receive a proper answer.
"I'm okay!!" Seokjin's voice croaked. He lowered his head down in hopes of not being seen crying, but his neck pain worsened and when he bowed his head downwards, he started to panic, seeing black squibbles were swimming all around.
As he forced his vision, trying to see what they were, he dizzied himself out, and fainted.
No one saw anything. Not even Hyunseok, who was right beside Seokjin. No one noticed that he had fainted at all.
The position he fainted in made it seem as if he were sleeping, which is why no one freaked out.
Namjoon wiggled his joystick, parking his car and turning the engine off when he finally reached Seokjin and Hyunseok's apartment.
Hyunseok gently shook Seokjin, trying to wake him up in the softest way possible, but failed many times. After calling out his name a third time, rather loudly, he found out that something was off about his brother.
"Is he still asleep?" Namjoon silently asked, opening the door for Hyunseok.
"I think he is. Poor guy won't even wake up, he must be worn out. Here, let me open the door. Can you help me bring him inside?" Namjoon nodded, placing his hand on Seokjin.
"Psst! Seokjin-ah, wake up. Wake up, baby, you're home already." He softly spoke, shifting Seokjin's thigh side to side, expecting him to awaken any time soon.
But he never did...
