Teenage Love Story
"You what?" Mark voice goes dry and his body turns ridged.
"I said I love you because you know what? Since the moment I saw you my stomach twisted and God Mark I can't take it anymore. I'm so fucking in love with you," Jack whispers as he looks right into Marks eyes. Then Marks face breaks into a grin and he scoops Jack up from behind.
"May I kiss you?"
"Don't even have to ask," Jack grins as he leans forward and places his lips on Marks. Fireworks alight behind them and roses bloom and the worlds just them. Jack feels Mark grin against his lips and they both began to laugh again. Laughing like there lives depend on it, laughing like they never want to let go.
"I've waited months for that," Mark says a smile worn on this lips.
"You've known me for a month," Jack chuckles and Mark shakes his head.
"For years I was waiting for someone special and then I meant you. Unforgettable kindness and I instantly knew that person was you. Nobody else but you," Mark breathes.
"But what if we're just teenagers in a crazy, stupid love story,"
"Then its a love story that'll be told for ages darling," Mark dips Jack which causes him to burst into a fit of bountiful giggling. He twirls Jack playfully before pulling him back in. "For better or for worse?"
"Always with you my dear," Then Jack untwirls himself from Mark but keeps their hands locked. Taking one last glance at his home he shuts his eyes, trying to imagine the good old days but then he finds he can't. Can't shut his eyes and remember, so he pops them open to see Mark looking at the house with him. Maybe the good old days are right now. He tugs away Mark from the house. "Thats not my future anymore," Jack says as he begins to run down the hill, yanking Mark along.
"Then where is it?" And Jack turns to look at him as they kick up the dusty gravel as they run down the hill.
"No idea," Jack answers slowing down as they reach the bottom, very aware of the feeling of weightlessness floating through his body.
"Yeah I don't know either," Mark says as he swings there hands. "But I do know we don't have a place tonight," Jack makes a hmf noise and looks around. It was late afternoon and dark would come soon.
"I think I know a place,"
The church had a massive wire around it completely over thrown with bushes. It was now sunset which caused orange shadows to dance through the stained glass. A now useless church bell sat in its crumbling tower on the roof thats shingles were failing. The steps up to the church were broken but still usable so Jack pulled Mark towards them who planted his heels in the dirt.
"Hell no if you think I'm going in there," he said and Jack rolls his eyes.
"I use to go here all the time alone and I'll tell you no one knows about this place," Jack argues as he keeps tugging on Marks arm.
"Bitch this place looks haunted," He argues right back, as he tugs away
"Fine I'll use my Latin ghost skills to rid the spirits away," Jack pulls away from Mark and lifts his arms to the sky as he kneels on one knee. "Spooky spiritum. videte quoniam ego sum ghostbuster," Then he screams and lays his head on the ground before saying, "Marcum assume, si praeliabitur adversus venit ad TRUDO!" Then he stands up, brushes off his knees and bows. "Add expert median to resume," Then he takes Marks hand and pulls him inside.
"I swear I heard ghostbuster in there somewhere?"
"You shut your pretty little lips pretty boy,"
"Love you too dork,"
