Of course Gem had the egg! Grian remembered, she had taken it and was about to hide it when everything happened and now...no Tegg. Maybe if the hermits found Gem they could find the Tegg- and Gem of course! Grian sighed looking over to Pearl's base. Pearl hadn't come out since her very brief talk with False. Cleo had talked to her, so had Joe, TFC, and even Xisuma but none of them could get Pearl to leave. Finally Scar went up to Pearl's base and knocked on the door, Jellie next to him.

Scar's POV
I knocked on Pearl's door. She hadn't come out of her base at all and everyone was concerned. The crew had  I'll bring first and decided that I try next. I brought Jellie of course because she's amazing and fluffy. When no one answered the door, I call out, "Pearl, I'm coming in." And opened the door. (With a few troubles of course, I mean there's to many doors to open). Nothing could have prepared me 'for what I saw. Little droplets of blood and poison littered the floor. "PEARL!" I screamed, running inside. I ripped out my communicator and typed a rushed message.
[GoodtimeswithScar] BOATEM HURRY PEARL HELP
Not the best but soon enough my communicator binged like nuts.
[Grian] Is she ok???
[Mumbo] I'm coming and I'll bring first aid
[ZombieCleo] I'm coming to, Joe grab a boat
[JoeHillssays] Already on it
[Xisumavoid] I'm coming over then I need to tell you something

Gem's POV
The chains cut into my wrists again.

The thoughts circled around my brain over and over again. I smiled as the blood dripped on the floor. 'Pathetic' the voice hissed. I frowned as the voice kept on. 'You left your empire to suffer, you left the other emperors to die, you left Xornoth of all demons come back, and you call yourself a wizard.' I looked at one of the walls. Maybe it was just a hallucination, maybe I was tired, but I swear I saw xisumavoid.
