Also: I didn't know I didn't post the chapter, I thought I posted it earlier, like 4 days ago, but please enjoy!

It's been a week since we fought with Hidden or anyone within his group. And apparently he got two new members, a hybrid and a serpentine. The profile of them didn't have much description. "These officers aren't exactly helpful," Nya stretched. Nya, Jay and I were looking through the papers on these duo. Jay fell asleep reading, and was snuggling with a blanket on the floor.

"Nor do they seem to care about these duo, that they are on the lose." She continued complaining.

"Are they dangerous? Why were they locked up?" I questioned.

"Apparently Moby was thought to be insane. Always protected a snake called Deo, claiming it's was his brother. They attacked only a couple times, but those times seem more like self defense." Nya summarized a paper she was holding.

I looked confused but we still had a couple videos along with the files. They were short videos showing either Moby attacking others or Deo attacking, or even them being attacked. Some guards abused the two, which they were caught and them fired.
The three of us were feeling better since the attack that had happen to us. The petals Nya smelled only caused her to lose consciousness for a couple hours and I fell into a temporary unconsciousness much like Jay. But unlike him, I didn't have a bump on my head. Cole, Zane and Lloyd were worried at first but we lived.

Since they were "distracted" with us, Hidden and his group got the duo out of jail and retreated somewhere. Jay suggested another realm, but the idea was immediately shot down. And the guy is still out there attacking gangs and even some randoms. A couple people who were in danger of being mugged complained about Hidden still be out somewhere. They whined about how we aren't do anything to stop Hidden.

I would love to tell them off, if they think they can do a better job, they could take over for us. Jay woke up with a loud snore, before he began to rub his eyes. He yawn, but he was awake again.

"Why didn't you wake me up, I need to be helpful too...." Jay whined.

"But you looked so peaceful, sleeping. And adorable." Nya winked at Jay, causing him to blush.

"So, Moby and Deo are a duo that was wrongly accused, but they are dangerous. Even when they get a weapon." I summarized the information that Nya and I just read.

"Alright, maybe Deo is a allie for Pythor since both of them are serpentine and Deo has no idea about Pythor's failed plan." Jay mentioned. Speaking of ideas in his head, ideas involving the duo and Pythor.

"True...." Nya mentioned.

*back to Hidden*

I sighed, signaling for Moby and Deo to follow me. We were going to meet up with a couple of villains that had yet made a move to attack the ninjas. The time twins, or atleast one of them.

"Remember, we don't need to harm him unless he attempt to change time or attack us. Understood?" I asked the duo.

"Yes sir." The both of them answered.

Moby was wearing a hoodie along with blades hiding in the sleeves. A scarf covered Moby's mouth and goggles allowing Moby to see better. Deo wore some armor, covering his forehead, mostly his weak point, and most of his body. The armor would adapt to Deo's forms, snake form, serpentine form, or his giant form. He hadn't shown off his giant form, but he said he only use it in emergencies. Protecting someone or retreating.

Though for a couple of teenagers, locked up for years without any proper teachings. They knew how to fight, and the duo were fast learners. Overlord teaches them different ways of attack and some dodging skills, while actually got them caught with the news. Telling what they would like to know from the country of Ninjago to the every ninja's name. Moby has gotten closer to Pythor, as well did Deo. They almost seemed like a small family now. Deo and the Overlord got along very well, both being venomous beings. Finally reaching the roof of the museum, I heard Moby come up behind me.

"He's in here?" Muffled the hybrid.

"Yes, and in disguise as well." I replied.

"Then how do you know it's him if he's in a disguise?" Deo questioned, walking ahead of Moby and me.

"Let's just say, I have a gut feeling."

Deo sighed and ran up the wall of the museum with Moby behind him. I traveled up, meeting the two at the glass ceiling area.

"Scoot over, real quick." I gently pushed Moby away.

I unlatched the lock on the window, opening it silently. I motioned for the two to enter quietly. I jumped pulling the window behind me, leaving it a bit open. I began walking through the museum with the duo hidden in plain sight behind me. It took ten minutes until he finally showed. Dr. Saunders.

"Evening," I smiled, catching his attention. I almost thought I saw fear in his eyes until I know that look. He was just faking. He started to back up until I spoke.

"I have no intention of attacking you, I only come here to speak to you.... Krux." I spoke confidently. His expression changed from false fear to confusion. It was fake, I knew by the fear in his eyes.

"What are you-"
"There are no cameras here, so you can show your true form." I interrupted him.

"Excuse me?! Who is Krux?" Saunders questioned, continuing to lie.

"You are Krux, you control time as does your twin, Acronix. You both attempted to take over Ninjago but lost to a couple of brothers. Correct?"

"....how.... how did you...." he tripped over his words. "It was in a journal I found, the owner was one the brothers who fought you." I shrugged.

"How dare you!!!" Krux revealed his anger, and threw a time wave towards me.

I pulled my staff to the wave, absorbing the time wave. Little does he know, the staff absorbed some the time controlling ability. Moby almost jumped out but stayed put with Deo.

"I rather we not fight, but speak of alliance." I withdrawal my weapon.

"Alliance? With you? Why would I sink that low?" Krux gritted through his teeth.
I held my anger in, trying to ignore the pitiful remark he had given me. He clearly didn't remember my team was taking down dangerous gangs for Ninjago.

"It's just an offer, in case you plan of taking over Ninjago fails again."
He stared at me for a moment. I almost felt my throat tighten for nervousness but I kept my composer.

"How did you- Nevermind that! What makes you think I'm going to fail with my brother once we reunite and began our progress?!" He questions my statement.

"When have the ninjas ever failed? Even if they lose to an enemy, they earn help from friends and those who desire to help them." I remarked.

"If you are going to just attack me, I will take my leave then." I turned to walk away, hearing him mutter something. He was planning to attack me while my back was turned just as I expected. He threw another time wave towards me, but it was blocked by a blade in Moby's sleeves. Moby had a fighting stance with Deo behind Krux. They easily cornered him.

"That was a wise move, my friend." I pointed out his situation.

Before he could throw another attack, Deo curled up around Krux's body. Practically stopping Krux from moving while Moby pointed the blade at his throat.
"If I were you, I suggest the offer. And not speaking of our meeting nor about seeing these two. Unless you would like your identity revealed to a certain someone who you know....." I chuckled.

"..........fine...." Krux muttered.

"We shall leave you be now. Let's you two." I motioned Deo and Moby to release Krux and follow me to the window we entered through. Running up the and thought the window, I held the window up for my teammates. I looked back at Krux who was staring at us.

"Do consider my offer, Krux." I spoke loud enough so he can hear me. I shut the window and the three of us began heading our way back to our base. I was able to make a portal connecting the forgotten realm to Ninjago, thought they are difficult to make.

"Isn't that the ship, the ninjas live on?" Moby pointed out the ship sitting in the air. I nodded and saw a glint of light their eyes.

"I shall give them a warning about Krux, sir?" Moby spoke.

"I guess so, if you so desire to. Deo and I will wait here for you. You also don't need to call sor thought." I sighed.

"Alright!" Moby gleemed, doing multiple flips and jumps to the Bounty where the ninjas lived. I turned to Deo.

"You aren't going after Moby?" I questioned the serpentine.

"Mo can handle this, I know it." Deo sat on the ground. Looking at the stars in the sky.

Moby's POV:

Reaching the deck of the Bounty, I noticed a man wearing a black suit. I think Pythor told me that the ninja wearing black is called Cole. Using my skill to seem invisible, I sneaked onto the tip of the railing of the deck. The heard my footsteps as I landed onto the rail.

"Aren't you?!?" He backed up, using his arms to block my imaginary attacks.

"Moby only come to speak of advice." I stated. My speaking skills weren't exactly perfect.

"What advice?" Cole tensed up.

"There is a way to deceive others, by being their friend, then stabbing them when they least expect anything."

"W-what?"

"Be careful of who you trust, and what they once are." I smiled, taking my leave. Leaving the ninja who wears black in confusion. Returning to my master and brother, Deo got up from where he was sitting. I hugged him, I can't help be feel lonely if I'm away from my brother for more than a minute.

"You warned him, Moby?" Hidden asked, patting my back.

"Moby warned the ninja who wore black, he didn't seem to understand the words I spoke." I explained.

"It's alright, we should get going though. I don't want Pythor nor Overlord to think we left them." He reassured me, as we started to the portal to the "realm" we were staying in. The portal was hidden in a body of water, mostly in a waterfall surrounded by alot cherry blossom trees. I nodded in agreement, pulling Deo up. He was shrinked into his snake size, curling up with my arm, under sleeve.

*back to the ninjas*

Zane was cooking with some help from Jay and Misako while Nya and Kai were chatting in the dining room. With the occasion where he had to yell at Jay to be careful or clean up a mess. Cole was training, again. Wu was having tea, debating of he should meditate. Lloyd was laying on his bed read his dad's journal, occasionally glancing at the books his father gave him.
None of them could have expected the next attack. Nor could Krux nor Wu expect what could have happened.
