Chapter 10- Given my reputation

*Roughly 3 or 4 months later*

"Look at you walking around without a splint." Sideswipe called out as Clarissa walked out of her appointment. She walked with a smile and did a small twirl in front of him, on her good knee of course. "Has he said when you can start riding again?" He stood and grabbed hold of her hand. "At least another two months, but if I work hard with my physical therapy maybe sooner" She replied, practically skipping as they walk down the hallway of the hospital. He kissed the back of her hand and chuckled. "I can't wait to tell Tyler. He is going nuts training the newbies. This might give him something else to think about." She sighed. "You'll be back before you know it." Sideswipe sooths, squeezing her hand.

Sideswipe opened his passenger side door for her and helped her in. "Your car is so low." Clarissa whined. "Yeah but it's fast." He remarked. "That is true." She agreed. Sideswipe gave a grin before closing the door and getting in the driver seat. "You're so damn pretty, If I had a type then baby it would be you, I know your ready, If I never lied, than baby you'd be the truth, Here's the situation, Been to every nation, Nobody's ever made me feel the way that you do, You know my motivation, Given my reputation, Please excuse me I don't mean to be rude" blasted out the speakers as he started his alt. "Oh good song." She said excitedly and began to sing along. "Tonight I'm fucking you!" She sang to Sideswipe. He looked surprised at first, not understanding what she meant. After some look up in his databanks, he couldn't stop the sexy smirk to form on his lips.

"You sure that's allowed?" He alluded. A bright pink blush formed on her face, not realizing until now what just happened. "Well...Um..." She stuttered, causing him to start laughing. "I had to, I hope you know that." He joked. She flung her arm at him, slapping him in the chest. "Ha...Ha" She faked the laugh. "Maybe I meant it." She said seriously. Sideswipe stopped laughing like someone hit a button. She stared at him, a mischievous look in her eye. "We can find out how good my knee is when we get home." She leaned over and whispered into his ear. She could see the shiver that went down his spine and it made her lips curl. Then she lightly stuck her tongue out and licked up his neck, stopping at his ear lobe and giving it a small nibble. "I suggest you stop, if you want to make it home." He shuttered, trying hard to control himself.

The rest of the ride was full of sexual tension. Clarissa spent the whole way teasing him. They barely made it into the driveway, until he stopped his alt and began to attack his girlfriend's lips and neck. Both running their hands on each other, trying to get as close as possible. "Lets...go inside." Clarissa huffed, breaking the kiss. "Okay." Sideswipe gave her one more kiss and the two ran inside. Their clothes off before they even made it to the bed.

It is early morning when Sideswipe gets a call to head back to the junkyard. Clarissa lay cuddled next to him, his arms around her. He carefully climbed out of the bed, keeping as quiet as possible. "Where are you going?" Her voice barely a whisper, her eyes still closed. "I'm sorry, but I have to go to work." He whispers back, leaning down to give her a kiss. "Mmm okay, call me when your done." She mumbles, trying to stay awake. "I will, go back to sleep." He can't stop the small smile spreading on his lips. One last kiss and he his out the door.

He fizzles out of his holoform, revving his engine. He quickly makes his way out of her driveway and onto the road, heading towards the junkyard. "Sideswipe, head to these coordinates, Lieutenant wants us to do some training." Strongarm speaks through the comm link. "Argh how much training do we need!" He scoffs annoyingly. "Just go." She snaps back. He receives the coordinates and heads that way, not excited about more training when he could be with Clarissa. He speeds down the road, not caring about the speed limit.

Running through the wood, jumping over logs, summersaulting keeping a fast pace. Sideswipe continues to keep his head in the game. Just when he thought he was doing good. He is caught off guard and slammed into the ground. "Tag! Your it!" Strongarm comes out of know where, punching him. He gives a low groan, rubbing his helm. "A little more work on your free-running, and you'll be able to stay ahead of even the best-trained tracker." She taunts, attempting at it to be more of a joke than the way it sounded. "What I'm not yet skilled enough to outrun the great cadet Strongarm?" He got up in her face. "That's not what I..." "Tag! Let's see you catch me this time." He slams a hand into her chest and takes off running. "Sideswipe don't run angry." She calls after him as he runs off into the distance.

As he keeps running, he doesn't notice the decepticreeps up ahead. Before he knows it, he's knocked unconscious and on the ground. He groans in pain, not hearing the conversation going on over him. He just hears the voice of his partner yelling into her comm. "Strongarm to base, requesting immediate backup! I'm being pursued by Underbite. Aah!" He hears the clank of metal on metal. Just before he passes out.

It is around three in the afternoon when Clarissa realizes she hasn't heard from Sideswipe. Not that it was unusual to not hear from him all day. She usually got a text message or two sometime throughout the day, asking how she was or that he was thinking about her. She took her phone out of her pocket as she walked out of the barn. She just got finished taking Koda for a nice ride. Zero messages showed on the screen. Her face formed a small pout. "Maybe I should text him. No if he is busy, he wouldn't like to be interrupted." She mumbles to herself. She looks up to the sky, saying a silent wish, hoping he is okay.

That's then she notices the dark color in the sky. When just a few moments ago, the sky was sunny and bright. "I wonder?" She rubs her chin with two fingers, thinking of the sudden weather change. She runs into the house and turns on the weather channel. Hoping it is just a storm just creeped up from behind. "Storm masses are holding in a circle like pattern around Crown City's statue. Meteorologist do not have an answer for the sudden phenomenon. None of our newscasters out in the field are able to get close enough to see what is going on." She listens to the tv. They show a faraway picture of the area.

Storm clouds rage around the area. Looming over the statue. Clarissa scoots closer to the tv, staring intently at the screen. The reporter must not notice the massive, well on screen they look very tiny, robots moving around the base of the statue. She ends up kneeling, squinting her eyes from the brightness, but looking for someone. The angle of the camera doesn't give her a good view. "I need to get down there." She gets up then stops short. "Wait what can I do? Sam doesn't even know I know about him." She stares down at the floor, thinking everything over. It is true there is nothing she can do. She doesn't even know what they are up against. It must be a great evil, to be causing such a storm.

Clarissa moves back to the couch and plops down. Leaning back into the cushions, a frown on her face. "I hope Sam is okay." She whispers to herself. The scene on the tv changes and its back at the news station. She can't help but pull out her phone. Still no messages from him. She opens up a blank message and stares at the blank text for a moment. Her fingers slowly tap the letters. 'I hope your okay in this storm.' Her thumb hovers over the send button. She doesn't want to interrupt him, but she wants him to know she is thinking about him. So, she sends the message.

Sideswipe wakes from the sound of a message pinging into his processor. He looks around, not sure where he is. He notices the Decepticons attempting to build something. Groaning he looks to his right. "Hey, Windblade, what are you doing here?" Still a little sluggish, she answers. "Ugh, same as you, Slick." She looks over his head. "Strongarm, you okay?" "Other than the constant ringing in my audio sensors? Yeah, I'm fine." Strongarm answers looking sullen. "Any idea what those Decepti-bums are up too?" Windblade asks. "No clue, but I'm betting its not for a charity event." Sideswipe answers. Electricity begins to crackle from a makeshift generator arch thing down in front of them. The waves of electricity wind around the machine to the other side. The three lose their focus as the power shoots through then, shocking them from the inside out. Using them for energy.

With the electricity running through him, he can't make out what the cons are saying below. All he can do right now is pray to primus that the other Autobots get to them soon. The arch takes more from him and the other two, powering up even faster. Opening what seems to be a swirling vortex, a purple swirling vortex. Massive surges of power running though the Autobots metal frames. Doing whatever they could to not pass out from power overload.

Unknowing below them, the grave threat they were all trying to stop has begun walking through the bridge that has opened under the arch. Steeljaw stands awaiting the unknown Decepticon leader. He is so focused he doesn't see who came flying from over the river to join the battle. Landing with a loud thud, optics focused on the swirling blues and greens. "By the power of the primes, I will end this threat before it begins." He growls, unsheathing his mighty saber. He screams a battle cry racing towards the bridge. Steeljaw jumps out of the way, just as Optimus Prime makes connection with the vortex, causing a enormous explosion.

Circuits sizzle around them, fire rages on what's left of the trees and bushes surrounding the small riverfront. Unfortunately, Optimus was just a few seconds to late. "It cannot be." For Megatronus steps into the light, grinning maliciously as he retracts his face shield. "But it is. At long last, Megatronus stands triumphant!" He bellows to the heavens.
