Chapter 1 - The First Race
Sideswipe was out on his usual patrol. Going above the speed limit, racing past everything. Not really paying attention to what's around him. That is until a beautiful black and blue motorcycle raced past him. He can clearly tell it is a female driving, seeing her long blonde hair blowing dangerously behind her, under her helmet. He speeds up to catch up with her. He can't help but take in the sight of her. Though he can't see her face, he can see her body. He can see how the leather jacket she wears hugs the curves on her torso and show the prominent size of her chest. She wears black leather pants that clung to her. Her leather knee high boots pulling off the look. She turns her head to him a few times. Clearly trying to see inside the vehicle. It is a good thing he has tinted windows. She would probably get into an accident seeing a car driving itself. So, attempting to get her to stop looking in, he speeds off, looking in his rearview to see if she was chasing after him. She is, she had lowered herself to help pick up speed.
She clutches fast to catch up to him. Smirking under her helmet, she knows he can't see. She has never seen such a fine-looking sports car on her road before. So, at first it surprised her, but she then thought about racing him. Trying to see if it was a younger man inside, but with the windows so tinted she is unable to see. She whizzes past him. She heard him brake hard, surprised to see her speeding past him. She laughs under her helmet and keeps going, soon leaving him in the dust. He knows he has to beat her now. It is clearly a competition, one he knew he had to win, mainly for his pride and dignity. They drive for a few more miles, her leaving him in the dust a few times. The last time, she is gone before the dust was able to clear. He races ahead hoping to catch her, but she is gone.
He can't believe that he had been beaten by that woman. He wishes he could have gotten her name. She clearly knew how to race. It made his spark flutter a bit. It confuses him, he has never felt this way before. He try's to ignore it as he makes is way back to the scrapyard. He decides he will keep this to himself. Secretly hoping he would get to see her again. Meanwhile, the woman had raced back to her house, hiding her bike quickly in the garage. She pokes her head out of the garage, making sure she isn't followed. Then she watches in awe as the bright vibrant red sports car drives past. She chuckles to herself as he speeds off in the distance. Knowing it is clear, she walks out of the garage, her helmet in her hand and running her other hand threw her now tangled mess of blonde hair. Her heart continues to race as she thinks about the car. She believes he let her win. Though she knows she is fast, so she is also unsure. But she hopes she will get to see him again. It is more of an adrenaline rush than what she her actual job is.
The next few days there would be no sign of him. She figured he was just busy. Must be some rich business man out for a cruse when she raced up next to him. She knew it was to good to be true. So, she drives to home today, like it is any other day. Sideswipe is in the same predicament. He has been unable to leave the scrapyard and he is becoming so restless. He is hoping to see the girl again, but with missions and other problems, there had no way from him to able to leave at the same time as he did when he first saw her. He had started to slip off his duty's, started messing up on missions. His mind just isn't in it. He can't stop thinking about her. He wishes he could of saw her face. All he saw in his dreams was her wearing the helmet with her blonde hair tangling behind her. He wants to race against her again. She is all he could think about.
Bumblebee speaking brought Sideswipe out of is dreamlike state.
"Alright team, we got a reckless racer taking over the motorcycle race track in the middle of Crown City. Grimlock you're going to have to stay here. Denny, Russel we are going to need your assistance. Bots activate your holoforms so we can stay in disguise. Let's Rev up and Roll out!" Bumblebee orders and they all transform and drive out of the scrapyard heading for Crown city.
Meanwhile at the race track, Clarissa hasn't even been able to get on the track yet, when some other racer begins to cause havoc on the track. He is pushing other drivers off the track. He has the weirdest looking crotch rocket she had ever seen. His wheels never touched the ground. It is like he is floating. He moves to fast to get a good look at him. Clarissa is getting more and more pissed as the guy went on. Then she notices a symbol on the front of the bike as he makes another lap. Now she knows she has to stop him. It is times like these she wishes the Autobots had stayed. She gets out onto the track and races after him. There is no one else on the track now and almost everyone is out of the building besides her and her trainer. Her goal is to at least get him knocked out until she could get someone to take him away.
Team Bee got to the track fast, they roll in and find the con right way, but not without noticing a fight going between the con and a racer. Sideswipe recognizes the helmet and the long blonde hair, but the bike is different, so it made him unsure. Though, he hopes it is who he thinks it was. Strongarm intervenes, telling the girl to get off the track. The girl doesn't let up at first and the team doesn't want to start a battle and her being in the middle of it. Strongarm tries again and they watch as the girl let up and races back to her pit. She eyes them down as they drove past. She takes her helmet off, shaking her hair trying to tame it. Sideswipe slows as he looks at her beauty. Her golden eyes trace his vehicle. Her perfectly plump red lips form an o as she realizes it is the sports car from earlier that week. Then a smile forms, a bright white teeth shining. She is breathtaking. He wants to stop and talk to her, but he has a mission and she needs to get out of here. So, she gives him a small wave, one he returns, even though she couldn't see it. But then before she turned to leave, she notices something she didn't notice the first time she saw the car. It is the Autobot symbol on the rear license plate as he drove off. She smiles to herself, knowing that they were now in good hands or servos. Making her walk out of the building feeling a little bit better.
Her trainer and herself walk quickly out of the building. Not before locking the special bike up and grabbing her other helmet so she could get home. Though part of her wanted to stay and watch. Then again, she knew she really shouldn't, that life is behind her now. She needed to stay away from it. But now that she knows that sports car is one of them. She can see the trouble in her future. She is going to need to stay away from him. She can't get involved. Not now, not ever. Before they get to their respected vehicles, her trainer stops her before she could hop on her black and blue crotch rocket.
"Are you alright?" He asks in a hushed tone.
"Yeah of course. Why wouldn't I be?" she mumbles not looking him in the eye.
"Clarissa, I saw the symbol too. I know why you went out there. Which was stupid by the way." He grabs her arm, making her look at him.
"Tyler, I'm fine. Its been four years I'm over it. I'm just glad they are back. We need them." she tries to convince him. He raises his eyebrow at her.
"You're not allowed to talk to them, you know that right."
she gives him the looked of 'I don't know what you're talking about'. This time he adds to the raised eyebrow and crosses his arms, staring her down.
"I know I'm not allowed to. Doesn't mean I don't want to." She crosses her arms and looks away. He scoffs at her and she hears the door to his car open.
"Please, I don't want you to get hurt." she looks at him. Gives him a nod and puts her helmet on. Then both of them left.
Inside the race track, the Autobots are still fighting the con. Sideswipe is having a hard time keeping his focus. Especially now that he knows what the girl looks like. Though seeing her at a race track, made him wonder.
"Sideswipe!"
He hears his name get yelled. He looks over to see Bumblebee struggling to hold off the con. He knows he has to do something. It isn't going to be easy, but he knows what he needs to do.
"I'm coming Bee!" He yells. He gives a battle cry, running and attacking the con. He takes his sword out from behind his back and begins to battle with the small con. The con is about a foot or two shorter than himself. It moves on wheels, gliding easily out of Sideswipes attacks. It only makes the young Autobot angry and use more aggressive attacks. Jab after Jab, Stab after stab, metal on metal clashing. The con is putting up a good fight.
"What do you want two-wheeler?" Sideswipe asks after attempting to plunge his sword into the con.
"What's it to you, Autoscum?" The two clashs together, pushing against each other. They continue a little longer, then Strongarm took aim.
"Sideswipe! Duck!" Hearing her words, he quickly ducks and rolls out of the way. Her blaster hit the con in the chest, knocking him back and knocking him out cold.
"What's do you think he wants here?" Strongarm asks as she is helping Bee up.
"I don't know, Strongarm. Lets just get him back to the scrapyard and into a stasis pod." The others nod and Strongarm grabs the con.
Before pulling out of the arena, they stop to pick up Denny and Russel who were helping keep people at bay. The drive back seemed to pass quickly for Sideswipe. His mind wondered back to the chick with the bike. Her long blonde hair reached just above her ass. Her bright golden eyes staring deep at his alt form. Her eyes seemed to glow as she smiled. Her smile was bright with dimples, making her look innocent. She was beautiful. His spark seemed to skip a beat thinking about her. Pulling off the bridge and down the road, heading to the scrapyard. A blue and black form zoomed past, to fast for him to even recognize that it was her.
