In Morning:

The inter college competition starts, every student's were gathered in the ground which was divided into different sections, where different competitions were on... There are important judges who was judging them basis on their performances... Today only Ashi and Randeep is going to perform in their drama... Other competitions are going to held in different days... Mahira and others wish Ashi and Randeep for their performance...

Ashi(Being Tensed): Deep... I am really scared now... What if we get eliminated...

Ran: don't be nervous Ashi... We will win for sure...

Ashi: but...

Mahira: Ashi... I know you two will do good... Don't worry...

Ashi: whatever you all say I am getting scared now...

Samar and Sid came there and saw Ashi being now tensed... Samar asked...

Samar: what happened???...

Mahira: she is tensed for their performance...

Sid: Ashi can I say something???...

Ashi looked at him... Even though they all literally hate him as he is a nerd, but now she needed someone to calm her down and she was not in a state to back answer him... She just nodded in yes...

Sid: ok do as I say ok... First close ur eyes...

Ashi closed her eyes while the others were looking at him...

Sid: now take a long and deep breath...

She did as he said... He said...

Sid: now repeat it for 2 or 3 minutes and open ur eyes slowly... You will feel fresh...

She did like the same and opened her eyes... For her surprise she did felt fresh... She was not nervous anymore...

Sid: ok now listen to me... You two are going to do awesome in the drama ok...don't stress urself... Give your best and rest is in the hands of God and Judges ok... Now go and all the best its your turn... He wished her...

Ashi really felt surprised... How did he managed to calm her down so easily... Is it a advantage of being a nerd???... May be... But she and Randeep went to the stage for their drama... Randeep was now nervous as the screen for the stage was about to lifted up... He didn't know why he automatically did the same thing which Sid made Ashi to do and he also felt relieved...

The screen goes up and they started their performance... They play a small scene between Mark Antony and Cleopatra, the Queen of Egypt, from Shakespeare's drama Julius Caesar...
(A/N: many writers write Romeo and Juliet but I am bored with it... That's why I wrote Julius Caesar)... Samar and others saw them performing very good...

Samar: Sid... You did a great job... See they are performing so good now...

Sid smiled but Riyaz taunted him...

Riyaz: actually Samar bhai...they are performing good means their script is so good and they practiced hard... Your so called friend didn't to anything...

Samar: Mahira it's better you make your boyfriend to shut up... I am not ready to talk to him... And yeah I am Mahira's Bhai not your's ok so don't make any relationship with me...

Mahira: Riyaz... Calm down Baby... The competition is important for now...

She silenced him but somewhere she was thankful to Sid for making Ashi to relax... Ashi and Randeep completed their performance and came down... Other college's performance was going on... The result will be announce at last... They were talking to each other when a other college gang of students came to them... Mahira found the leader of that gang to be one her biggest rival in her school... She really hated that girl and the boy who was her boyfriend...

Sasha (Random Name): oh... is it Mahira standing here... I didn't expected you here...

Mahira: what do u want now Sasha???...

Sasha: this place is for those talented people... What are u doing here... You are only good in giving parties na...

Samar was really angry that girl for talking like that about his sister...

Samar: excuse me miss... It will be good if u stop it right here... I don't like the way you are talking to my sister...

He said coldly... Mahira looked at him in a shocked and amused tone... Her brother was taking her side for the first time... It gave her confidence...

Mahira: actually Sasha you said wrong...I am not good in only give parties... You should quote it as "also in giving parties"... And about the talented people you said... Let's decide that when we hold that trophy in our hand on the last day...

She said pointing towards the overall trophy of the competitions...

Sasha: oh so much confident... Let's see...It's a challenge now.....

Mahira: I accept the challenge...

The other group left and Mahira turned to others...

Mahira: I don't know what you all will do... I want to win the trophy... I don't want to lose to that stupid...

She said angrily while others nodded ok... At the end of the day Ashi and Randeep won the competition and everyone was so happy especially Mahira as this will be the first step to win the trophy... Everyone went to sleep with a happy heart...

The next day came and it was Riyaz and Anushka's competition day... Anushka was in singing competition and Riyaz played guitar along with her... Mahira and others wished them luck and they went to the stage...

They started in a good manner... Anushka stated to sing so soulfully...

Riyaz was also playing the guitar good... But soon it started to go wrong... The music cords of the guitar broke shocking both Anushka and Riyaz... Mahira and others got shocked as he stopped playing whole, Sasha smirked looking at the shocked gang... Anushka gasped at the situation and sang without stopping and finished the performance...

The judges appreciated Anushka for not giving up but they cut off the marks fully for Riyaz and gave only marks to Anushka's singing... So it was only 10 out of 20 as Riyaz's mark was cut... The gang got relieved as they didn't got eliminated but the mark was low and it will affect their total...

In Evening:

Samar was searching for Sid... He found him in corridor roaming here and there... He went towards him and ask...

Samar: Sid you here... Are you going somewhere???...

Sid: no where will I go... I am here only just roaming around in the college...

Samar: come on let's go to the canteen and have some snacks...

They went to the canteen...

Samar asked...

Samar: What you will eat Buddy???...

Sid: umm... I don't know...

Samar: don't worry I ordered it for you...

Sid smile and Samar ordered their food...

They were eating their snacks when Sid ask...

Sid: Sam I think you should continue your love story... After that incident what happened???... How you propose Mallika???...

Samar: well I didn't have that courage to propose her but she figured it out that I want to say something to her but couldn't able to say it... So she asked me what happened...

Flashback:

Samar: nothing happened to me Miku trust me...

Mallika: oh really trust you... Sam you are saying something and your eyes are saying something else... Tell me what happened???... Are you upset with me because I beat those guys???...

Samar: no way Miku, in fact I am so proud of you... Those bastard deserve this...

Mallika: then what happened tell me...

He gathered courage and said...

Samar: Mi... Miku I want to say that, please don't get angry on me after listening to it... Actually I... I...

Mallika: love you...

Samar's eyes were widened... He gulped in fear and said...

Samar: love you means no... means yes means... How do you know???...

Mallika: by seeing your face... (She chunkled)... Sam it's so obvious, you were a bad boy who used to bullied students, insult them in front of everyone and most importantly who have lots of ego for his parent's money... But now you change yourself completely when I became your friend... You have a lots of friends but you didn't change yourself for them... But you change yourself for me... You came with me in the orphanage, spend time with those kids, you come with me in dhabba, whereas you did not even eat anywhere else except five star restaurants... And last but not the least when I was about to become a victim of that accident, I felt the fear of losing me in you... The way you hugged me in fear, I feel your love...

Samar: so???...

Mallika: so???... So what???...

Samar: what is your answer???...

Mallika: answer!!!... You didn't confess your feelings... I figured it out and without confessing your feelings you are asking me my answer...

Samar: oh so you are indirectly asking me for a proper proposal...

Mallika: you can think so...

Samar: well you will get a proper proposal which you deserve... But not here in a proper date... So Mallika Singh will you like to go for a date with me???...

Mallika: I would love to...

Samar: ok than I will send you the address come sharp at 8PM... Sorry I can't pick you up because of the preparations...

Mallika: ok I will be there in time and I also want to tell you something before starting this relationship...

Samar: ok see you there bye...

Mallika: bye...

End Of Flashback

Samar was lost in his thoughts when Sid said...

Sid: what happened after that???...

Samar: after that the main tragedy happened because of which Mallika is not with me...

Sid: so tell me about it...

Samar: not now I will tell you tomorrow...

Sid makes a grumpy face but he smile and nodded... They pay for their food and went from there... One the other hand Riyaz was really upset that he failed... He always took care of his guitar and more concious in his performance but he failed today... So Mahira planned to take him to a pub to clear out his mind... She went near him and said...

Mahira: Baby, I know you are upset but whatever happened we can't change it...

Riyaz: I failed, I failed in front of everyone... Now those students who used to scared from me they will make fun of me...

Mahira: no one make fun of your's Rii... No one has that much courage... Come let's go out somewhere to freshen up our mood...

Riyaz: where???...

Mahira: Night club...

Riyaz smile and nodded... They both sneak out without noticed by others and went to pub... They enjoyed and riyaz was ok now... They were returning back when it became so late... It was half past 1 now... They were walking back to the college hostel... They way was so creepy and it seemed danger...

Suddenly 4 men who were looking like goons came there... They were fully drunk... They saw Mahira and Riyaz and came to them... As Mahira was wearing a bit too revealing dress their brain worked evily... One of the man tried to touch her when Riyaz stopped him and said...

Riyaz: stop your dirty hand you moron... Do you know who we are... You guys will be in jail... Just move from our way...

But the other guy slapped riyaz and threatened him to go or else they will kill him... Mahira and Riyaz got scared... The most scared was Riyaz and he was ready to run when a goon took out a knife... In a swift of a second Riyaz was running away leaving Mahira alone...

Mahira(Crying): Rii where are you going... Save me from them...

Riyaz: don't worry Mahira I will come back with police...

Mahira was shocked and tried go behind Riyaz but those goons blocked her way... She got scared... She pushed two goons and stared to run the other way... They started to chase her and she was cornered... They approached her with a evil grin and the goon was about to touch her when a hand came and stopped it... Mahira looked at the hand and the person with a utter shock... Only one word came from her mouth...

Mahira: Siddharth...

First of all Thank You, Thank You so much nandhu26 for writing this chapter... Actually I was suffering from fever, cough and cold that's why I didn't able to write the chapter... She wrote it and I added few things like Samar and Mallika's scenes and few dialogues...
