I woke up to see I was in my bed.

What! How did I get to my bed? I don't remember coming to my bed, I thought.

I decided to change into a black crop top shirt with ripped sleeves and white skirt with black diagonal stripes. I left my hair loose, so it would flow in the wind. I also grabbed my satchel where I carry my journal and other less important things.

I went downstairs to make breakfast. I made eggs, sausage, and golden pancakes. Hungrily, I gobbled it all up.

A few minutes later I grabbed my journal and started to write.

What I wrote:

Alone:

Are we all alone? We do get lonely, but that's normal. Since we're humans everything's normal for us.

So loneliness is only part of us, and we can overcome it. ~Melody Jewel Dragneel

Humans:

As humans we are stubborn.It's apart of our nature. We also refuse things.

Some refuse life, help, care, friendship, to be wrong, and to die.

Is it normal to refuse? I say yes, but normal is a completely different thing. ~Melody Jewel Dragneel

It took me a long time to write these, so it was now about early in the noon.

I decide to go to the guild the rest of the day. Maybe gets some info about what happen to the guild or some info about the newbies.

As I'm walking in Magnolia, I notice I can hear some shouts coming from the direction of Fairy Tail. It seems normal, because no one's complaining about it.

I enter the guild to see furniture either being broken or being thrown. I walk calmly to the bar. Everyone knew how I was, so they tried their best trying not to hit me. They knew do know the consequence is if they do hit me.

At the bar I ordered a steak and a chocolate milkshake. Before Mira gave me another excuse about it 'being on the house', I put the jewels right in front of Mira. We had a fight about it, but I won so I gave her the jewels.

I walked through the war zone with peace by my side. I made it through the war zone with nothing hitting me. Normally, I walked to the table where all the other girls are sitting, but at the last moment I changed course to a empty table facing away from them.

*sigh* I still can't do it, I thought. I still can't talk to people I don't know. *sigh* Maybe I'll never change.

I heard them whisper:

"Hey Erza, who's that?"

"Who? Melody?" She replied.

"Yea."

"She's well, she's a powerful dragon slayer. She was one of the first dragon slayer's Fairy Tail had. Also, she had trained under the same dragon Natsu had. Therefore, she is family to Natsu." Erza explained.

"So she's Natsu's sister?"

"In a way, yes." Erza answered back.

"But she's stronger than Natsu?"

"Yes, because she trained with another dragon. Which means she has 2 elements she controls. Natsu only has one original element to control." Erza answered confidently.

"So if she's Natsu's sister, why is she not like him?"

"Well she is Natsu's sister, but she is really shy." Erza said.

Then I heard footsteps coming my way. While they were talking, I had finished my steak. The girl with the blonde hair from earlier was now sitting in front of me. I was looking down at my shake, when she finally arrived at my table.

"Hey there! My name is Lucy Heartfillia what's yours?" She said very nicely.

"My name is Melody Jewel Dragneel." I said shy fully.

"That's a pretty name! Where did you get your middle name?" She continued with her nice tone.

I looked up and said almost in a whisper,"Jewel was my old last name. But now my last name is Dragneel and Jewel is my middle name."

"Oh I see," she said with considerate voice," Want to come sit with us at our table?"

"Uh. . .sure."

I finished my milkshake with one final swig. I stood up and walked to the bar and placed the plate and cup on the wooden counter. I then walked over to Erza and Lucy's table. Once I got there, I was treated with warm smiles and hellos.

"Hi. My name is Levy McGarden!"

"Hello. My name is Juvia Lockster."

"Hi! My Wendy Marvell!"

"I'm Evergreen." (Sorry couldn't find her last name)

"And I'm Lisanna Strauss."

"Hello. My name is Melody Dragneel." I said.

I looked at all of them, then said bluntly,"Yea, you all have been shipped."

"WHAT!" They all said with confusion.

Mira suddenly appeared and started fan girling. She then said,"You see it too, huh?"

"Yup, except for one of them."

"And which is that?" She asked.

"Her." I pointed at the young white haired mage.

"Oh you mean my sister?"

"Correct."

Then I noticed with the corner of my right eye, that Lucy was staring at my satchel. I then opened it up, grabbed my journal, and was motioning that she could look at my journal.

After I was done getting I know the girls, I noticed it was night already. While I was outside the guild waiting for Natsu and Happy, Lucy asked me if I wanted to go to her house. I said yes, but I'll have to wait for Natsu and Happy. She said don't worry, he'll be there. I was confused what she meant by that, but I just shrugged it off.

---- Time Lapse -- At Lucy's house ----

When we walked through the door, we saw Natsu there and looking everywhere at everything. So that's what she meant.

"NATSU! Stop looking through my stuff! Lucy yelled.

"What I was just looking. Right Happy?" He said defensively while looking at the blue exceed.

"Aye sir!" Happy said happily.

"Ok whatever. It's Melody who I really wanted to talk to." Lucy said turning towards me.

"Ok what do you want to talk about?" i asked normally. I feel better talking to people when Natsu's around.

"Its about this." she then brought out my journal that I let her see.

"Ok, go ahead."

"First of all, the journal is beautiful. Wonderful craftsmanship. Second of all, what's written in this beautiful journal is truley a work of art itself."

I swear I can tell that there's tint of pink on my cheeks.

"Well that's my sister for ya." Natsu said happily.

Happy followed it with a,"Aye sir!"

"Well the works you wrote in this book are extremely good. They're like poems, but not exactly." Lucy said.

"Thank you, and yea they're like poems but not exactly." I said.

"Yea. What are we talking about?" Natsu asked with hesitation.

"You are so dense!" Lucy and I yelled.

The rest of the night we talked about writing. I shared some of my secrets with her, and she shared some of her secrets with me as well. Natsu was just staring at us talking.

At the end of the night I wrote something else in my journal.

If you need a friend just go to someone and talk to them.
You might be happy on what you find.

Because in the end you'll get a person who you care for dearly in your heart and you won't be alone no more~ Melody Jewel Dragneel
