I was finishing my last poem about home. Oh man how much I missed my home.

I heading toward Magnolia and I forgot I have to set the bells because well let's say Gildarts isn't the only one who uses this way.

So positioned my right arm right next to the cathedral's bell tower. I already see someone up there so now all I have to do is get their attention.

"Fire dragon brilliant flame!" I said. And my fire ball went exactly where I directed it to go. And it surly got the attention of the person up there.

He looked down and saw who threw that. He looked angry, but then softened when he saw it was me. He started ringing the bells and soon enough Magnolia was moving to one straight path to my home, Fairy tail.

I have to do one more thing to say 'it's me coming home' because they usually would think if it's Gidarts or me.

"Fire dragon ROAR~!" I yelled and shoot the fires high above me.

That should let them know it's me, I thought.

Natsu's P.O.V

I hear the bells of the cathedral go off.

I rushed to the guild doors and opened them extremely fast. But I was not the only one standing there. The whole guild was behind me, but Erza and Gray were right beside me. That's when we saw the flames.

The three of us already knew who it was, but the other guild mates took a little longer than us to guess who it was. It's probably because they were expecting her to come back in a few more years. But no she has finally returned to us.

I rushed on the path to meet her half way, with Erza and Gray not so far behind. I think Lucy, Wendy, Happy, and Carla were following us because I can smell their sent right behind me.

I was only running for a minute and I see a figure. I instantly stop.

She was facing the other direction. So she didn't see us, but she probably heard us.
We were jogging now and calling out her name many times. Trying to get her attention.

That's when she started turning around.

Melody's P.O.V

The wind caught through my long brown hair. My sapphire blue eyes grazed the sun's appearance. I turned around because I heard my name being called many times. My eyes swelled up with tears of joy as I see my old Fairy Tail friends. They had smiles and arms open for a embrace.

I stand there shocked to see how much my friends have grown. Have I really been gone for that long?

I mean look at Natsu. He's a lot taller, well he's always been taller than me. I mean he must have also gone on a lot of request because I can feel he's magic energy from here. And he has abs too now! Wow, I never thought I would see that before. And his salmon pink hair is still. . . .well vivid. And he still wears that scarf Igneel gave him, good.

Gray on the other hand, hasn't changed a bit. He got a lot taller though. I wonder if he still takes of his clothes in public? That's a bad habit. But on the other hand, he hasn't changed at all. But I can tell he has gotten stronger.

Scarlet. . . .my old nemesis. Hmph, she hasn't changed except now she finally chose a hair style. Her height changed too, but I could really careless. You see were like frienemies. She had also gotten more powerful too. But still not enough to beat me though.

And there's two newbies as long with a new exceed too. Oh and how can I forget Happy, Natsu's trusty exceed. He's still adorable.

But back to what I was thinking. There's two new people here. And it looks like there in Natsu's team. 

They run toward me. Natsu gets here first and squeezes the ever living life out of me. Then Scarlet, Gray, the blondly, and finally the bluenette a long with the two exceeds. I swear if this keeps up I won't be to breathe-- Oh too late. 

They quickly notice and let go and say about a million sorrys. But they all look happy at least. 

I was smiling back at them, but also taking in heavy breathes. My back was faced with the guild when I heard cheers of happiness. Oh no~. I thought.

I turn around to see all of Fairy Tail members running toward me. A tiny "eek" escaped my mouth. I was about to make a run for it, but Natsu and the others were in my way.

"Oh come on!" I yelled with annoyance.

Then I thought of a quick solution. I put a smirk on my face. 

I summoned my magic of fire and water. If you didn't know already I'm a dragon slayer.

I said,"Hey let's make a beat! With the power of water and fire combined it makes steam!" I pointed a finger toward the group," I hope your vocal cords are ready because they're about to feel the burn!"

Then all the steam I created landed on the huge group of Fairy Tail members. They all stopped and begged to stop. I stopped for their sake, not mine.

I said to them," Hey guys I'm back!" I waved to them with a bright smile.

They all cheered as we marched into the guild with my friends by my side. Inside they threw a unexpected party. 

---- Time Lapse -- In the guild ----

I look around to see everyone's having a good time. Even Scarlet was having a good tine . but her name was Erza Scarlet. Oh the two mistfists are walking my way. 

"Hey Melody." Gray said casually. Natsu was there smiling like a fool. 

"*sigh* What do you guys want?" I said annoyed.

Natsu answered," We want to fight you!" He pointed to me with that stupid smile on his face still.

I said," Are you sure? Both of you? You sure it's enough?"

"No one else wanted to help." Gray answered.

"Well because they know better." Mira said with a casual tone and a smile on her face. 

"Well I guess we don't. Also we've gotten a lot stronger since you left." Natsu said happily.

Great now I'm intrigued, I thought. Now I want to see this.

"Ok then," I said while putting my hands up signaling defeat," Let's do this! But it's not my fault for any*cough* serious injuries."

"I don't care! I just want to fight you!" Natsu says like a fool.

"Yea let's do this!" Gray said backing him up.

Wow I never thought those two would actually agree on something. Surprising what time could do.

They both have their stances ready to attack me. "You guys can make the first moves. Trust me you will need it." I said

They did not agree with my jester, but they did accept it.

"Ready?" I asked them.

"Ready." They both said together sternly.

Gray went first," Ice lance!" 

His attack was quick, but I quickly dodged it. I also didn't notice it was coming towards me by the sides. So I thought of the only thing I could do in a situation like this. . . melting the ice. 

"FIRE DRAGON ROAR!~" I yelled. All the ice melted instantly. 

It was then Natsu's turn. "FIRE DRAGON BRILLIANT FLAME!~" 

I saw how the huge fire ball was heading my way. . . . and boy did it look delicious! When it came to the point where I could eat it. I swallowed it all and boy it was delicious! 

They both looked at me with shocked faces. "What?" I shrugged. "Please tell me that wasn't all you had?" I said. 

They had blank faces on their faces. I took that as a yes. "Well now that your turn has diminished. . . ,"I said with a wicked smile," It's my turn. Hopefully your vocal cords are tuned up because I wouldn't want inharmonious screams in my recording."

I heard them whisper to one another:

"Dude." Natsu said in a scared voice.

"Y-yea Natsu." Gray said trembling in fear. 

"W-were sc-screwed aren't w-we?" 

"Ba-basically." 

It was a funny sight. They were both shaking like little kids and they were hugging each other like that was the ultimate protection from me. Well news flash guys, it's not.

"With the power of water," I said, then a water orb suddenly appeared on my left hand," and with the power of fire," I continued while a fire orb was created in my right hand, I now notice that everyone was watching, especially the newbies," combined they make steam!" I pointed to Natsu and Gray adn the steam instantly feel on them.

"Don't worry guys this won't hurt. . . . .too much."

I then lifted my fingers like I was constructing a orchestra. How it worked was every time my fingers moved the person I was controlling was following the same pattern. 

Natsu and Grays movements:

Up : smashed to the roof

down : smashed into the ground

side ways in mid air : swinging side to side

Up : to the roof

"Now repeat after me . . . . . Aww~ ah aww~"

"Ahh~~~~"

"Make it stop!"

"I didn't even . . .ugh." I said angrily.

down (8x) : smashed to the ground eight times

"And for the finale . . ."

completely to the right sideways: smashed into the walls in the right 

The last one was so hard that the guild wall had holes through them. "And there out of here!" I said peacefully," Great recording guys! Lets do it again some time."

Then out of nowhere someone said,"That's why she's Fairy Tail's strongest!" And then everyone returned back to their regular schedule.

It's good to be back home.

Hey guys 0_Blue_Moon_0 here!

Just wanted to say welcomed to a new story I'm writing! I know that there might be a lot of questions so far, but let me just say in chapter 2 it will explain. So if you have any questions at all just leave a comment down below and if there's any questions needed to be answered in chapter 2. And let me say guys at the top of the story there's a song. That song will be the opening song for this story like in Fairy Tail has opening songs. And at the bottom there's another song, that will be the closing song. I must say that the songs do NOT belong to me and I did not make them. Some other talented soul made them. Anyway now that's all explained I really hope you guys will like this story. I will try my best to update both of my stories. But in the end guys really truly hope that you will like this story.
