"so what are we gonna design the booth?" i asked. they did actually decide to participate in the fair again. some didn't really like the idea of it but with a bit of enthusiasm they all decided to participate. they said that it would be nice if i get to experience the fair and all.

"hmm, we're not really sure." nayoung shrugged.

"can i suggest?" i confidently raised my arm. mark nodded and waited for me to explain my own idea. "why don't we go for the secret theme?" i said.

"how would we do that?" renjun furrowed his brows.

"i can make a hologram, it could trick people that there isn't anything there but there is." i grinned. "hey that'd be cool!" chenle said.

"would you be able to do that on time?" mark asked me. i nodded, "it's not that hard to create a hologram. then we could make a black booth and it's up to you guys on what you guys want to add up."

"but a hologram in daylight?" jeno raised a brow.

"it's possible." i said.

"haven't seen anything like that before."

"then let me be the first one to show you guys." i told him.

"okay, we'll see if we can do that for now since we still have a few days.. let's all brainstorm for more ideas okay?" mark told us. "now, director kim told me that there maybe be things that we could blog about during the week of the fair. i would like everyone to be paying attention on what is happening. don't let anything distract you from your part." mark strictly said.

"we all need to be alert on whatever happens because good or bad it'll be going on the secret society." mark stated.

"weijung, i'll be grouping you with donghyuck and renjun. you three are assigned to roam around and watch out if anything happens. you may roam around as a group or either alone."

"i'll be with jaemin and jeno. nayoung and heeyeon will be together while chenle and jisung are paired together. any objections?" mark questioned and no one seemed to be having complaints with their partners but chenle does seem quite sad about it.

"now go ahead and head to your own department. jeno and donghyuck,
finish on that blog." mark said.

i stood up to go to my own area. "weijung, i need the information from that issue last week." donghyuck told me. "didn't i hand the information to jisung?" i mumbled and looked at jisung. jisung shrugged, "i gave it to jeno hyung."

jeno widened his eyes, "jisung only gave me one copy though."

i furrowed my brows, "i'll just print you another one then."

i went back to my area with donghyuck following me behind. i printed him another one and handed it over to him. "if you have any questions about it just ask me." i said as he nodded and thanked me. "hey, you wanted to go out yesterday right?"

i gave him a small nod as i take a seat on my chair, getting ready. "yeah, why?" i asked as i opened my set up. "hmm, mark hyung instructed me to go and ask the office for you and they allowed you to go out tomorrow." donghyuck said. i looked up to him, "really?"

donghyuck nodded, "do you want me
to go with you? well, so that you won't get lost."

"sure! that's nice of you, donghyuck." i said.

"geez, with you calling me donghyuck and not haechan– it's weird." donghyuck mumbled. i chuckled, "get used to it then."

donghyuck nodded and went out the room. i was busy programming the hologram when my phone buzzed.

— our little deal okay? have you found out who it stole it from me?

WEIJUNG.
— where did you even lost it? or.. something.

— someone broke into my room after school a few days ago and stole the book from me.

WEIJUNG.
— but didn't you steal it as well?

— hell no! i'm apart of the occult club, i forgot my key in the room so i had to broke in myself.

— then it got stolen from me. who knows that the culprit could do with that book! it could even lead to voodoo shit.

— alright alright. let's talk when i get back okay?

— alright then exchange student.

i thought it was the last not until someone else texted me.

"what the fuck." i glared at the screen and shut my phone off. whoever the person is behind 'straangerdanger' i swear, i think i know who it is.

i walked down the dark street back to the dormitory. i told them that i needed to get back early since i do have to
meet with someone. but of course, i wasn't alone since some people wanted to tag along.

"geez, look how dark it is and you wanted to walk back alone?" renjun scolded. he decided to tag along since he didn't have anything to do. "did you leave all of your work to chenle?" i raised a brow.

"no. i'm not a rude hyung to do that. mark gave him all the assignment so it's not my fault." renjun said. i rolled my eyes, "whatever you say moomin."

"w-woah wait. how'd you know i like moomin? i never told you anything." renjun said as he eyed me.

i bit my bottom lip, oh right. i only found out through the secret files.

"i just saw you drawing moomin awhile ago at your desk." i stated.

his cheeks suddenly blushed pink, "embarrassing." he mumbled.

"it's not embarrassing.. it's quite cute. never thought a boy like you would like moomin." i said.

"hmm, do you perhaps like moomin too?"

"i bit. it's a cute character." i responded.

"then i'll make you like it more." renjun said with a bit of enthusiasm.

"also, during the fair, i'd like you to stick with us like glue. because.. that fair tends to get a bit overhand and dangerous." renjun muttered.

"people would randomly drag you to the maze and make you join the game. some would get hurt due to the dragging. maybe someone would drag you away and possibly hurt you so since we're in a group for the fair i'll make sure to keep my eye on you." he said.

"that's quite nice of you. here's my stop, i have to go." i wave him good bye.

"okay, be safe." renjun told me and gave me a quick hug before running off. "wait, aren't you like.. supposed to go to your dorm?" i asked him.

he turned around, "i just really wanted to walk you back safely. i still have things to do." he sheepishly smiled. i shook my head, "surprising."

"yeah, i'll see you tomorrow!" renjun exclaimed before running back to the headquarters.

i walked in the dormitory and saw her waiting for me by the lobby, eating chips. "took you long." she stated.

"sorry, someone wanted to walk me back." i apologized.

"yeah, i'm glad to be friends with you though. it feels weird to have a friend." she mumbled.

"let's get started?"
