"Are you insane like me? Been in pain like me? Bought a hundred dollar bottle of champagne like me?"

-Gasoline, Halsey

Michael slammed another five dollar bill onto the table, mumbling a slurred "give me another shot," under his breath as his eyes darted to his phone to check the time.

12:04 AM, and he was at a bar trying to drink away his pain, because he thought that maybe this would help; it'd make him tired and sleep, it'd make him feel less sad. But, however, he was only unsad for the time he was drinking.

It didn't help his sleeping, he'd wake up with the worst headache and he would still feel awfully tired.

But he did this anyway.

He never thought it'd come down to this, him drinking another shot of vodka for whatever shot he was on, he gave up on keeping track.

But the bartender, however, refused to give him anymore. Because he had been keeping track. He knew if he had anymore it'd make it worse.

"No more bud, sorry." Nick, the dark haired, freckled face, and blue eyed bartender ruffled Michael's soft thin hair, making the boy purr and slump against his hand.

Nick chuckled as Michael played with his hand, he'd known Michael since he first stepped foot in the bar. He always dropped Michael off at home after his shift because he wouldn't let Michael drive himself.

Nick himself was bisexual, and he's hung out with Michael when he was sober before. But it seemed to Nick that Mike was a different sort of person Michael didn't even know about when he was drunk.

Nick saw that when Michael was drunk, it was like Michael would be the cutest thing and just snuggle up to his side and beg for him to cuddle and sleepover; he'd even offer to kiss Nick to make him stay.

But when he was sober, he just wanted to play video games and eat like he'd do if he were with one of the guys and didn't beg for him to stay if Nick had to go home, and once he asked Michael 'would you kiss a guy', but his answer was 'no, I like girls'.

He didn't want to tell Michael about this, though. Because he thinks Michael should find out himself, and yes, he is questioning Michael's sexuality. Because Nick knows that when your drunk, you can find out things about yourself you didn't even know before.

Nick definitely knew this was one of them.

"Mike, c'mon my shift's over, lets take you home."

Michael groaned, being the stubborn guy he is, shook his head and rested his head on the counter.

Nick took off his so called "uniform" then grabbed Michael and headed out to the car.

Michael yelled at the top of his lungs that he had been kidnapping him, and tried to go back.

"Shut it Mike!"

"Make me."

Just then Michael turned Nick around, pressed him against the car and kissed him.

This surpised but didn't surprise Nick, but they lingered there for a while. Michael wouldn't remember any of this the next day, but Nick would. Nick now knew, this is the actual Michael that not even Michael knows.

Nick soon pushed Michael back, still just a bit stunned by that sudden action. He didn't like Michael like that, he didn't feel any spark, and neither did Mike.

But it sure as hell got Nick to shut up and just push Michael into the passengers seat. He then got into the drivers seat, and drove back to Michael's.

"Can you stay over?" He slurred.

Nick was silent for a moment, but he sighed and shook his head. He felt like it'd be awkward if he stayed over.

Michael pouted but didn't say anything, once they were there, Nick got out and went to his car he left here, then got inside.

Michael sighed, getting out and locking the car, then stubbling to his house and swinging the door open. He slammed it closed again after inside and went to his room, collapsing on the bed.

He cried himself to sleep, because, he was just a bit sobber when he kissed Nick. But it hurt since he knew Nick didn't have to be back at his house, he lived alone.

Michael always pushed away of the "questioning my sexuality" shit but after hanging out with Nick alot he did started to question. He had to admit Nick was cute, but he didn't feel a spark, the kiss he liked. It was different from a girl, but the fact Nick probably didn't like it and wouldn't be hanging out with him probably hurt.

So now he was hurting, just wanting someone to tell him its going to be okay, that he's not alone. But he is alone, he doesn't have anyone to just spend the night over.

Sure, he could just invite the guys over, but they have lives too. They don't pay attention to Michael anyway, they just play FIFA on the XBox and talk about random shit Michael isn't interested in.

And he blamed himself for that.

I think I'm just going to like have the next chapter start off with the characters replying to some of yall, so if you have any questions for the characters then just leave comments to who you are directing the comments to and then the actual question (910 words this chapter)
