3rds Persons POVs

Thomas hissed under his breath and sat up, getting annoyed at the banging on the door. He looked for Alex but didn't see him anywhere. Thomas assumed he was off doing whatever.

He got up and grabbed his phone, heading out of the room towards the front door while he checked the time.

"2:34? Damn I slept in too long," he mumbled and opened the door to a panicked Peggy.

"Wh- Peggy what's wrong?" Thomas asked, concerned.

"James...and Aaron...they're...gone," she said between breaths.

"Okay, calm down, I'll get Alex and we can go look for them," Thomas said and Peggy nodded, running off to get the others, her brown/black ears poking out from her hair.

Thomas closed the door and got his shoes on. "Alex? Alex!" Thomas frowned.

No response.

"Alex c'mon this is serious we need to go!" Thomas yelled again and made his way to the living room.

It was empty.

"Alex..? This better not be some sick joke," Thomas muttered as he checked each room.

Nothing.

He ran a hand through his hair in frustration and walked into the kitchen, only to be greeted by a single note.

"Forest opening. Make sure all your friends are there.

-e"

Thomas picked up his phone and called Peggy.

"Hello yes? Did you get Alex?" Peggy asked.

"N-no, but I know where he is. Get everyone to go there too, make sure to tell them to be armed. I don't think Alex went there willingly,"

"But what about Aaron and James?"

Thomas thought for a moment.

"I have a feeling they'll be there too..." Thomas mumbled.

"You better not be lying about this Tommy or so help me I will make sure you regret it," Peggy hissed through the phone and hung up.

Thomas sighed and head out to the forest, a bad feeling settling in his stomach.

Peggy was the last to arrive with Theo. Everyone stayed near each other. While it seemed like everyone was unprepared (Except Angelica and Eliza who brought a bow and arrow), they were each planning their own method to effectively killed mass amounts of people the fastest.

"Well well well, glad you could make it!" Alex's voice came through the trees.

John perked up but almost immediately frowned. Thomas on the other hand was about to cut through the crowd. John grabbed his arm and Thomas looked at him in confusion.

Alex walked out of the forest like with a bit grin on his face and Thomas nearly got his arm out of John grasp when he was yanked back by another hand.

"Guys what the hell, it's him," Thomas hissed quietly.

"Something doesn't seem right about him, I would wait if I were you," John responded simply.

Thomas looked back at Alex and noticed how...stiff he looked. Like he was a robot. Thomas nodded and backed away into his spot previously.

"Now that you guys are gathered here, I'm sure you would like to know why you're here!" Alex grinned wider. No one spoke.

"Well first off, your friends are here too," James and Aaron walked out of the forest looking dazed. They then immediately collapsed to the ground, passed out.

Theo cried out and tried to get to them but Peggy held her back.

"Oh don't worry, they'll be fine. You little Alex here will be fine too!" Alex said, confusion etched in everyones faces.

"What do you mean? Are you not Alex?" Laf spoke up first.

"Oh heavens no! I mean, I'm speaking as him but physically I'm not. Here's something interesting, have you ever heard of a ringleader?"

Everyone was still confused, except Theo whose eyes widened in fear.

"You didn't..." she muttered.

"Oh but I did! And let me tell you, it is absolutely amazing being able to control your little friends. Of course I could only control specific ones but hey, three is better than none," Alex's grin turned into more of an evil smirk.

"Who are you!" Peggy demanded, anger hinted in her voice.

"You'll all find out soon, I hope the little clues I've been giving you have helped," Alex said happily.

"Why them? What did they do to you?" Thomas asked.

Alex's expression turned sour.

"It's not what they did, it's what you did to me Thomas. You're the whole reason why your little boyfriend and his friends are in this mess in the first place."

"What do you mean?" Thomas asked.

"Let's play a little fact game. I'll provide you guys with facts that will make you doubt each other so fast you won't even know it!"

Alex walked up to the group and pulled Thomas out from the crowd.

"Starting with you, you corrupted them. Aaron wasn't supposed to be apart of this, nor was James but you ruined it all. You bit Aaron, who became a bat hybrid but he wasn't supposed to be bit. He was only supposed to become a wolf hybrid if things went accordingly,"

Thomas frowned, instantly feeling guilty.

"Now he's a three way hybrid of a human, wolf, and bat. So is your dear Alexander. You bit him at the hospital," Alex grinned, allowing Thomas to see the prominent fangs in his mouth.

"Three way hybrids are way more susceptible to being controlled by a ringleader, but James in an attempt to calm Aaron down, drank his blood. That gave him enough components to fall under my control. Have fun knowing that all this is all your fault," Thomas was shoved back with a horrified look.

"Lafayette, you were always a hybrid but your hybrid genes are dormant until you got attacked. That's why your parents didn't want you. They didn't want a child who could possibly get them killed. Guess what, they got killed because you weren't so smart with your words and ended up exposing them in public," Laf's face fell and tears pricked the corners of his eyes.

"Theo, you so desperately wanted to be with Aaron but you never noticed his signs of wanting to also be with you. He gave up and ended up with James. Good job," Theo puffed her wings up in alert, refusing to let the words get to her.

"Peggy, you weren't planning on telling your sisters you were a hybrid. They know now, have fun with that," Peggy froze, Angelica and Eliza whipped their heads in her direction.

"Hercules and Maria. You two were a hard one to figure out!" Maria went pale and took a step back.

"Don't you dare..." Herc growled under his breath. Laf looked at his lover with a confused expression.

"Mon amor, what does he mean?" Laf asked quietly. Herc shook his head.

"Oh stop trying to act like he would never find out! You two are the last of your kind. I didn't realize it at first, but I'm noticing how much time you two spend together off doing whatever it is," Alex smirked at the growing anger from the two.

"Stop! We'll be killed if anyone found out," Maria silently slipped her gloves off.

"Killed if anyone found out that you two were-" Alex dove behind a tree as a blast came from none other than Herc, who was silently panicking.

"Herc what was that? How did you-" Theo stopped talking, realization hitting her. "...o-oh," Maria rushed over and shoved anyone close to Herc away, whose panicking got worse by the second. His hands were shaking and glowing all types of erratic colors.

"Oh god, it's never gotten this bad before..." Maria whispered and mumbled something under her breath. She flicked Herc's forehead and a white flash emitted from the area and Herc fell over, instantly being knocked out.

"M-Maria? What's going on..?" Eliza voice trembled and Maria whipped around to Alex's direction.

She hissed lowly under her breath and Thomas' eyes widened, he looked at Maria with the same face of realization Theo had.

"I'll explain it later, for now let's deal with this little shit," Maria hissed and stomped over to the tree he was hiding behind.

It was silent for a moment until Maria dragged out a passed out Alex, his nose bleeding.

Another note was in her hand.

"Now wasn't that fun? I thought it was.

I consider proper nouns (such as names) to always start with a capital letter. That rule applies here. If it (the note) doesn't have a capital letter, That means it's not a name.
