Crafting Up

Reminds me of Minecraft,,,nice
Also it's been too long so hopefully this will make up for it~

The 3rd coming of our Lord and Savior, cheese.

Everyone decided to take things more seriously and actually start planning.

It went as such, Theo would go to her home to get the whistle. She would the  bring it to Angelica, who would record herself playing it so they could bring it with them without the risk of losing the actual whistle.

Then, a small group would head out to try and find Alex, Aaron, and James. Thomas said they would most likely be in the forest yet again.

This small group consisted of Theo, Herc, Maria, Thomas, and Peggy (after a lot of convincing from Angelica). Maria and Herc would be the strongest of the group and would essentially be the protectors. Thomas would be there to try and reason with Monroe along with Theo.

Eliza and Angelica would watch from the outer rim of the forest to make sure no one else was nearby ready to sneak attack the group.

Laf and John would, unfortunately, be the ones to stay behind and give updates to the Washington's.

The Washington's stated, very clearly, that "they would not be allowing their kids to run off and possibly kill each other without their knowledge".

After the plan was formed, Theo left with Angelica to her house.

Along the way, Angelica decided to break the silence.

"Why are you helping us with this? Other than Aaron, you really have no reason to help..." Angelica muttered.

Theo sighed. "I'm here to help because that stupid Ringleader pendant or whatever caused too much trouble and I don't want the same thing to happen again..." Theo explained, partially telling the truth. She left some important details behind.

Angelica looked at her, as if waiting for her to continue but when she received no answer, she looked back ahead.

~Timeskip to le house~

Theo carefully opened the door, the unoiled hinges squeaking along the way. She cringed at the sound. She hadn't been here in a while.

"This place looks old," Angelica whispered. Theo nodded.

"I haven't been here in forever. Technically I own it but I prefer my apartment more."

She stepped inside and looked at everything. It was as if it were all frozen in time. Nothing had moved and nothing had changed.

She briskly walked up the stairs, avoiding the living room. Angelica followed.

She looked at the doors and carefully went to her parents old room. She twisted the doorknob and pushed the door open with some struggle before pacing inside to the farthest corner of the room.

"Theo there's nothing there," Angelica said, stating the obvious as she looked at an empty corner.

"But you see, that's where you're wrong," Theo grinned and ran her fingers along one side, it made a small click and a small hidden door opened, revealing a polished rod of metal.

She carefully grabbed it and inspected it.

"Is that is?"

"Yep, this is it."

Thomas paced back and forth in Alex's room. Normally, James would be there to calm him down but, ironically enough, James was part of the reason for Thomas' stress.

Thomas kept thinking back to all the mistakes he made. How he wasn't careful back then, even if it was a few weeks ago.

He was gonna be more careful now. (Are you sure about that. This is clearly foreshadowing)

He figured he had pissed Monroe off when he had sent him off to a new school.

Monroe constantly attacked Thomas for being a hybrid and it got to the point where Thomas nearly bit the boy and sucked him dry.

But he didn't, surprisingly.

Instead, Thomas told a lie to the principal about how Monroe was acting and claimed it was because of family problems.

Turns out he was right.

Monroe was separated from his family and forced to live with some other people that Thomas didn't know. But he did know that they were the cause of Monroe's aggressive behavior. (Coughcoughthepeopleonthenews)

It's funny what a little gossip will teach you.

Thomas almost laughed, but then remembered that Monroe was being a stubborn brat wanting to get revenge on him for something that happened years ago. (Too bad Thomas can't seem to realize how similar everyone's backstories are and how the government is the true problem here)

That only made Thomas more angry. He hissed silently to himself.

"If he wants to finish what happened years ago, I'll be more than happy to play," Thomas hissed, his eyes taking a more redish glow than his normal brown eyes.

He got up, his phone beeping.

It was time to go.

Theo led the group through the forest until they reached the center, met by none other than James (Madison).

"Thought I'd switch it up this time," James said with a calm voice, but something sinister was beneath that tone.

"Let them go, or we'll do it forcefully," Theo growled.

"How so?" James asked with fake enthusiasm. Alex and Aaron stepped out beside him.

"I'd rather you wait and see," she hissed, her wings puffing out. Peggy put a calming hand on her shoulder.

Theo glanced at her watch, only a minute or so before the whistle played.

"How about we do a little facts game again, instead it's about me instead?" James asked. No one answered but he didn't care.

"This is all a fun game really, I bet it's not very fun for you though," James grinned.

Thomas, Theo, and Peggy looked annoyed while Maria and Herc tried to tune them out.

"Well..." James trailed off.

"Guys it's about to play be ready," She covered her ears and watched as everyone else did except for Alex, James, and Aaron.

Everything was going according to plan...until it wasn't.

It happened almost too fast, James ran up to Herc, Alex to Thomas, and Aaron to Maria.

Thomas, Herc, and Maria stumbled back as the other 3 grabbed their wrists and pulled their hands away from their ears, exposing them freely.

"...guess I planned ahead, huh?" James grinned. Theo's eyes widened.

"Have fun trying to catch them all~" Alex looked directly to Theo, his grin wider than before.

"NO!" Theo cried out, but it was far too late.

The whistle played and those who had their eyes uncovered winced and fell to the floor, holding their head.

Theo grabbed Peggy and flew up quickly, getting away from what was about to happen.

Thomas was the first to shake it off and get up, but both his eyes were instead glowing a vibrant red color. He hissed something and Alex looked up, same condition.

They grinned and practically vanished.

By the time Theo could look to James and Aaron, they were gone. They were no doubt in the same condition.

Maria and Herc, however, were a different case. At first they seemed to be resisting the loss of control but soon they stopped fighting it.

Maria, whose eyes were glowing a dark pink and her hands were blackened, hissed loudly in anger and flew off, leaving the area she was standing at darkened as well.

Herc, he had the same and hands as Maria but his hands weren't as darkened. He looked around frantically when a hiss came from the trees. It was most likely Maria.

He hissed back and flew off in that direction, leaving Peggy and Maria to stare that the place her former friends were at in pure horror.

"We've just released 6 deadly creatures out into the world..." Theo choked out, trying not to cry.

"With no way to stop them..." Peggy whispered, absolutely mortified.

Was this fun? I hope it was, I really do. Enjoy the chapter you guys~
