There was a time long, long ago

When we used to stare together at falling rain

We dreamed of the wildest things you and me sis

And even in hardships, there was absence of pain

...

I used to follow you wherever you went

And we climbed any hill that we could find

And we had so many chases through the house

Cause I know I was quite annoying at a time

...

I loved you the most, the very most

And you smiled with me at my side

I always thought we would always, always be together

But it was such a lie

...

You had to leave and I was not ready

And maybe I was not meant to be

And here I am left, a pendulum on your strings of cherished memories

...

You, my dear beloved sister

To just hold you, just hold you close to my heart

I love you most, my sister and forever is shall

You will always be a part of me

And I shall always remain a part of you
