Chapter | 2
Damian found himself back to his suite, throwing himself onto the sofa, grasping his cellphone, who was buzzing for some time now.
Groaning, he answered his phone, already knowing the person behind this.
"What do you want, Grayson?" He sighs, resting his eyes.
"I can't call my favorite sidekick? Wow, I'm broken." Dick snickers.
"I don't have time for this, Grayson."
"Neither do I, Dami. Anyways, Bruce wants you to go home. Something serious is happening." Dick's voice instantly turns serious, clearing his throat.
"Ok. I'll be there." Damian sighs once again, disconnecting the call.
Throwing his phone onto the couch, he quickly got up and grabbed his jacket, and went outside, closing the door behind him.
He turned face to face with Alina's bodyguard.
The bodyguard frowns, as if he was trouble. Truth is, Damian is trouble. He looked exactly like trouble.
After arriving into the lobby, he reached for his keys, in his pocket, and opened the door leading to the parking lot.
His eyes searched the area, before finding his car, a black Lambo.
The next thing, he was out of here.

Damian strides in the Batcave, his steps slow yet calculating.
"Late, but what matters is your presence, Master Damian." Alfred greets him, a tray of tea in his grasp; as he stood next to Red Robin.
"What is it?" Damian asks, taking a seat onto a nearby chair.
Tim was typing codes on the computer, looking as serious as ever.
"Do you remember Plan J?" Dick asks, sitting right next to Tim. Damian nods, walking towards his two brothers.
Plan J.
In 1998, three babies were injected with a special poison, causing them to acquire abilities. One of the babies, a boy to be exact, received too much poison, turning him into a living 'bomb'.
If he overuses his power, it'll shut his brain, killing him.
And who were to blame?
Ra's Al Ghul, and his infamous daughter Talia Al-Ghul. The brains of the mission.
And ever since Joker had learned about the devious plan, he had been after those three persons, to acquire their blood, and experiment with it.
"What about it?" Damian asks, frowning.
"Well, those three subjects, they're apparently dead or missing. And a war is about to start."

Alina woke up instantly as the kettle whistled loudly.
She noticed her surroundings; the windows were open, the wind whistling in, and a romantic movie had been playing on the TV.
She fell asleep on the couch.
"Bloody hell." She curses, making her way into the kitchen. What an interesting nap; she thought, as she felt a headache.
She was still wearing her black night dress, along with warm, long socks. She didn't care about anything at all today, as she decided to tie her hair in a bun, and decided not to wear any makeup on.
She turned towards her private kitchen that she had the joy of discovering earlier, next to her bedroom.
She had always dreamed of owning a kitchen all to herself.
After pouring herself a cup full of boiling water, she reached for one of the drawers, opening it, to reveal an organized drawer full of tea.
Alina adored tea, especially vanilla and chamomile tea. It always calmed her nerves down. Something she took from her mother, the Queen Leila.
She finally decided on peach tea, and made her way once again to the living room.
She sat on her couch, pulling a soft white blanket to cover herself, and reached for the TV remote.
She searched for interesting shows to watch as she sipped her tea carefully, trying not tu burn her tongue.
"Nothing educational these days.." She mumbles to herself, skipping the channels one by one.
Reality shows, documentaries, cartoons, unrealistic movies; nothing gained her interest.
She finally found a content interesting enough for her to watch, and it would be old movies.
Something about those black and white movies fascinated her.
She kept watching, and noticed the sound of the rain, now pouring hard outside. She shudders at the sound, her body slowly relaxing.
This was her own way of shutting everything else and just.. enjoy the moment.
Her fingers grasped tight the warm cup, as she focuses on the movie.
And the moment shattered apart as she heard knocking on the door.
Knock, knock, knock.
"Darn it." She groans, placing her mug onto the coffee table, walking lazily towards the door.
She peeked through the peephole, and standing right in front of her door was none other than David, her annoying bodyguard.
"What is it?!" She asks, groaning once again, as she opens her door.
"I need to check on you every two hours, Your Majesty." He furrowed his brows.
"Well as you can see I'm in an impeccable condition, David, thank you for your concern." She sighs, shutting the door, leaving David outside.
"People always has a way of ruining my moments.." She grumbles, getting back into the position she was before.
Her elder brother, Nathan, was to be crowned King next year. Ever since she was a child, he had been bipolar.
Some days he was overprotective and loving, but most of the days, he acted as if she wasn't existing.
That wasn't the case when it came to Michael, her little brother. Nathan deliberately ignores him, to the point where they forget each other's birthdays.
Alina felt like a tape, trying the hardest to bring her broken family together but fails hopelessly.
All she ever wanted, was a real family.
