Sky's P.O.V

Is it scary that she may be right? I look at her. I'm speechless. I don't know what to say.

"What?"

"Sky I'm serious. You guys look like your ready to murder each other if one of you get the chance." Kitty said. Ty has been getting to me. He questions everything I do. He doesn't trust my judgment. I think Kitty may be right. If Ty is going to murder me, he better put up a good fight.

"If Ty is going to murder me, he better put up a good fight."

"Sky." Kitty said. She crosses her arms.

"What?" She is looking at me like I did murder Ty. She looks very disappointed in me.

"He's your best friend." Kitty said. I know that.

"I know that he is. But he's been acting like I'm the bad guy."

"Your not." Kitty said. I stand up. She looks at me.

"He's questions everything I do, and he doesn't trust my judgment. He's trying to control me and its not working."

"Even if he was that's sort of impossible." Kitty said. I look at her.

"I mean that its hard to keep you contain. But Ty is also like that." Kitty said. What does that have to do with anything?

"I know."

"If he is trying to control you then why didn't you tell me?" Kitty asks. I actually don't know why. I didn't notice it till now that he was.

"I didn't notice it till now." Kitty puts her hands on my shoulders and sits me back down.

"Does Ty even have an reason that you can think of to try to get on your bad side?" Kitty asks. I can't think of any. That is what is making me confuse.

"Yes."

"Sky your lieing." Kitty said.

"Fine he doesn't."

"Exactly, so please can you try not to look like your going to murder him?" Kitty asks.

"But-"

"For me?" Kitty asks. I look at her. For me? She really wants for Ty and I not to fight.

"Fine."

"Yay!" Kitty said.

"Wait."

"What?" Kitty asks. She did it again. I said that she wouldn't get anything out of me and she did.

"You did it again." Kitty looks confuse.

"What did I do?" Kitty asks.

"You got that out of me."

"And?" Kitty asks. I wasn't to say any of that.

"I wasn't going to tell anyone and you got it out of me like it was nothing." Kitty smiles.

"That's because your different around me." Kitty said. I am not different around her.

"I am not."

"Yes your are." Kitty said.

"How am I different?"

"You have a soft spot for me. You give in to whatever I want." Kitty said. I don't have a soft spot for her and I don't act different. 

"No I'm not."

"I know that no one can tell that your lying or get something out of you. I did and it was easy. If that's not having a soft spot for me, then your weak." Kitty said.

"I'm not weak." 

"Your hiding something and I want to know what it is." Kitty said. I'm keeping my lips shut.

"I'm not talking."

"Fine then. But I have ways Sky." Kitty said. I like to see her get it out of me.

"Good luck. I'm not talking."

"Have it your way." Kitty said. She sits in my lap and puts her arms around my neck. Of course she is going to try this. I'm still not talking.

"Anything?" Kitty asks. Nope.

"Nope."

"I can go far with this Sky." Kitty said. I believe that she can take this as far as it needs to. But I'm not talking.

"Go as far as you want. I'm not talking." She smiles. O no. She moves so she is facing me. She is still sitting on me. Ok I know where this is going. Her tail wraps around my leg. If she thinks this will work then she is wrong. It might work actually, but I'm still not talking though.

Kitty's P.O.V

I look at Sky. He is still not talking. What else to do to break him? I have many ways to do this. He said he doesn't care how far that I go. So I will hold that to him. I put my hands on his chest. It seems weird to see Sky without his amulet on. But whatever. I put my forehead on his. I put my hands on his neck. He is still not talking.

"Not talking still?"

"Nope." Sky said. He is really trying to prove something here. But I will win.

"I'll win you know that right?" He doesn't say anything. Fine with me. I can't remember the last time I kissed Sky. I think that I'll go there. Should I? I look into Sky's brown eyes. I am. I kiss him on his lips. I feel his hands go on my sides. I wrap my arms around his neck. 

Sky's P.O.V

Of course she has to go as far as kiss me. It is bad that this is working? She puts her forehead on mine again and looks at me. It worked. I hate her.

"I hate you." Kitty laughs.

"So tell me." Kitty said. I feel a sharp pain in my chest. It's that. Skybrine.

"Skybrine."

"Where?" Kitty asks.

"Where do you think?" Kitty puts her hand on my chest.

"Heart." Kitty said.

"Yea."

"We could talk to Seto. Maybe something could help the pain go away?" Kitty asks. Nothing will stop it. The only thing I know that will stop is Ace. I will never let Ace do that just so it will go away.

"Nothing can."

"Something has to work Sky. Besides the others may not see it, but sometimes I can tell when your pain. That's all I'm getting from you right now." Kitty said. That's a first.

"I gotten good at hiding pain." It's true I have. People expect for me to be a strong leader to protect them. I guess that Kitty doesn't see that in me sometimes. I'm kind of glad she doesn't.

"Too good. I guess you have to around the recruits. Actually I guess everyone, you have to be seen as a strong leader. But I know that everyone is not strong enough to hide pain." Kitty said. I don't say anything. She puts her arms around my neck and leans back. 

"I won." Kitty said. What? O right. 

"Whatever." 

"I told your different around me." Kitty said. I'm not going to deline that. But I guess that it is kind of true. 

"It's hard not to go someones way when they are on you and kissing you." 

"That's my way that never fails with you." Kitty said. No it doesn't fail. Actually she is different around me too. 

"You different too." 

"I am?" Kitty asks. Of course she is. 

"Yeah." 

"Sky I just don't want anything bad to happen to you. We need you." Kitty said. I'm sure that's not the whole story. 

"Are you sure that's the whole story?" 

"Fine I need you. Kind of like how Ghost needs Ty. Tay needs Mitch. It's not my fault not it is hard not to look at you and need your support." Kitty said. That's a new one. 

"It's not my fault either." 

"You could look worse if you wanted too." Kitty said. So could she. 

"You could too." She blushes. 

"What are we going to do?" Kitty asks. 

"Protect Ace. They can't get her and the amulet together." 

"Sounds good." Kitty said. Now if only she could get off of me. I look out the window. It's turning dark. I look back at Kitty. 

"Do I need to push you off of me or will you get off by yourself?" Kitty smiles. 

"I'll get off." Kitty said. She still doesn't move. 

"Are you sure about that?" 

"I don't want to get off." Kitty said. I don't want for her either, but we got stuff to do. 

"Kitty." 

"Fine." Kitty said. She gets off. 

"See ya." Kitty said. 

"Bye." She leaves.
