She sometimes gets overworked or worried about her friends to a point where her friends will see her as annoying or bothersome for a week then just play cool the next week.

She doesn't mean to worry, but seeing so much death in her life along with the anxiety, stress, and forcing to grow up AND to think as an adult (and act as a mother to her three siblings for four years) caused her to become that way.
