In the darkest of night where quiet faces close their eyes and start to dream, Saeran emerges. His white hair and teal eyes are the only things visible in the black of night.

He passes through the damp and dusty hallway in search of the girl he recently just recruited. She wasn't an official member still, due to unfortunate happenings. She was still resisting the invitation to paradise despite willingly coming with him to their headquarters.

Saeran thought it was strange for someone to do so. 'Maybe she wanted to spy on their headquarters and send information to the RFA members? But all she does everyday is sit quietly in her jail cell and pray. She doesn't even eat as well.' Saeran thought to himself as he continued to walk and pass through various cells.

Arriving at his destination (which was at the very end of the hallway), he peers behind the steel bars to see a girl sitting silently on the floor. She didn't notice Saeran at first but after a few seconds, her bright eyes look up to meet his.

"You should really stop resisting, you know. If you don't, more pain will come to you." Saeran says to y/n with crossed arms. Y/n looks up to Saeran with blank eyes then opens her mouth to say, "I didn't come with you to join Magenta, Saeran." Y/n says to Saeran, his name tasting bitter in her mouth. She had another reason why she came with him to this wretched place. If it weren't for that particular reason, she would've left immediately or fought for her freedom. Why would she believe such stupid lies. A paradise where no one can feel pain, agony and despair? That only exists in her imagination. Besides, it was too late for her to even be fixed anyways...

"Stupid girl, then why did you come with me if you weren't persuaded by words and my invitation?" Saeran says, irritated. This girl confused and angered him at the same time. Was she this empty headed? Or was she purposefully just trying to get on his nerves? Whatever the reason was, Saeran was extremely mad at her but he desperately tried to quell it. His savior mentioned that this girl was supposed to be left unharmed or else the person who harmed her will be permanently kicked out of Magenta and left penniless, alone and maybe even behind bars until the rest of their timeline. As much as Saeran wanted to punish this girl for irritating him, he wouldn't take that risk. Magenta treated him like family, saved him from his abusive mother and told him the truth about his evil double crossing brother, Saeyoung.

Even the thought of his name made him want to puke. How he despised that man. That liar should be punished and be put in the most agonizing pain ever experienced by any man in this world. Luckily, his savior promised him that and made him more thankful of her.

"I made a promise to someone," Y/n says as she moves her gaze towards the bright round moon outside her window. Yes, this was all for him. She knew that even if she tried, she could never make him happy so fulfilling his second wish in this world is good enough for her. As much as she wanted to stay with him forever, to love him until death, to bear his children and to be his, she couldn't bring herself to. She didn't deserve someone like him, who was strong despite all the troubles and tribulations he was facing. She deserved to be alone and to just be a stepping stone for everyone for them to achieve success.

So, while thinking so, Y/n closed both of her eyes and said," A promise I intend to keep,"
